Brian Kolfage: The reason the @realDonaldTrump wall is not being built fast is because the deep state inside the Army Corps Of Engineers is doing everything to slow the project down. It’s no different than any other government agency that is stabbing our president in the back.

Brian Kolfage: I have evidence of such delays and how they are purposely delaying to make @realDonaldTrump look silly for not getting wall built. Just like we see with this impeachment circus I’m seeing it with the wall too and land owners on border are complaining to me about the ACOE

    WeBuildTheWall retweets Rep. Paul Gosar.
Paul Gosar: What @BrianKolfage says should be looked into by congressional oversight. With the Dems in charge of House oversight they will instead investigate butterflies along the border and whether they have a safe space to do butterfly things with their butterfly friends.

Q: Don’t forget the lawsuits, injunctions, congressional inquiries, and mass protests against walls for the damage they’ll inflict. The vast majority of people who live on the border don’t want the useless wall.
Brian Kolfage: Umm you are dead wrong. Most want the wall. You clearly have no idea what you are talking about
Brian Kolfage:When you say vast majority who live on the border don’t want the wall… you are 100% not referring to people who actually live on the exact border and are begging us for help. Those are the people we represent. Not those who live miles away benefitting from illegal activity

Q: Serious question. Are you people looking to -slow down- the problem of undocumented workers crossing? It’s being breached. When you’re hungry, a wall means nothing. To spend billions seems crazy. Not being hyperbolic. American companies are addicted to paying low waged laborers.
Brian Kolfage: Hungry? Should have stayed home. They all have iPhones as I have proven via GETTY images

Government attorneys say private border wall project irreparably damaged the riverbank – 12/12/19
    https://www.progresstimes.net/2019/12/12/government-attorneys-say-private-border-wall-project-irreparably-damaged-the-riverbank/

    Excerpts:
    – Attorney Ernest G. Fielder of Houston, who represents Fisher Industries, said the company didn’t violate the temporary restraining order.
“We didn’t hide this from them,” Fielder said, adding that Fisher Industries allowed the federal government unrestricted access to the construction site.
Fielder said that Fisher Industries wants to cooperate with the government and would stop work on the trench.
With about 70 people working on the project, delays cost money, Fielder said. He suggested a compromise: Allow the company to post a $500,000 bond and complete the project. If the project doesn’t pass IBWC muster, Fisher Industries will tear down the wall and restore the property to its original condition.
“We’ll post a bond 150 percent of the cost of tearing down the wall,” Fielder said.
    – After a lengthy back-and-forth, Fisher Industries and the federal government agreed to revise the temporary restraining order.
The revised order may include new restrictions on construction, a bond and an expiration date.
Crane scheduled another status conference for Dec. 19.

Barr announced Durham was doing a ‘review’,….then later Durham announced it had become a criminal investigation.
Then, in several pressers PDJT says “Durham report” and THEN Barr says he hadn’t talked to Durham about writing any report, but WILL be talking to him about it, soon.

Did PDJT just finagle a report, and if so, why?

I think the word “report” is just being thrown around a little loosey goosey at this point. Months and months waiting for Horowitz… folks got “reports” on the brain. IG Report this. Mueller Report that. Another IG Report in 3-to-72 months. etc. etc.

IMO, Durham is a prosecutor, and Barr asked him and his team to “review” all the facts that Barr himself was already aware of (“spying did occur” etc.)… find MORE FACTS… then drop the hammer if he finds anything. Sounds like he may have found some stuff. Like Blackberrys in Italy. And I can’t wait to find out what else.

When I look at that picture of Durham, the word “report” doesn’t come to mind.

That was my INITIAL thinking. However, after hearing Barrs interview, where he was specifically ASKED, and answered, that he hadn’t discussed with Durham, him issueing a report, but WOULD BE within next two weeks,…I am seriously re-thinking that.

Also, recall Barr started out saying Durham was conducting a “review”, which WOULD presumably result in some type of report.

And it is your, assumption that Barr has asked/directed Durham to “drop the hammer”.

Actually, I believe Prosecutors DO write Declination decision memos or reports, detailing for their bosses and the file, the reasons for their decision NOT to prosecute.

Given the now long history of applications of the “Investigate to exhonerate”, swamp method of addressing scandals, I am reasonably suspiscious.

I am particularly interested in seeing Judge Sullivans and the Prosecutors responce to Sidneys request regarding those blackberries/cell phones. That will be a big “tell”, obviously. As well as the overall responce to Sidneys motion to compel.

        We’ll see what happens,…

Perhaps what they mean is a “status report”. Meaning, the investigation will take so long, and the public will get so frustrated, that they will need to produce some kind of report in the interim.

There’s only one way I can think a report from Durham would be useful and that’s if all of the indictments are held under seal and then released all at the same time. A report might be issued to summarize the individual cases but that’s about it.

Well, I believe Prosecutors DO write a Declination decision document, detailing their decision to decline to Prosecute, for their superiors and for the file.

Yes, what I am thinking is the Durham report MAY be a kind of declination report.
Actually, Comeys “no reasonable prosecutor” press conference was his LAME, inept attempt to do a declination report on Hillary.

Durham may be able to do it with more,…polish.
Its similar to the,I.G. report, but different. It lays out the evidence found in the investigation, but then lays out the difficulties in obtaining conviction. Overcoming the various ‘reasonable doubt’ arguments, perhaps.

Don’t think he would use the “can’t prove intent” dodge, as that one has about been used up.

This week, the mainstream media figure Chris Wallace of Fox launched a weird attack on President Trump. Wallace accused Trump of “the most direct assault on freedom of the press in our history”. Wallace said our President had “undercut the media, to try and delegitimize us”.

This revisionist diatribe, full of euphemistic double-talk, has become the standard rhetoric of the mainstream media. Somehow, the President picked this fight, not them. The monolithic, tribal nature of the news media is betrayed by Wallace. Wallace even admits that 77% of Americans view Fake News as a threat to democracy, but he’s not capable of comprehending what the term Fake News means to those Americans.

The MSM, of course, originated the term Fake News when attacking conservative news sources, in particular Breitbart. When Trump began applying the term to the left-wing media, they quickly backed down. The New York Times, within a few weeks, ran an editorial calling for an end to the use of the term Fake News.

The Democrats and their fake impeachment are beclowning themselves. The News Media will sadly be a much greater problem and threat to Donald Trump during the 2020 election campaign, and throughout his second term. They will never relent: as Wallace just underlined, they see Trump as an existential threat.

Our President has given his enemies every chance to cooperate with him, for the good of the country. Donald Trump is a patriot, and he expects the same from others. The News Media doesn’t see disseminating Fake News as an unpatriotic act: they see it as an exercise in getting the American public’s thinking straight; “you got your mind right, Luke?”. Mika Brzezinski on MSNBC said “it’s our job to tell people exactly what to think”. That’s our news media, in a nutshell.

The President should henceforth treat the News Media, with a few exceptions, as an enemy force. Fake News is, indeed, the enemy of the people. Keep tweeting. The News Media will continue to report all his provocative quotes: if carefully worded, he can get his message to the American people, despite all the media’s distortions. The dopey journalists have to cover him, like it or not.

Close the White House Press Office: they have absolutely no right or need to be on the White House grounds. Security is a sufficient reason. Do not take part in any debates with the Democrat Presidential candidate. Candy Crowley was nothing compared to the rudeness and obstruction they’ll have waiting for you. Continue to ridicule the Fake News: the MSM is so myopic, they can only think of inventing more Fake News as the means to fight back.

Chris Wallace and his colleagues are gigantic bullies; like all bullies, they’ve developed an enormous sense of their entitlement to bully. Like all bullies, Wallace is puzzled why one of his victims is finally fighting back. Chrissy has reached the amazing conclusion that he’s now the victim. Somehow..

Sure thing, Chrissy. I guess that’s why you are able to go on TV day after day and lie about him. The fact is that you don’t think he should have the right to fight back against the dishonest press.

The budget expert who explained this, in classified testimony in the basement SCIF, was not allowed to testify in public. Complex accounting and legal situation!!!

The PDF of his testiimony is linked in the article — PP 124 – 126.

So the R’s know this and haven’t countered the 55 day hold on all aid? This is really important, huge. Can someone that tweets send this to Collins, Jordan, Gaetz, Ratcliffe, Zeldin, Stefanik, Nunes, Gohmert or anybody else you can think of.

Based on this the wording regarding withholding of aide should be struck. If they move forward with article 1 it would be based solely on mentioning Biden in a phone call. It severely weakens article 1, which is weak to begin with. Article 2 is even weaker than article 1 and the WH could seek judicial opinions as to constitutionality of article 2.

Taking the aide portion out weakens this to a point where article 1 could fail in house vote.

I read the article, which if true, is alarming. It certainly seems to be true and is also extremely verifiable.

Why can’t the “budget expert” that Schiff prevented from testifying simply “blow the whistle” on the fraudulent impeachment? This could be quick and easy for those that understand the relevant red tape processes and procedures, and could immediately remove PT (and us) from the risk of impeachment.

Just called both Jordan’s office in OH and Sensenbrenner’s office in WI.
The first call was just taken verbally, but at the WI office the guy got on the web and confirmed he could see the article and confirmed the author’s name, and said he would pass along.

          Either:
          1. This is a giant amazing hoax article
          2. All true and being held close to the vest to blow the whole charade out of the water on the first day of the Senate trial.
          3. The info is so esoteric and complex (thanks all you lawyers and accountants!!) that it has escaped the notice of the GOP while battling Schiff and Co. 24/7.
          4. A carefully laid plan by VSGPOTUS to embarrass the hell out of the Dems!!

I think Rep Collins is aware of at least part of this “accounting error”. Yesterday, during the hearings he was very upset by statements by a Dim rep who claimed that Ukrainian soldiers had been unnecessarily killed due to the delay in the transfer of the funds. Collins replied that this was blatantly untrue since money had been transferred and the funds that were discussed were hold-overs(??). I did not then understand what he meant but your excellent post/link explains it.

Obviously this must be explained in a much more transparent way so that non-accountants can understand what happened. And of course never ever trust Schiff. He is a congenital liar.

Please, somebody get the article to Collins, Meadows, Jordan, Gaetz, Biggs and/or Gohmert.

And we suspected , now we know.

“The IG Report also found that the FBI hid key information from the court about Steele’s motives: for instance, it “omitted information obtained from [Bruce] Ohr about Steele and his election reporting, including that (1) Steele’s reporting was going to Clinton’s presidential campaign and others, (2) [Fusion GPS’s Glenn] Simpson was paying Steele to discuss his reporting with the media,

Canadian Think tank just nominated its Canadian top policy maker of the year. Canadians are waking up.

    Zing. 👍👍

CCP General-Secretary Xi Jinping as the top Canadian policy-maker? Sadly, yes. Beijing has reshaped Canada in ways that most Canadians don’t fully appreciate, and we ignore Xi’s growing influence here at our peril.

Each year, the Macdonald-Laurier Institute looks back at who or what had the greatest impact on Canadian federal public policy over the past 12 months. That person or institution is named the Policy-Maker of the Year, and always graces the cover of the December issue of the institute’s flagship magazine, Inside Policy. This year is no exception.

Chinese authorities and official media so far haven’t given any information on China and the US are close to a deal. As the US side released optimistic information through various channels, the Chinse side has basically kept silent. This is a delicate situation.

Okay, so I just logged out of my WordPress account and cleared my history. Then I looked through the thread and none of the reposts. My 1’st post is the main post and all of my subsequent posts are replies underneath.

So I wonder if the first post automatically goes into moderation due to too many links(8 instead of 7 max), them maybe the subsequent posts/replies are not visible either as they hinge on the main one.

Of course that doesn’t explain how JustScott was able to see the initial postings when they first came out, assuming they were in moderation as well.
