Well, they have the free speech to use the words they want. Maybe they are not like demoncraps throwing accusations without tangible incontrovertible evidence. I think he made the point he wanted to, and you wanted another.

“Free speech” is the wrong analysis here, just as “tangible incontrovertible evidence” is the wrong standard of proof. Just this sight alone has documented all the proof necessary to draw the reasonable conclusion that what we are witnessing is an historic act of sedition, which necessitates a historic response from those supposedly on the side being overthrown. Given that necessity, the mush-mouth, limp-wristed, gee-whiz response we are instead getting from the GOP – even the so-called Freedom Caucus – is almost as startling and telling as the overt sedition we are witnessing from the Dems. Rather than rising to the historic challenge, the GOP is putting out what amounts to nothing more than token resistance. And token resistance is a sign of complicity. They are in on it, whether by threat, guilt, or free choice. If the GOP is genuinely serious about fighting this sedition, then now is not the time for “making points”. It’s the time for putting out the kind of historic, detailed information that can be found here and at other independent outlets like JW…unless, of course, they are in on the sedition, in which case by all means carry on with the token resistance.

I agree there is sedition, but I understand not leveling charges..at this time. I think petty is fine to say. Say sedition when the public know sedition has happened – they don’t.

“Petty politicians” belongs to the Eisenhower era. Yes, can use the words he wants — but as to the matter of linguistic and moral truth, I am correct. That is, if one side is trying to “undo” an election (his words), we have left the region of pettiness. And if you don’t think we have “tangible evidence” for charges of sedition you haven’t been paying attention.

It doesn’t matter if we have tangible evidence of sedition. What matters is if they are ready to make public accusations. No they are not. Let the demoncraps keep making accusations and appearing petty, When the hammer comes down then the sedition word can come out of the quiver. IMO.

Saw a tweet where Ukraine ambassador stated that there were conversations about pressuring Ukraine to investigate as early as March… well before Biden announced. The entire claim against Trump is it was a campaign finance violation to pressure Ukraine… obviously can’t be if there was no campaign.

The hook is that there was no way for Trump to know that Biden was going to enter race because they were not spying on him… unlike the dems spying on Trump and therefore going after Manafort months before he ever joined the Trump campaign.

Unfortunately the people have been bribed (with their own money) to be passive and then there is peer pressure hammered by the media – a la Steven Colbert or The View types.
I think lots of people are rats because they think it would be socially unacceptable to not be.

Saw AOC and Bernie this a.m. at a rally: “This revolution isn’t about me…or Bernie..it’s about you!”….loud cheering ensued. I’m sure Hugo Chavez and his ilk all said something similar. And then there is a woman who loves Warren because “she has a plan and I TRUST…..”etc. The soviets had plans too. I presume critical thinking is no longer taught.

Personally I think Congress should be moved to Fairbanks Alaska, the bureaucracies to Fargo and the budget should be cut in half at least. They have too much money to throw around on their schemes – many of which are against self-reliance.

It’s a constitutional crisis folks….let’s see if Mitch (who purports to be a constitutionalist and rigorous defender of senate “rules”), has the spine to uphold his oath.

Also, follow the Cupperman case moving through the courts. The short case is vitally important, (Mulvaney has asked to join the case…sorry for link to WaPo). Interestingly, team Pelosi, having discovered this won’t be a one-off and the Courts are exactly ruling in her favor, withdrew their “subpoena” of Cupperman (to allow the case to proceed through the judiciary). I think this case will go to SCOTUS due to it’s implication(s) of rendering presidential powers moot before a rogue congress.

Logically that makes sense. But it also creates leverage for PT to use against McConnell. IOW the basis of “negotiations” between the power centers. I can see some kind of “trade” in the making where PT says he’ll not attack the shipping interests of McConnell, in turn the Senate will expeditiously dispose of any impeachment case brought against PT.

It’s not a simple, one-way situation at all.

The exciting thing is the world is broiling and finally asking WTF. The peoples of the West are understanding that we have been slated for destruction by the cabal and the people are pushing back. The left thrives in a vacuum. They’ve been effective in creating this vacuum by silencing the majorities and flooding the zone with replacement populations who are more, lets say, malleable.

In truth, we have the cabal on the ropes. They are being overt and sloppy. The veil is permanently lifted on the con is fully exposed. We hold together in the long run we crush them. There will be Pyrrhic victories by the cabal see Virginia. This further exposes the cabal, “our” side didn’t field candidates or invest in victory, but were more than happy to lose to hold on to their fiefdoms and deal our Great President Trump a chattering class loss.

My point swerve away from the snow-jobs presented by the MSM, they are corrupt and complicit in the coup. All establishment politicians are compromised and are also complicit in the coup. Rulings by judges should all be suspect, they are compromised and part of the coup. If we understand this and follow our Great President Trump’s lead we crush them.

My point. Being immersed in moment-by-moment gyrations of the swamp in protect mode is unhealthy and pointless. leave that to experts like Sundance. Read the great researched articles and then act locally. Save the savable while inch-by-inch moving our country and the West as a whole, back into the light. This is a herculean task that we are undertaking and the good news, we have Hercule’s on our side, our Great President Trump.

Everything that is happening is by divine providence,

“If God is for us, who can be against us?”

We know the answer. Now act accordingly.

KAG! …May God Bless President Donald J Trump and his Deplorable Army as we face real evil that we’ve allowed inside the gates.

The lawfare cabal has declared war on Trump and the American people. We have always had a rallying cry during trying times to succinctly condense our thoughts into a simple phrase. MAGA says it all. It has shown to induce intense hatred in certain individuals just by seeing this slogan on a red hat. But PDJT has always shown an optimistic attitude to everything. His slogan is very optimistic. However some hate it and we can’t change that. (Yet).
The hippie generation’s slogan was “Make love not war.” with the peace sign pervasive in American culture almost everywhere. I would like to see us renew or update this slogan against this stated enemy of the people. Use their own slogan against them (because this is who are are). They have declared war on us. This coming week is McCabe week.

A few weeks ago a Federal Judge gave the DOJ until Nov 15th (this coming Friday) to either charge McCabe or he will order the records pertaining to his firing to be released. The DOJ lawyers have recently told the judge those records must not be released because of an ongoing criminal investigation (hint hint).

Charging McCabe would end the judges willingness to order the records released because then they would be directly involved in a criminal prosecution.

I keep going back to “I got em all”

So what technique or method would one use to get them all??

IMO it is the exact same technique or method they used on PT – NSA Queries & FISA Warrants and the ole 2 Hop Rule.

Now if so, overlay the recent published report of 3.1M NSA queries in 2017 alone. 2017 is all under PT time so there is a good chance many of these 3.1M quietest were done by the good guys IMO.

    And If PT:

    1) was made aware in Nov 2016 by Adm. Rodgers to the point he immediately moves his team

    2) then the whole Green Room bug and remodel incident

    3) then the known FISA warrants on Carter Page and thus PT staff

    4) then we know Rudy has been looking into Ukraine since 2018 I believe.

I add this all together and it says PT knew from day one and PT used the same surveillance on them that they used on him.

Their own communications are the best way to connect the dots that link all the players and ultimately leads to the heads of the snake IMO. Surveillance casts the biggest net.

On a side note, I think the reason for the lengthy delay in exposing it all is the information on Ukraine came late and was just too juicy to not pause and include it as it allowed the net to catch a few more.

So, IMO THIS ^ is how you “Get them all!”

EXCLUSIVE: Peter Strzok Lawsuit Reveals He Had 28 Year “On Paper” Army Career While Working At FBI & CIA
    By Tore

Here is a 12 page document that identifies Peter Strzok as a CIA agent and not FBI when he was assigned to Hillary Clinton’s case in respects to her email scandal. See Page 3.

Here’s Why Corrupt FBI Actors Strzok and Page Referred to Schiff’s Suspected ‘Whistleblower’ Eric Ciaramella as ‘Charlie’
Joe Hoft by Joe Hoft November 3, 2019

Strzok and Page in their texts were likely referring to fired FBI Director Andy McCabe and Bill Priestap per footnotes on that page. The reference to the “CI guy” is unclear.

I believe this is a story that could be better handled by Sundance. The above shows a clear trail from Bennan to Strzok to Ciaramella to Biden, Obama and the White House.

Please delete this, if you can hand it off to Sundance.

(The President, nor Russia had ANYTHING to do with those emails.)

Just going to say I tried to warn them on the following possibility…

Despite an orchestrated effort over the past 2 years to “erase” the internet– they’ve actually been on a fool’s mission!
If they paid attention they’d know countless concerned individuals were storing interesting data offline since the internet’s inception. Most knew it should never be trusted.

The internet really is forever– even if you can’t in readily see or find it. More often than not, there’s a likelihood it can always resurface because somebody/s thought to save it!

Unleash the bowels of the internet. 😈

(P.S. Shame on you NSA! You were supposed to be the good guys!🤨)

Similarly, the Trump impeachment is beginning to look like something designed to fail, to suddenly stop functioning in the Senate so Trump survives and Democrats can run again on a “lesser of two evils” campaign. The design flaw is found in the artificially narrow foundation of the expected articles on abuse of power. It is not true, as suggested by former acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, that abuse of power cannot be the basis for impeachment because abuse of power is not a crime. Not only can abuse of power be impeachable, but a proven quid pro quo can be such an abuse.

However, there is a reason we have never sought the impeachment of a president on such a narrow ground. The Clinton impeachment was relatively narrow but involved the president lying under oath, a clearly defined criminal act. Abuse of power is stronger in the context of other offenses. The reason is that it is often difficult to distinguish between the problematic statements or conduct of presidents. All politicians are self-dealers, including members of Congress.

To focus on this narrow abuse of power claim as the basis for impeachment, Pelosi maximizes the chances of an acquittal for Trump. By pushing for an impeachment by December, with limited hearings and no compelled testimony, she would achieve her long standing goal to guarantee that Trump will stay in office at the start of the primaries. That is the perfect planned obsolescence product, one designed to fail just in time for the voters to be offered a product “upgrade” in the form of a Democratic presidential candidate and Senate majority.

Turdley fails to identify any such quid pro quo because none exists.

In which statute is abuse of power or quid pro quo defined?
ALL politics is quid pro quo.

The longer Schiff drags this out before the “impeachment” hearings begin the better. It is all losing points for the Democrats. The longer the impeachment hearings go on the worse it will get for Democrats also. Same as with Mueller Report hearings.

Yeah, Holder is hoping for the shield of invulnerability.

Problem here is, if he hasn’t noticed, this uncovering process is slow-roasting the Democrats. It’ll still be happening years from now so that wouldn’t work – even if there was an actual shield of invulnerability.
