Ya ever been to Shanghai?…..worst pollution probably in the world.

After coming back from walks I had to rinse out my nose from the black pollution inside of my nose from breathing the air. Many times you could not see across the street because the pollution was so bad.

It’s not just pollution from the factories, there are no regulations on cars or trucks on their emissions. No standards. The streets are packed with cars

I asked a few of my Chinese friends:
“Why is there so much pollution?”…..Seriously…they all said whispering:

“Shush…..It’s not pollution…..It’s fog from the ocean”
Then one of my friends whispered to me,
“If we say it’s pollution we will be arrested.”

True story. I could tell you more about their fear of the Government.

And these politicians are all “paid off” to defend them…..Pfffft

About the criminal leaker AKA “whistle-blower”:

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2019/10/09/nyt-whistleblower-redacted-third-fact-suggesting-potential-bias-against-trump/

The New York Times reported that, along with the intelligence officer “whistleblower” being a registered Democrat and having a “professional relationship” with a 2020 Democrat, there remains a third redacted reason critics could accuse him of “potential bias” when submitting his complaint to the Intelligence Community inspector general.

The Washington Examiner’s Byron York reported Tuesday that the intelligence officer “whistleblower” had a “professional relationship” with a 2020 Democrat presidential candidate and was a registered Democrat, which critics could use to accuse the “whistleblower” of bias against President Donald Trump and his administration.

Trump’s enemies have resorted to libel. Since they can’t find anything that he actually did wrong, they’ve started making shit up!

And that’s why our Constitution says that the accused may confront their accuser.

As I have said before, it is long past time to take the House before the Supreme Court for their Unconstitutional theater.

      • You don’t seem to understand the basics, Mike. There’s no Constitutional guarantee of facing an accuser UNLESS THERE’S A TRIAL. There’s also no right for a president to sue the House, no matter how nasty they make the process of investigations and inquiries. Congress is completely protected by the Separation of Powers, as far as their “oversight” function goes.

Why do you think President Trump is trying to shame Pelosi into holding votes?
Unless there are actual Articles of Impeachment passed, and a TRIAL scheduled, his team doesn’t have the power to subpoena documents, or to put opponents under oath for depositions.

This is a built-in downside of being president. Presidents get some extra legal protections and buffers, so they can do the job, but they also have to put up with lots of insults, lies and mud-slinging they can do nothing to fight against. That’s hard for a counter-puncher to accept.

NO TRIAL – NO RIGHT to DEFEND. Get it? It stays in the “court of public opinion”, and all the President can do is talk through supporters and tweets.

FakeNews breathless headline ~ “Two Guiliani associates arrested…”

Chill people, it’s just more smoke & mirrors from the democrat massmedia machine. According to those in the know who have read the indictment it appears to be a coordinated attempt to undermine the attacks on Joe Biden, nothing more. Someone conjured up a phony conspiracy case to be run out of the SDNY, while most of the acts took place in other districts, like Nevada, Florida and Virginia; so Nadler-Comey Inc can conspire to make Trump look bad. However, there is nothing in the indictment that even talks about president Trump or his campaign. Most the legalese appears to be over an attempt to get some cannabis licenses in Nevada along with the two donating to some congressman asking to have an ambassador removed, which she was.

The Constitution is actually very clear about what Impeachment is, and isn’t. It’s not a remedy for being unpopular: the Founders explicitly rejected “maladministration” as is found in English law. It must be in response to a crime, and the Constitution is explicit that Congress cannot issue a criminal conviction.

Hence, the Congress has no authority whatsoever to do what they are now describing. They can accuse the man of obstruction or abuse of power, but to find him guilty of the same (and thus impeachable) requires the Court system, applying the law as it is actually written. And the President has exactly the same legal rights with regard to “the due process of law” as you or I do.

Ted Kennedy had major involvement in having Obama make that speech in the 2004 Convention. Died in 2009, still a Senator, but not sure if he was fully capable during Obama’s election.

Isn’t it nice to fall into the hands of a major political family and rise from nothing to President in just a few short years?

Of course, Marie Yovanovitch will show up tomorrow for the close door meeting, in secret, away from any Republicans. This is part of Dim’s plan of impeachment con.

The arrest of the two Ukraine took place in Washington DC— Carl Rove is claiming they were fleeing the country. Does that sound correct or Rove misleading?

Is tomorrow when Fox claims their poll may be off?
As of today— they are pushing their bogus poll every half hour.
    How embarrassing, Dana Perino. SMH.

all the Bushies on FOX (perino, rove, fleicher, etal) ALL don’t want to see a republican impeached, but every one of them cant resist taking pot shots at PDJT for his completely normal diplomatic phone call.
    funny how that works!

Here we have an actual criminal citing the Constitution. Yet we have people advancing the notion that a president can be impeached for having the wrong hairdo or wearing brown shoes with a blue suit.

    Which is it?

Isn’t it funny, then, that when a Democrat VPOTUS boasted of extortion on television – and unmistakably implicated the POTUS – no one “kept up with it” at all?

To the Swamp, high crime is normal. Law enforcement is not.

This morning I heard Deputy White House Counsel Tim Flanigan interviewed on NPR. I t was a halfway decent interview, but so much less effective than it could have been. I always find myself yelling at the radio “be specific!”, “Take over the agenda!” and “Keep it simple!” when Administration officials are “interviewed” by NPR.
Yesterday NPR interviewed a “constitutional expert” who went on about “the House has complete control over Impeachment”, period. When the NPR host asked him if there were any precedents that the House needed to follow, the clown avoided answering – just repeated something inane like “every President doesn’t like to be impeached.”
So today the host made the statement that “the House has complete control”, and Flanigan actually pushed back and said there were precedents! But he was not prepared to recite them, he just made a vague statement about “in the past” Presidents have been treated fairly. It was like he was afraid to hurt the host’s feelings by disagreeing..
It was obvious that the host had never heard even that much before, and in return asked a leading question that was the prefect opportunity for Flanigan to drive home the precedents, but he almost sounded diffident, and lawyerly rather than making points!
It is obvious that these NPR hosts just remember the last thing they were told, so if you aren’t going to tell them anything new and/or outside their comfort zone, why the hell are you there? The audience aren’t lawyers, and aren’t sure as hell aren’t well informed either! So educate them on the specifics and how they are being mislead or just kept in the dark!
HINT: before you go on the air for an interview, listen to a few previous interviews of the other side on the subject, and be prepared to jump through the holes they left. Too much trouble? Too busy? Well, maybe you should let someone do interviews who takes this seriously and doesn’t sound like amateur hour!!

The Constitution, and the recorded deliberations of its authors, is in fact perfectly clear that the Congress does not have the authority that it now wishes to exercise: to pretend that the President broke the law according to them. Impeachment must be in response to a criminal offense, but Congress cannot indict, prosecute nor convict.

The Founders plainly foresaw the present situation and intended to prohibit it.

The opinion of the Founders is in the trunk, along only for the ride.

The Deep State has used control of the House very effectively to kill the President’s legislative agenda, except for Tax Reform, harass him unceasingly, and create leftist propaganda for widespread distribution by the msm.

Expect no different if the House is not flipped in 2020 with a majority margin sufficient to overcome consistent voting by RINOs in support of Dem initiatives, regardless of a win by the President.

I’ve noticed something, just over the last month.

EVERY SINGLE full tilt boogey TDS person I know
has two common traits. They all consider themselves
well read and informed. They, to a person, listen almost
EXCLUSIVELY to NPR, when they don’t have music
on in the background. We need to know our enemies
a little bit better. People are used to complaints about
CNN, MSNBC, and the networks. Maybe it’s time to
let them in on the workings of NPR and PBS.

John Carlin was on the speed dial for propaganda
broadcasts for PBS when all the Russia, Russia
nonsense started. Time to start showing some of the
links on venues besides the broadcast and cable
networks. Our tax $$$ being used against our best
      interests.

NPR and PBS have always been liberal bastions. Only since the President’s election have they become so blatantly leftist. Complaining does no good; funding for both of them enjoy “sacred cow” status in the Congress.

Why was this Obama appointee ambassador retained by President Trump. All of President Trump’s grief can be traced to NOT CANNING Obama appointees on his first day as President! Starting with Comey! Even Jeff Sessions told President Trump to sack Comey on Day One! Sack Yates! Sack McCabe! Sack Rosenstein! Sack Haspel! Fire every Obama syncopath in a position of authority and none of this three year nightmare would be going on today!
