Democrats don’t need good choices. Hillary was a perfect example. She nearly won the election even though probably most of the people who voted for her hated her. Dems stick together. Dems vote for Dems. Dems are rabidly anti-GOP (I know because I was one).

I hope everyone understands it doesn’t matter what WE think about the Dem candidates. It matters what the people who aren’t devoted Trump supporters think about them

We – and especially President Trump- are still dealing with the stinking feces and entrails left over from that 8 year disaster.

I don’t feel bad about my vote for either one of them. What really galls me no end is that these were our only choices against even worse Dem candidates. Until Trump our choices were the lesser (maybe) of two evils. That is not really choice is it?

When looking at it honestly I would say at the time we voted for McCain his true colors weren’t fully available for review, it was later we found out what a real turncoat looks like. As for Romney I really had to hold my nose and ask God’s forgiveness but he to only showed how truly horrible he really was, later.

As a voter show me one good Republican candidate who was only good because of who they were running against, since we had a real choice with Reagan. There haven’t been any and without Trump we never would have had any now.

They want a national $15 hour minimum wage to penalize red states that operate efficiently. They cannot have low cost states because smart people will move there. If Big blue cities/states require a $15 living wage, everyone else must be penalized too.

They actually do not care about minimum wage workers. What they do care about is raising taxes and when base wages raises go up, prices go up and sales tax revenue increases.

The unions who own the politicians say the problem is not that union workers make too much money, the problem is the rest of the people do not make enough. Since most government functions are union employees, raises must come by increase in tax revenue.

In a Trump style growth economy, wages go up due to employers fighting for employees and thus is natural wage growth such as the market demands. This opens up opportunities for low wage workers and places them in new jobs where they will acquire new job skills.

Forced democrat wage increases keep you at the crappy job and wage gains are lost to price increase.

That is so true Mugzey. A family member did research for a long time to determine where to retire after having grown up and lived in California. A few years ago it was easy, NV, OR, AZ, CO, but these states have been run over by Californians who’s politics are now ruining them. I understand that even UT and TX are turning. My family member made the choice to purchase property substantially distant from the west coast, but I am not going to divulge where. Suffice it to say that it is leaning conservative, taxes are reasonable, the climate is good.

    • This is where Trump excels. He is every bit as good at this game than the leftist loons. Dems have run for years not on policy but they had better keep the evil Republicans out of office. Trump is maybe better at this than democrats. This is in fact what he did this past week. He brought attention to the people that scare even Pelosi and made them the face of the DNC. By having them show their unity with the kooks of their party he in effect put every fake moderate running in a swing district on the ticket against him.

They continue to play right into his hands and make this personnel. He now has the bonus of showing what Trump policies do in contrast to Obama/Hillary government. Their best chance hinges on Mueller and we all know it. That is why they took the extra week to prepare. They know this is a chance for the GOP to ambush Mueller and show what a witch hunt this really was.

“Dems stick together, . . . ” And that is why they do as well as they do. Republicans do not. They (we, as I am a life-long Republican) do not know how to wield power when given such. Republicans, as a party, are not fighters. Trump and his supporters (of which I am one) realize this, and the resistance has begun. Dems think they are the resisters, they are not, Trump supporters are. They only way to win again the Dems in the short run is to vote. And by that I mean all those conservative folks who are too busy to do so (and there are many), have to be prodded to the polls, now, and in the future. Accordingly, we need Trump supporters in leadership positions in the House and Senate. There is more than one wall that needs to be built.

So I gave her a five minute ‘angry’ history of what those ‘girls’ have said about him, including the mf-er comment, and then a few of the things he has accomplished. And then asked her, what’s important to you? So she’s back to PDJT at least for now. But, like you said, we can’t take anyone’s vote for granted.

He will not give her a pass because she was First Lady. How did her signature public policy, Let’s Move, work out? Total disaster.

The cry of outrage will be loud and sustained but this President knows the stakes and he does not intend to let the dems destroy what he has accomplished for this country. To be quite blunt about it, my assessment as a voter (who has, over the years, voted for all Parties as well as independents) is that the Democratic Party hasn’t learned a damned thing from its loss to Donald Trump. They are still playing the same old “business as usual” game as though nothing significant happened in the year 2016: they cannot bring themselves to accept that the game has changed completely. And so, there is not one single “candidate” of theirs that I could seriously vote for. But, there should be.

The Dems used to be (pre-Clinton) a party whose mission was to serve as a check/balance to the worst excesses of the open-borders cheap labor globalists who USED to infest only the Republic Party. Clinton sold them out. Now they infest both parties.

The Democratic Party is a clown car. The globalist donors who provide the VAST majority of party funding, those who bought the clown car, have Nancy Pelosi as their servant to drive it. (She is the dispenser of money, power, and privilege.) The clown car is filled with every faction of their coalition of the anti-American fringes, all of whom think that it should be their hand on the steering wheel. Most of the clowns in the back seat loathe and hate each other. This point is important and hard for heritage-Americans with our bewildered good-will to understand. They are bound together by two things: united hatred of the culture of heritage-America and a cargo-cult love of the wealth that the culture of heritage-America has created.

What happens when Nancy Pelosi becomes too old to continue? Who will drive the clown car? Pres. Trump has stirred-up the back seat of the clown car and Pelosi has spent an enormous portion of her party-internal political capital slapping their hands away from the wheel. They know her days are numbered and that they are the future. They are not going to stop. The globalist owners of the clown car are getting desperate. They try to own both parties so they always win, but along came Pres. Trump to contest with them for control of the Republican Party. Their hold on both parties is now tenuous.

Marxist revolutions are nothing more than power and wealth grabs, heists, Marxists getting their hands on stuff they didn’t do anything to earn. Then, knowing full well how they got theirs, they put in place absolute totalitarian governments to keep anyone else from getting ideas about taking their new spoils away from THEM. It’s a gigantic “king of the hill” game, and it never ends.

We never needed significant minimum wage laws until the factories and mills and mines closed, and good paying lifetime union jobs in the trades were replaced by illegal alien day labor picked up each morning outside the Home Depot. The lie of the post industrial American economy, with high paying high tech jobs for those who once worked on the assembly lines, was laid bare by the reality that the training for those new jobs entailed practicing saying “welcome to Walmart” and “would you like fries with that.” Suddenly men and women with families and mortgages and bills to pay were forced to elbow out high school kids for what had always been low-paying entry level jobs. That is, until those employers realized they could fire Joe America and hire illegal Jose to cook the fries for half the hourly rate and no benefits.

Yeah. We’re STILL pissed off. And we remember who did this to us.

The current field of extreme candidates is so Michelle Obama will appear moderate when she steps in to save the party. The new Epstein charges are to take out the Clintons now so Hillary doesn’t think she can ride in at the last minute.

    It’s all by design.

She is not running. She’s never worked a day in her life and she’s not about to start. haha

Plus she’d have totally revamp her wardrobe because this kind of sh*t just won’t work:

She’s become a tub. She’s bigger than Oprah. In the photos above you can see that SJP’s waist is smaller than one of Mooch’s thighs. She couldn’t possibly handle a grueling campaign. In order to look halfway decent she requires a massive amount of hair, makeup, and clothing assistance. There’s just no time for it on the campaign trail. She couldn’t handle it. She has no work ethic.

HAHAHAHAHA I didn’t think anyone could have a worse wardrobe than Hillary, but I was wrong.

All three of these pics are recent btw, from her book tour.

And while I am at it. From General Spalding. This is mind-blowing:

“’We have, today, 152,000 Chinese kids in STEM education,’ said Spalding, ‘where in one year [of spending] in Afghanistan, we could afford to put 200,000 kids through four years of STEM education here in the United States.’”

    Another one from him:

“When China entered the WTO in 2001, from that time period to 2017, we lost 78,000 factories. We unemployed 3.4 million manufacturing jobs. In the same time, we spent trillions in the Middle East.”

Hmmmm. See a fit here? I think I do. Perhaps regime change and nation building, the hopeless quest to turn Middle Easterners into good little Vermonters, were bullshit all along. They never really made sense. So … perhaps they were never anything more than pretexts, totally made-up justifications for destroying trillions of dollars of American wealth with nothing to show for it. Hmmmmmm. More pieces fit together.

Excuse me, may I ask what is this woman talking about?
Tlaib is a Palestinian, so what “color” is a Palestinian?
Technically, Ocasio-Cortez is of European ancestry. She appears not to have any of the requisite native.characteristics of the defined “Hispanic”.
Three races: Caucasian, African and Asian (period). Then the caring left started to muck about and we got Samoan, Pacific Islander and all that. Which further morphed into Aleuts/Eskimos. Hispanic is not a true race, it was cobbled together from a mix of European Spanish and Native inhabitants, for the convenience of politicians. “Brown” is an appellation of convenience, a contrivance for purposes of debate, and, in reality, just pure nonsense. Brown as a racial definition is meaningless.
SO, WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT?
