if legal, I’d have written them a letter:

But it likely ain’t legal or advisable from his attorneys or he wouldn’t be testifying

UPDATE: Good news on the wall.
Another email last night from Brian Kolfage of webuildthewall.us. Problem of the open gate solved. So, he says no more calls needed.

The IBWC has decided to close and lock the Border Wall gate we built tonight and every night going forward! They will only be opening the gate at intermittent times during the day as necessary going forward.

Further calls to the IBWC are no longer necessary and WeBuildTheWall looks forward to working with them as we continue to secure other segments of the border that they operate on. You can support more victories and more segments of wall by chipping in using our new payment processor:

I am so incredibly proud of our team, donors, and supporters. We just continue to work through every obstacle to get the job done and it’s both an inspiration and blessing to be a part of this!

We do not want to gloat as we are going to be working with IBWC again on other segments of border wall we are planning. Please help us spread the word that further calls to the IBWC are no longer necessary.

As an aside I am personally aware of a situation where a local car dealer sold 15 electric cars in a recent month. Two neighbours have them, and are thrilled with them.

They are not my cup of tea, but as a child in Scotland. I remember coal being delivered on a horse and cart. I still remember with fondness the driver, his name and his warmth.

Things change, here I sit with my iPad enjoying the most educational and informative site that I know of. The gentleman that drove the horse and cart, if he were alive. Would be dumbfounded.

Your car will be just fine on ethanol. It’s your other small engines like the lawn mower, string trimmer, leaf blower, power washer, boat motor, etc…. that will benefit more from ethanol free fuel. Luckily Rec90 gas is only around $3/Gal and is plentiful here.

You can always use high-octane gasoline (which -as you know- is recommended by chainsaw manufacturers) and treat it with with Sta-Bil Marine Formula (chemically counter-acts the bad effects of ethanol on small engines). It works for my Stihl and it’s cheaper than buying canned gas from chainsaw distributors.

Looking at the origination of the investigation of President Trump

      Hillary Clinton email server
Looking at Hillary’s non governmental entities, activities overseas
He has amassed a huge team
Concern that investigation is so broad: Takes a lot of time
Sara says Barr and Durham are very dedicated and intense
Portions may come out early, and other conclusions later
They are trying to look a the full scope and interconnections
Interviewer: What about IG’s Horowitz report?

      Carter:
The report has been under wraps
      May involve Christopher Steele’s input
      Includes Strozk, Page, Comey
Interviewer: Mueller will always say motives were pure
Horowitz is going to say there was no US Defense reason to approach the Russians for generating the Steele dossier
There was no probable cause to go after Trump

( am not sure I understood the part below)
Why did not Mueller and Lynch give Trump defensive briefing that people were being approached by Russians
Did they give Hillary a briefing on players that were approaching her?

10:00 – Jim Benvie goes with Foreman Mike for trip up the speedway. (Foreman Mike leaves the truck for a while and Jim sits in the truck and continues to talk while waiting.)

15:49 – But you guys have to understand. This Sunland Park area only covers 4 miles of the 2,200 mile border.

17:22 – So you see what we’ve got going on here. We got a drone pilot. We got the media over there. The drone’s going to take an aerial picture of the crews up the hill.

19:29 – The lights on the speedway turn on.

26:45 – Driving up the speedway.
28:09 – Driving down the speedway.

31:01 – The base of that mountain right there goes to a 41% grade. Almost entirely impassable.

This whole issue of who owns, controls, has access to the bollard gate and the road it sits on is a little confusing. So I’m just going to post some of the more informative tweets for the time being. Anyone wanting to get more involved, play by play can follow Brian Kolfage and Dustin Stockton’s twitter account. There are too many new tweets (some with duplicate info) to post them all here as it gets too cluttered and confusing. Also, I probably won’t be posting all of the hit piece articles unless there is some useful info in them.

FYI: Brian Kolfage frequently posts the following article for info on who has access to Monument 1. Also, see Jim Benvie’s video posted further below.

The Border Wall Still Remains Locked Open By The Government – 6/11/19 – (10:32) – (Jim Benvie)

2:09 – Now, what’s going on here. What’s happening right now.
Number 1, when we had this gate closed, we never officially locked it. One of the things that is coming out in the press from the International Boundary Water Commission is that this get was locked. I can tell you officially that WeBuildTheWall never locked this gate.
They opened the gate and they moved it over and they put the padlock on it. There’s the padlock right there.
So the other think you’re going to hear is that they wanted the gate to be moved back… I believe it was like the size of a bathtub. So what we’re disputing here guys is the size of a bathtub.

2:58 – Now, keep in mind the real dispute here is … there’s Mexico … and of course here’s the United States.
The real dispute here guys is that… Does America care about it’s national security? Do we care about our borders? Is it the responsibility of federal agencies to defend our borders and secure our borders? Because all we’ve ever heard for the last couple years is that “Oh America would have a border wall if they just had the money to pay for it.

So now America builds a wall, builds a big wall that’s literally an amazing accomplishment… an area, like I said, VIP 300,000 dollars a day **** off the cartel, and then here we are…

4:16 – The reality here guys is this. This was Border Patrol’s wall. Now the idea here was to give Border Patrol control of this gate so that they could open it and close it whenever they wanted to and use this area however they needed to use it at their judgment.
This was built for them, this was designed with what they wanted in mind, but we have a small little area here that is disputed as far as property goes.
4:43 – Now we know the property belongs to the U.S. Government, but the question is why would the U.S. Government fight a wall for U.S. national security because of the ACLU making a demand.

7:36 – So just a rerun of the facts. We did not lock the gate. The gate was closed but we did not lock it. They, being the IBWC, they opened the gate. They locked the gate open…
Secondly, the area of property that’s being disputed here is the size of a medium sized bathtub.

Without the wall and the stemming of the invasion the NWO American replacement plan aka Cloward-Piven plan will continue unabated, with all that that entails; Illegal votes, collapsing healthcare, diminished wages, etc.

Also it takes a bit of the wind out of the Eeyore’s aka concern trolls, so that’s a nice ancillary result.

          • Just my 2 cents…

Building the wall and securing our border was a “YUGE” major premise of the DJT campaign.

This subject indeed is significant presidential substance. Of course, China, NK are extremely significant Presidential matters too, but Sundance offers many good separate threads for matters like that to be explored and discussed among Treepers.

I think if a survey of Treepers were taken by the administration of the CTH, the number of supporting Treepers would vastly outnumber those who think this is distracting from other Presidential matters. I opine it is not.

The few who may want all this on the open thread (won’t get near the readership there) can just scroll down and bypass this to get to other presidential subject matter. It’s not going to kill anybody’s critical time or break anybody’s scrolling fingers.

I might suggest you email The Last Refuge and see if Ad rem will weigh in and offer advice. She is very fair in her approach to any given situation here. Btw, be sure you put your username in the subject matter. They tend to get to nember emails first.

Having said that, I do agree that Grandma’s prayer needs to be on top. It starts the Presidential thread out on a sure footing. Prayer first, then on to the rest of the business for the day.

Shalom and thanks for all the effort to make these reports convient for CTM members.

The IBWC is one of probably thousands of obscure taxpayer funded federal agencies, created through nepotism and payoff schemes who waste and misappropriate our tax dollars to work against their very own legal United states citizens.

That’s fine if you like that sort of thing, but in the interest of time I abandoned it for the political “meat.” (Scriptures are nice, great to know that the whole world hasn’t given over to the satanists and that one is not alone in resisting.)

I don’t appreciate that this thread is ALSO beginning to be used for non newsworthy memes which take up unnecessary space on this Best of the Internet, very valuable blog, probably doing more than anyone except President Trump in helping to salvage the nation by disseminating that which the evil doers are trying to hide.

The Trump re-election campaign is considering spending money in Oregon and other blue states like Nevada, Minnesota and Virginia. I live in California and needless to say total Democrat domination of our state government has absolutely destroyed us in so many ways. I don’t know if Trump can win in Oregon, but forcing the Democrats to spend money and time in states where they think they have it in the bag is smart politically. Personally, I think the president will carry a state or two next year that nobody thinks he could ever win. People are fed up with the lunatics in the RAT Party. There will be a tremendous backlash against them in 2020.

I think your point that “expanding the map” possibly forces Dems to defend territory they thought was safe is part of this, & smart. However, Oregon seems like uncharted territory & I can understand why it’s attractive as a state to explore. From the article you linked

“Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton won the state by 11 percentage points in the 2016 presidential election, and the last time the state voted for a Republican candidate was 1984.”

“Former President George W. Bush came within 8,000 votes of Al Gore in Oregon in 2000, but lost the state by 4 percentage points to John Kerry in 2004.”

For W to have come within less than 10K votes of winning Oregon in 2000 is something. & as the incumbent in 2004 W still lost it by a less than 10% pts. It certainly indicates that flipping OR red is not impossible.

I support higher competitive wages for teachers locally, instead of building new/more schools.

I also support robust homeschooling networks so that families with exceptional children can make the most of our tax dollar-supported resources. Over half of our local tax bill goes to schools, but apparently the bulk of that gets allocated to administrators and building contractors… not teachers, aides, maintenance, decent bus drivers and school lunch staff & supplies, which I value over people sitting at desks in a central govt building)

Thought about this because I recently posted in support of valuing teachers, which is important… but no I don’t want to fund California’s crop of Communist indoctrinators. If she delays the Extradition bill and resigns, she may have a chance at a life. If she continues to ram through Chairman Mao 2.0’s diktats, she is toast. No one in Hong Kong, except the CCP infiltrators and running dogs, will ever forgive her. A recipe for disaster.

The police, were taken over at the top years ago after the signing of the Joint declaration. They told me so. Thus the violent actions against the HK people. reporting today they were issued with rifles. Hong Kong people protest peacefully. She was the one who 1st rang the bell on getting Hse GOP to call Dems out & label their position on abortion “infanticide”, which was pretty successful. & she seems to be taking the lead in trying to win the House back in 2020

“Rep. Liz Cheney, the No. 3 House Republican, privately battled with the chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee Monday night, where she raised concerns from members about the direction of the party’s campaign arm as they try to win back the chamber.

“Rep. Tom Emmer of Minnesota used a members’ only leadership meeting Monday night to press lawmakers about their party dues and contributions to the party committee. At one point, he questioned whether Cheney would continue to contribute campaign cash to the NRCC, according to multiple sources. Cheney, the House Republican Conference chair who outranks Emmer, fired back that she has met her fundraising benchmarks and paid her party dues.

“The Wyoming Republican — who is mulling a Senate bid after Sen. Mike Enzi declared his retirement — countered that some members are concerned Emmer is artificially inflating the fundraising numbers he brings in, according to sources. Cheney also told Emmer that some lawmakers are worried about the campaign arm’s general strategy going forward as it seeks to rebuild the GOP’s fortunes in 2020.”

Once the banks started collapsing & the bailouts began – there were 2 in less than 3 weeks – I predicted civil unrest couldn’t be far around the corner. Under an authoritarian regime, the trade-off b/w the people & those in power is different than in societies like ours

The people accept an exchange of their rights, or most of their rights, on the govt’s promise that those in power will deliver a great good, in China’s case, prosperity, & that the system will work. When the system starts to malfunction & breaks down, the people literally have nothing left to lose. The regime anticipates this & resorts to harsher measures, more openly repressive measures, than usual to maintain order

Everyone should watch the first 5-10 minutes to grasp the severity of what is hap;p;ening in HKG.

Hope A2 can watch such a link. Not sure. TY for your updates. You are correct to say the HKG people are putting their lives on the life.

this broadcast was on June 10, no update. The news talks about the access to the Monument as the reason for IWBC and ACLU fight on keeping the gate open (as plenty of videos show that’s NOT the reason, they both NOW claim the fence is on Govt land (IBCW) but there is no mention of the countless other gates that are left open between MehEgo and US supposedly on Federal Land in IWBC domain. Thus leaving multiple open pathways~~~the US citizens leaving those gates open are really earning their cartel $$$$.

In case you are wondering why this extradition bill is important,
“While legal experts differ on how often & under what circumstances this could happen, they agree a person residing in the US-or any country that has an extradition agreement w/HK-could be then sent from HK to Mainland China “

      Think about that.

And this isn’t just about Hong Kong — If Beijing showed no respect to one-country-two-systems, a key condition it agreed to before HK’s handover, what’s the point of the U.S. agreeing to a trade deal with China?

WSJ has a great editorial on the protests and extradition law in Hong Kong.
Read and watch the very moving video.
    (Excerpt)

It’s not easy to turn a million prosperous people into political dissidents. But that’s what China might have pulled off in Hong Kong.

Organizers say more than a million people poured into the territory’s streets Sunday to march against an amendment to the law being rammed through the legislative council, or LegCo. The amendment would allow extradition to China. Every marcher understands the consequence: China would have the power to go after critics in Hong Kong by having them arrested there and then brought to the mainland for trial and imprisonment.

It is the gravest threat to date to the autonomy promised in the 1984 Joint Declaration, which set out the terms for Hong Kong’s return to China from Britain. At its core, this promise was that China would respect the most important guarantee Hong Kong offers investors and citizens alike: You and your money are safe here, because we aren’t China.

It shouldn’t be surprising that the gravest threat to Hong Kong’s autonomy has now provoked the greatest public outcry. To put it in perspective, Sunday’s march drew twice as many as the 2003 demonstration that successfully derailed an earlier proposed law on treason, sedition and subversion.“

“Meanwhile, an official Chinese newspaper blames “foreign forces.” That’s rich, coming from a regime founded on the most noxious foreign import in Chinese history: Marxism. What Beijing really can’t abide is the idea of free Chinese people. And it’s especially galling in Hong Kong, where these freedoms are a legacy of British colonialism and its unique marriage of common law and open markets.”

The sad thing is, A2, is that China CCP and Xi are going to get away with this. Listened to an interview w/the former editor of the SCMP, who says Lam is committed to signing this bill, and is seen by her CCP handlers as being an obedient little communist. The people of HK are going to be screwed and, judging from your latest, quite possibly injured (if not outright killed).

Chalk up another victory for China’s lying and duplicity.
China has never obeyed any agreement they ever signed. Why would they start now?

      • “..gonna have HK refugees, soon “ Most of the wealthy and clever already, years ago, became “Chinese Astronauts”. Flying the Pacific to and from British Columbia every week to work in freedom and visit family weekends. Vancouver airport had welcoming kiosks! Rolls Royce and Jaguar dealerships, Gucci, RealEstate Luxury homes, Private school kiosks. Quite a jump from the ‘welcome T-shirt’ vendors. They saw the future 20 years ago.

          Mickey, great post.

Even earlier than twenty years ago. We live in Southen B.C. and have witnessed an incredible amount of wealth enter our Province, after Expo 86.

You may remember the HK billionaire that bought up the old Expo lands in D.T. Vancouver. He paid peanuts for the land. The area now contains thousands of high end, and Luxury Condos. Our Mayor and Premier of the province were in HK not long before the deal was signed.

Maseratis seem to be in vogue now, as a Chinese occupied home just round the corner from us, has two of them in the driveway. Another Chinese occupied home a few houses down from them, also have a Maserati.

Folks can say what they want, but IMO the Chinese figured out long ago politicians are not to be trusted. How many North Americans knew just how corrupt our politicians were prior to PDJTs election?

          God bless PDJT
