      Pray that our Lord God will send a deceiving spirit into the midst of Trump’s enemies. That He will confuse, cause disarray, expose their plans, and that their names, organizations, etc., will be revealed to those that support the President. That the simple minded hordes who support his enemies, and ours, will have their hearts, minds, eyes and ears opened to see themselves as being used, expose their crimes,seek repentance and divine justice be done.

  3. The “BLANKENSHIP v. NAPOLITANO” defamation lawsuit filed in West Virginia court could ECLIPSE the Covington lawsuit filed for Nick Sandmann by L. Lyn Wood!!!

    Highlights:

    https://www.theepochtimes.com/former-senate-candidate-sues-gop-and-media-for-defamation_2841907.html

    Defendants who allegedly defamed WV Republican Senatorial Candidate Don Blankenship – including McConnell’s DASTARDLY weaponized “National Republican Senatorial Committee” [think of their $MILLIONS in campaign pay-for-play funding suddenly at risk in this lawsuit], Judge Andrew Napolitano and FoxNews have got to be TERRIFIED!

    “Blankenship is suing the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Other media outlets named as defendants are CNN, MSNBC, Associated Press, Breitbart News, Boston Globe, Washington Post, Washington Times, and Tribune Publishing Co., which owns the Chicago Tribune, New York Daily News, and other newspapers.”

    Filing in West Virginia Court has terrific and clear-cut details on the perps:

        The Inquisition was installed to stop which hunts. And they stopped it. They started to “inquire the which” thats where the name comes from. There where zero which burnings in Papal state, about ten in portugal and spain where inquisition was strong. In Germany the inquisition was weak – due to the reformation. There where a lot of which burning – mostly by protestants.

        And the dark ages where in North Africa, where muslims destroyed the ancient civilisation. Europe was in a 500 year technology and society boom where europeans invented glasses, new architecture, correct writing (miniscule) and so on..

      There was always something very wrong with his character, which is was one of extreme “me-first-and-only” self-entitlement. He was wrongfully admitted to the Naval Academy with bad grades ahead of more qualified applicants because his daddy and granddaddy were admirals. Rules that apply to ordinary people didn’t apply to him. He thumbed his nose at Annapolis because he couldn’t be kicked out or flunked out, because he was JOHN MCCAIN, son and grandson of ADMIRALS. He ignored orders and crashed planes, because he couldn’t be disciplined as the son and grandson of admirals.

      He was caught taking bribes to his wife from the Keating 5, so he tried to cover his tracks by imposing the McCain-Feingold nonsense on everyone else. Laws only apply to everyone else, not to JOHN MCCAIN, nor Hillary Clinton, of course. He yelled obscenities at other senators who questioned ramming his McCain-Kennedy amnesty through the Senate in the dead of night without debate, and screamed he knew more about it than anyone else – because he was JOHN MCCAIN, a legend in his own mind !!!!!! He had secret no press allowed meetings to praise Mexico as our dearest friend and closest neighbor, calling enforcement of the laws “Rhetoric”.

      As president, McCain, like the man he helped elect. Barack Obama, would have tried to rule by fiat and would have made Hugo Chavez look like George Washington.

        I’m not sure “wrongly admitted” applies here, because our country has always accepted legacy admission, whether it be familial, child of major donor, etc. I’m not defending McCain – I truly believe he WAS (so glad to type him in past tense) a vile, evil traitor. But my better half and I discuss the whole admissions question daily. It’s hard to solve, but I know it won’t be done based on “fairness.” No leader on either side will do what’s required, like go strictly on grades only. What if 2 people tie for the last seat? How is it solved? Can’t go by money, because that’s not fair.

        I would caution all – beware of “Fair.” It’s the new “Free,” and is a powerful Socialist tool designed to grab money from the doers and hand it right to the takers. This is what the whole media push over “affordable housing” is about. Money grab. Oh and “affordable” is the ugly, inbred stepchild of “fair.”

        Apologize for the length…but it has to be known…links are provided to shorten…

        McCain graduated from the Naval Academy 894th of 899.
        McCain crashed 3 planes. Crashed his first plane in Corpus Christi Bay

        While training overseas, McCain sparked international controversy when he flew into power lines while hot-dogging in his plane.

        McCain crashed a Navy jet while on a purely personal trip. He was bringing back Christmas presents for the family in the baggage compartment of his plane

        McCain was personally responsible for the deadliest fire in the history of the US Navy. That catastrophe, with 27 dead and over 100 wounded. McCain deliberately “wet-started” his A-4E to shake up the guy in the plane behind his A-4. “Wet-starts”, done either deliberately or accidentally, shoot a large flame from the tail of the aircraft.

        This and the large subsequent electrical surge and weapon arming (by the pilot) caused the launching of a powerful Zuni rocket across the carrier’s deck hitting other parked planes that were packing 1,000 high-explosive pound bombs. The subsequent massive explosions, fire and destruction went several decks below and nearly sunk this major 82,000 ton U.S. aircraft carrier.

        Any other Navy pilot causing this type of death and destruction the Navy would have raped him and he would probably still be in the brig. Why not McCain? Well, first with many powerful connections this “little infraction” was disregarded. His grandfather was a famous FOUR STAR Navy admiral and his dad was at the time of the incident was a powerful Navy FOUR STAR admiral.
        http://www.theburningplatform.com/2015/07/23/mccain-the-hero-nearly-sunk-an-aircraft-carrier-killed-134-sailors/

        McCain was shot down during a bombing run in Vietnam. Fellow pilots claimed he did not follow proper procedures and was shot down due to this.

        John McCain was not tortured by his captors.

        Sera, Nguyen Tien Tran McCains prison guard. acknowledged that conditions in the prison were “tough, though not inhuman”. But, he added: “We never tortured McCain. On the contrary, we saved his life, curing him with extremely valuable medicines that at times were not available to our own wounded.”

        Tran, then 75, said McCain reached Hanoi with the worst injuries he had seen in a downed pilot. But he denied torturing him, saying it was his mission to ensure that McCain survived. As the son of the US naval commander in Vietnam, he offered a potential valuable propaganda weapon.
        Tran told Corriere that McCain was sent to hospital the day after he was brought to Hanoi and stayed there for a month. “I never lost him from sight. I was frightened a doctor or nurse might do him harm.”

        The pressure from the families and Vietnam veterans forced the creation, in late 1991, of a Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs. The chairman was John Kerry. McCain, as a former POW, was its most pivotal member.

        While on the Senate POW committee. McCain browbeat expert witnesses who came with information about un-returned POWs.
        Family members who have personally faced McCain and pressed him to end the secrecy also have been treated to his legendary temper. He has screamed at them, insulted them, brought women to tears. Mostly his responses to them have been versions of: How dare you question my patriotism?
        In 1996, he roughly pushed aside a group of POW family members who had waited outside a hearing room to appeal to him, including a mother in a wheelchair.

        Four months before the 1973 peace accords. A general, Tran Van Quang, told the politburo members that Hanoi was holding 1,205 American prisoners but would keep many of them at war’s end as leverage to ensure getting war reparations from Washington.

        A new measure, known as “the McCain Bill, ”suddenly appeared. By creating a bureaucratic maze from which only a fraction of the documents could emerge—only records that revealed no POW secrets—it turned the Truth Bill on its head. The McCain bill became law in 1991 and remains so today. So crushing to transparency are its provisions that it actually spells out for the Pentagon and other agencies several rationales, scenarios, and justifications for not releasing any information at all—even about prisoners discovered alive in captivity. Later that year, the Senate Select Committee was created, where Kerry and McCain ultimately worked together to bury evidence.

        Ted Sampley, who fought with US Special Forces in Vietnam and is now a leading campaigner for veterans’ rights, said: ‘I have been following John McCain’s career for nearly 20 years. I know him personally. There is something wrong with this guy and let me tell you what it is – deceit.

        ‘When he came home and saw that Carol was not the beauty he left behind, he started running around on her almost right away. Everybody around him knew it.

        ‘Eventually he met Cindy and she was young and beautiful and very wealthy. At that point McCain just dumped Carol for something he thought was better.

        ‘This is a guy who makes such a big deal about his character. He has no character. He is a fake. If there was any character in that first marriage, it all belonged to Carol.’

        http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-1024927/The-wife-John-McCain-callously-left-behind.html

        McStain abused his current wife to the point of her getting addicted to pain killers.
        According to two emergency room physicians in Phoenix, , who tell us they don’t want their names used, interviewed by CounterPunch, it was at this time that Cindy McCain sought medical attention in the Phoenix area for injuries consistent with physical violence: bruises, contusions and a black eye . There were at least two more visits for medical attention in the Phoenix area by Cindy, with similar injuriesi, between 1988 and 1993.

  9. “The Best Analysis Of What Really Happened To The Boeing 737 Max From A Pilot & Software Engineer”

    https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-03-17/best-analysis-what-really-happened-boeing-737-max-pilot-software-engineer

    The following tweets from Trevor Sumner, CEO of Perch Experience, of what really happened to the Boeing 737 Max, may be one of the best summaries of the events that led to the two recent airplane crashes, and also why Boeing’s “software upgrade” response is a farce.
    ===
    1of x: BEST analysis of what really is happening on the #Boeing737Max issue from my brother in law @davekammeyer, who’s a pilot, software engineer & deep thinker. Bottom line don’t blame software that’s the band aid for many other engineering and economic forces in effect.👇🎖🤔
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    Some people are calling the 737MAX tragedies a #softwarefailure. Here’s my response: It’s not a software problem. It was an

    * Economic problem that the 737 engines used too much fuel, so they decided to install more efficient engines with bigger fans and make the 737MAX.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    This led to an

    * Airframe problem. They wanted to use the 737 airframe for economic reasons, but needed more ground clearance with bigger engines.The 737 design can’t be practically modified to have taller main landing gear. The solution was to mount them higher & more forward.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    This led to an

    * Aerodynamic problem. The airframe with the engines mounted differently did not have adequately stable handling at high AoA to be certifiable. Boeing decided to create the MCAS system to electronically correct for the aircraft’s handling deficiencies.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    During the course of developing the MCAS, there was a

    * Systems engineering problem. Boeing wanted the simplest possible fix that fit their existing systems architecture, so that it required minimal engineering rework, and minimal new training for pilots and maintenance crews.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    The easiest way to do this was to add some features to the existing Elevator Feel Shift system. Like the #EFS system, the #MCAS relies on non-redundant sensors to decide how much trim to add. Unlike the EFS system, MCAS can make huge nose down trim changes.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    On both ill-fated flights, there was a:
    * Sensor problem. The AoA vane on the 737MAX appears to not be very reliable and gave wildly wrong readings. On #LionAir, this was compounded by a
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    * Maintenance practices problem. The previous crew had experienced the same problem and didn’t record the problem in the maintenance logbook. This was compounded by a:
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    * Pilot training problem. On LionAir, pilots were never even told about the MCAS, and by the time of the Ethiopian flight, there was an emergency AD issued, but no one had done sim training on this failure. This was compounded by an:
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    * Economic problem. Boeing sells an option package that includes an extra AoA vane, and an AoA disagree light, which lets pilots know that this problem was happening. Both 737MAXes that crashed were delivered without this option. No 737MAX with this option has ever crashed.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    All of this was compounded by a:

    * Pilot expertise problem. If the pilots had correctly and quickly identified the problem and run the stab trim runaway checklist, they would not have crashed.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    Nowhere in here is there a software problem.
    • The computers & software performed their jobs according to spec without error.
    • The specification was just shitty.
    • Now the quickest way for Boeing to solve this mess is to call up the software guys to come up with another band-aid.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    I’m a software engineer, and we’re sometimes called on to fix the deficiencies of mechanical or aero or electrical engineering, because the metal has already been cut or the molds have already been made or the chip has already been fabed, and so that problem can’t be solved.
    — Trevor Sumner (@trevorsumner) March 16, 2019
    ===
    But the software can always be pushed to the update server or reflashed. When the software band-aid comes off in a 500mph wind, it’s tempting to just blame the band-aid.

    Follow @davekammeyer if you want to dig in.

          I’ve yet to see a script look for anything other than what you tell it to look for. Does modeling work the same way? Can a simulation parameter/values be changed to ignore something like fulcrum? My spouse is heavy into simulation and she commented that simulation is more about testing people’s skill. So I am thinking that some very important details could have been left out of the modelling, such as engine weight. I’m asking respectfully…

          Like

          • 1) There is Thrust to Weight Ratio that must be maintained. If the engines are not powerful enough the plane won’t get off the ground…Which requires…FUEL (original engines were fuel hogs) so
            2) Boeing went to a smaller engine (fuel savings)…to get that engine to work they needed to LOWER THE ENGINE & MOVE IT FORWORD…Moving the engine FORWARD/LOWER changed the AIR FLOW Dynamics
            3) The Modelling I am talking about is using the CURRENT SOFTWARE THAT WAS IN THE AIRCRAFT and ACTUAL VALUES OF AIR FLOW OVER THE WINGS USING A WIND TUNNEL (https://www.boeing.com/company/key-orgs/boeing-technology-services/wind-tunnels-and-propulsion.page).
            (NOTE: VALUES FOR THE SIMULATION CAN BE MODIFIED WHILE THE TEST IS RUNNING AND GOING THROUGH THE VALUES ON THROUGH THE MAIN CONTROL CENTER)

            The next thing to do is to take the above values and go through simulations of take off/landing and juke the software values so that there is a failure…NOTE: Testing needs to go to failure NOT just changing value(s) to get an outcome.

            NOTE: This is a SIMPLIFIED SCENARIO but something like this was done with the US Air Force C-141 REVAMP Project for Simulators at Ottis AFB, OK…To cause a CATASTROPHIC FAILURE the inputs were such that the PILOT HAD TO REACT to the situation and OVERCOME THE FAILURE!!! This is VERY SIMPLIFIED!!!!

              I appreciate the reply, and respect that you had to keep it abbreviated. But I think you in part addressed my curiosity, which questions if values can be changed. Who knows if the simulation even tested what was going to go in the air…I’ll never buy into simulation as a substitute for a real test. Put the sucker in the air. Make everyone involved in the redesign go for a nice long ride in it before signing off. That would get you some honest answers.

        BAM, BKR, Eagledriver50…20 years (and now retired) in design and acceptance to release testing in Networked Storage. The minute the design changed, with the different engines, the product should have been tested from the very start as a brand new design. I doubt this happened. To keep this short and sweet – the fact that there were balance(fulcrum) problems with the new engines added – full stop. Major (hardware) DESIGN FLAW. End of discussion. Someone in the test side should have kicked this back to the design department and refused to test it further.

        Every fix going forward was a farce – even the mods to the tail section. Nothing could be done to make the original fatal design flaw go away – it would always be there, just waiting for Software, or a sensor, or a power supply, etc to be just a millisecond or 100th of a volt off.

        You cannot fix hardware flaws with software. That is the fatal flaw.

        Always there comes a day when a Design/Test Manager gets a visit from someone in upper MGMT asking “Is there really a chance anyone will notice? Really, what’s the chance that this could occur?”

        Why I had my encounter like this, I replied “Fine – YOU FUC|<ing sign off on it."

        And that's why I'm retired from that environment. Always some fatcat willing to put his bonus over lives, calling you into a meeting for your signature.

        You can't fix hardware with Software. I sleep well.

            Exactly correct, and an easy case to win. The willful negligence to please the masters. Fatal design ignored. “We’ll fix it in the next update” doesn’t apply here, and it appears that that was the thinking. I’d speculate that this was the environment. I wonder how many Silicon Valley types were involved in the decision process.

              Keep in consideration that it’s usually those who stand to receive the biggest bonuses who usually are in the middle of dragging the signature out of someone in the test group to get the product shipping. Upper management, SALES, even department leaders. By bean counters, my view is the greedy s.o.b.s who are counting their bonus beans, more so than the bean counters at the very top who count profit beans after the sale, to include the shareholders. The criminality occurred early in the process. Before the first fix, this sucker was headed for production. Daddy needs a bigger yacht. I look forward to seeing the the whole process, from concept to sales, being ripped to pieces, and I hope those who put yachts over lives have to pay their bonuses back and sit in jail for a long longtime. We need to return to making the best products, not fastest to market death traps.

      BKR – as I posted yesterday and the day before. Excellent as this article is, it still misses the fact that the FAA inspectors have duties, too. TYPE certification, Pilot certification, and much more. A link to an article I found yesterday points out that these duties were ‘delegated’ to Boeing. Foxes guarding the henhouse? “My boss told me to do it, so I did!”. Yeah, right. how fast can you pass the buck? (ps- I was a pilot and also worked for the FAA, but MANY years ago)

        That’s interesting. I knew that 25 + years ago, there was one man at Boeing who could sign off for the FAA and he was the only one (may have been only for stress), but he was extremely principled and had no problem telling the management guys go fly a kite if it wasn’t right. He was highly respected by the engineers and the machinists as well. It makes me wonder if the FAA trusted Boeing to put stellar people as had been the case. Like I said upthread, Boeing has not been the same since they merged with McDonnell Douglas.

        • When was the 737 Max “certified”?
        • When was certification “delegated”?
        • Who was involved in each decision?
        • What Administration and Leaders were accountable?

          Look for the initial test result/reports. Compare the date of origin to date modified. Almost bet that changes from fails to passes were made, or that original written negative observations/concerns were removed. Those changes will also show who made the modifications to docs. As simple as a right click…

          All valid questions. BUT – someone also had to deal with the manual information (or not, in this case) and pilot certification (or not, in this case) Your last question is one I have been holding back on – did Obama & his appointees ‘wave their magic wands’ and POOF – everything is good to go and safe to fly.
          BAM – my years go back to the 1970’s – left in 1980. I know, a lot will have changed. Still, it smacks to me of the same accusations re: DOJ/FBI investigating themselves. Everyone seems to have a $$ vested interest. No mystery to me as to why POTUS made the announcement. It’s not necessarily the head of the FAA who is at fault, but he sure will catch the buck when it stops there (ps – I was in FAA Headquarters for awhile. Didn’t like it then, probably would like it less now)

      To any Treepers who are lawyers I have a question:
      Why can’t a company be sued for terminating employees based on their political views? Is that not discrimination? Seems to me this would also be a class action lawsuit against Fox News, no?

            More:
            Musk’s treatment of Tripp threatens to complicate this legal and regulatory mess. The security manager at the Gigafactory, an ex-military guy with a high-and-tight haircut named Sean Gouthro, has filed a whistleblower report with the SEC. Gouthro says Tesla’s security operation behaved unethically in its zeal to nail the leaker. Investigators, he claims, hacked into Tripp’s phone, had him followed, and misled police about the surveillance. Gouthro says that Tripp didn’t sabotage Tesla or hack anything and that Musk knew this and sought to damage his reputation by spreading misinformation.

            A Tesla spokeswoman said in a statement that Gouthro’s allegations “are untrue and sensationalized,” but she didn’t comment on specifics. She pointed out that Gouthro never raised any concerns until he was fired for “poor performance.” Gouthro disputes this and says his performance reviews were mostly positive. He says he’s coming forward to let regulators and the public know what Tesla is capable of.

            “They had the ability to do things I didn’t even know existed,” he says. “It scared the shit out of me.”

    Americans know the refrain “truth, justice, and the American way.” Truth and justice are integral to the American way. We ask that you remember the Americans who are counting on you to restore truth and justice, both alive and those who have died to secure the American way:

    America is crying out for justice. How will history judge you? Will you restore justice in America? America is watching.
