Hmm.. this DOES put CONgress in a bind! Because both Democrat and Republican voters WANT the wall. CONgress is the only one who doesn’t, because they serve the Global master, and not We the People.

How can they possibly spin this to win this?

In addition, Republican voters, besieged by the Enemedia for two years running, couldn’t care less about a shutdown, for several reasons. One being that Republicans are not predisposed to sucking off the government teat to begin with. We don’t need no stinking plantation.

Another reason we’re content to let this play itself out, is that the shutdown drives the Enemedia mad, who then stir up DimmieRat angst, thereby pressuring the UNiparty to DO SOMETHING.

It is *only* the Globalists who insist on open borders, because erasing all national identities is the key to their New World Order. The Enemedia must twist itself in knots to spin this concept to the Globalists satisfaction. How do you say NO MORE USA?

There just ain’t enough lipstick for that pig.

Then we have our lying, sniveling greedy swamp rats who, don’t kid yourselves, are all in this together. Their greed in running outside rackets, their guilt in selling out our national sovereignty (treason?), and their absolute refusal to capitulate to the will of the AMERICAN VOTERS, to which they are Constitutionally bound, will ultimately seal their fate.

It’s a cultural issue. Obviously to learn English is the best interest of an immigrant, but if they’re part of a smaller or larger community from their home country, English can become secondary, because they’re not leaving that circle. I’ve worked with Greeks, the stupid relied on those who spoke English. I have Cuban “relatives” through my son’s marriage, same there. Non English speaking Cubans are not bad people, they’re just a kind of stupid -mostly conservatives- by letting other Cubans take advantage of them. Nobody will convince them to change their culture, but their vote is important.

You have to learn English to become a citizen. That is why my ancestors learned English. So technically, people who don’t speak English shouldn’t be voting.

That is why it makes me angry. Pandering to non-English speakers who shouldn’t be voting anyway.

The English citizenship test was easy, and I’m sure it’s easier today. Just like driving a car, you don’t need to be a pro. If you don’t practice, especially driving a stick shift car, you become a dummy. Same with English…

I do recognize that by texting in spanish he sends the message that he represents all members in his district whether they voted for him or not. That’s good of and for him, but we really should not have to use Spanish. I as an immigrant with French as my first language do not ask politicians or notices or anything to be translated for me. If the immigrants who vote learned English that would not be a problem. The problem is that the English comprehension test on the citizenship test is a joke. I was offended by it.

Cubans are a strong constituency in Florida and solid Republican voters. That’s probably why he tweets in Spanish. It isn’t their fault they don’t have to learn English. It’s our fault. If they couldn’t vote or communicate unless they learned English, they’d learn English. We accommodate. That’s the mistake. Accommodating. My guess? By 2040, those of us who don’t speak Spanish will be unable to function “on the economy”. Case in point:
I wanted to order popcorn as gifts for Christmas. I called (company). Got a Spanglish speaker. Couldn’t understand a word. I hung up and called back. Same thing. Different Spanglish speaker. I dialed 5 times before calling Customer Service. Got a Spanglish speaker. Explained I’m older, a little hard of hearing and don’t understand heavily accented English. Could I please speak with someone who had English as a first language. I was told there wasn’t anyone in Customer Service that fit that criterion.
I called a different company. Got a woman who spoke English as a first language. Ordered the popcorn. Unfortunately it was not as good as the popcorn that comes from the company that now employs only Spanish speakers. This is the future. Cheaper workers. Glad to be in America. Not as picky as Americans who expect a living wage for an honest day’s work. Whatever they get here is better than what they got there.

    Professor Texian
    Science and Common Sense 101
    [Second Grade]

I cannot understand why the human race.. Supposedly the most intelligent life on Earth.. Keep wanting to destroy it instead of working with it.. Continually going against the flow of Nature..

Nikola Tesla found a way to harness “free energy” from the Earth’s magnetic field.. Yet the “Hosts” wants to bury it away.. And spend millions of man hours and dollars in order to “break” an atom to get to its energy.. And cause a myriad of other deleterious problems as a result..

This is going against the grain of Nature and the Universe..

Symbiosis: The living together in more or less intimate association or close union of two dissimilar organisms.

Symbiosis is a term that covers three sub-types: Mutualism, Commensalism and Parasitism..

“Mutualism” is where both organisms benefit.
“Commensalism” is where one benefits but the other organism isn’t harmed.
“Parasitism” is where one organism benefits and the other is harmed.

Which of these three would be a logical framework for an intelligent life form to coexist? For any ‘Naturally’ sane “intelligent life form,” obviously “Mutualism” would be the best choice..

Commensalism is rather benign, but only benefits one.. The one getting a “free ride”.. Such as a remora on a shark..

Right now on planet Earth we can observe “intelligent life” to purposely impart “Parasitism” upon its own organisms.. There is no other organism on planet Earth that purposely does this.. Because they are all DEAD.. By Natural Selection..

Parasitism leads to extinction of a life form.. It will eventually overwhelm the “Host”.. Apparently the “Host(s)” who are purposely imparting Parasitism upon its own Tribe – don’t know their Science.. And are eventually imparting their very own demise.. The symptoms are glaringly obvious.. Yet the “Host(s)” continues to invite and promote Parasitism upon itself..

Until mankind can grow up and get over their behavior of continuing to eat their own vomit, or break things in order to try and get what they want.. There will be no chance of Free and Clean Energy.. World Peace.. Or even a ‘World Order’.. Because the “Hosts” are approaching it totally Bass Aackwards..

Why “fight” Nature.. When Nature has already given us the proven successful road map.. It has stood the test of time.. For millions of years..

    Footnote:
[Mark Twain was spot on.. “The Lowest Animal”.. Take the time.. It’s a short read.. (I read it in second grade.. As well as “Common Sense” by Thomas Paine.. And many others.. I was blessed with good teachers.. And Nuns.. Who would sing “The Halls of Montezuma” along with us during singing lessons..

    Imagine that..

Nuns singing the “Marine’s Hymn”.. It doesn’t get better than that for a second grader..)].

    • Of course there’s no complete way to answer your questions, but perhaps the best answer is in Genesis 3. We don’t want a limited free-will existence within the construct of the natural order that God has fashioned over the vastness of time. We want unlimited free will, because our consciousness can conceive of such power. But only God is unlimited in this way, hence the devil is able to tempt us (“ye shall be as gods”) to try to elevate ourselves to break free of the natural order. But the natural laws of the universe seem to be written in such a way that this effort always results in spectacular self-destruction.

Yes, it is amazing how far behind most of the country and the world are to our current issues………but that is how the enemy, the MSM have planned it

Expanding a bit……the enemy is losing…….How can that be?

Because this is not ten years ago……or even five years ago…..when by the time you got your information the bad guys had already completed their plans

It”s the internet……..we know things now instantly….we know the truth instantly. The MSM trying to blow smoke does not work anymore.

Also, think of this. Whatever you may think of our President’s “tweets”, what President has “ever” communicated to the people virtually “instantly?

Take care and relax. The enemy is also behind the “power curve” and are in a panic.

Never before have their evil plans been exposed like this. Their globalist aim to expand their power by importing cheap labor and votes is now commonly known by large numbers of people. This was once only thought of as wild conspiracy ideas from Alex Jones types, now anyone paying attention knows this as fact. It’s why they went after him so hard. Once the party of slavery, still the party of slavery. We know it, they know we know it, and now that they are exposed, they are fighting openly. It’s actually refreshing in a way, we can now have the true battle, finally.

If it is true that much of the effort to accelerate the development of the Internet, over the last 20 years, was inspired by the need to promote Pornography, then the decadence of one segment of society (embodied by both lefties and righties) has instrumentally contributed to the exposure of the political decadence of the Institutional Left and Rino Right that have been, heretofore, successfully “Rigging” the systems to engender repressive Globalism.

It took one man (DJT) to finally rise and head off this destruction of our blessed national Identity through the schemes of purposeful deceit and subterfuge now decades in development.

This rise ( and in just a nick of time) could only have been facilitated by a communication system that instantaneously permitted direct contact to The People, thereby bypassing the filters of delay, denial, and demagoguery.

History will need to record this significant irony.

“The FBI opens a Counter Intelligence Operation. I get that. But isn’t Mueller’s Special Counsel supposed to be formed for a CRIMINAL Investigation??”

Sundance has contended for about a year now (roughly) that the Counter-Intel investigation was passed to Mueller.

        That’s point one.

Point 2 that I’d raise speculatively is that I’d suppose that to open a criminal investigation would require that a crime be stated. (in layman’s terms, not a lawyer)

I think many have pointed out that no crime has ever been stated.

And for some things claimed, they’re not actually crimes.

“Collusion”? Is collusion a crime that’s on the books?

Mueller has found or created crimes. Created are the “lying to the FBI” ones where no crime existed until FBI intervened. Found crimes include some of the things Manafort and Cohen have been charged with – unrelated to PresTrump or his campaign almost or entirely exclusively.

So no – I don’t think Mueller’s charter was created as a “criminal” investigation.

Again, not a lawyer, mainly repeating what I’ve read here to the best of my understanding.

They aren’t supposed to do counter-intelligence. The whole Mueller investigation was basically an investigation in search of a crime—-an attempted coup on a duly elected President because they didn’t like the outcome. There was no crime either.

Our POTUS was spied on for MONTHS before the election and the phony Russian Dossier was paid for by the Clinton campaign and used by the FISA court to spy on him.
In other words he was set up. And when he fired the crooked FBI director Comey, they used that as an opportunity to set up the Mueller investigation—-to investigate him for collusion with Russia. (which never happened and isn’t a crime anyway.)7 or 8 upper FBI people and 3-4 top DOJ people are no longer there,—–but Mueller remains–with no results, because there is no “there” there !

If RBG is dead but ruling “from home” the court is 5-4 globalist because Roberts is the new (and final) deep state “swing vote”. So a hypothetical emergency declaration can get stymied. But if RBG is replaced with a conservative justice, an emergency declaration would stand. So RBG doing a “Weekend at Bernie’s” is part of this Mexican standoff between Trump and the Deep State.

Amazing moment yesterday as POTUS crushed Acosta at the end of the White House roundtable. Cued up to the spot. Just hit play. Just when you thought things could not get better, POTUS served this up.

    Rough transcript below:

ACOSTA: “accusations that you’re overhyping….(cant hear)”

TRUMP: “Thank you very much. Thank you. (Looking at Acosta) Good job yesterday. I appreciate your salesmanship.”

    ACOSTA: (cant hear)

    TRUMP: “I appreciate your salesmanship.”

(Someone at the table says something to Trump)

TRUMP: (to person at table). “I know. That’s because we had a wall.” (Trump shakes head at the pathetic failure that is Acosta; lol)

ACOSTA: “Actually there were portions that didn’t have a wall”

    TRUMP: “Some people are dumb.”

(Multiple people at the table begin to laugh at Acosta now)

    TRUMP: “Good promotion for us.”

To fill in for those who don’t know what happenend – Acosta went to a section of the border that had a wall. He then said he saw no crisis, without realizing that by saying such a thing in a spot of the border that had a wall, he was making Trump’s point for him. That idiocy led to this.

“Dear diary” has become a commonplace way to make fun of Acosta’s self-indulgent, odd tweets. And it so enrages Acosta that he DM’d someone who used the phrase with a profanity to express his displeasure.

So, POTUS absolutely wrecked Jimmy Acosta at the end of yesterday’s event at the White House. Total wipeout, and Acosta just had to eat the turd sandwich he had made himself with his joke reporting.

    Winner — POTUS

The ailing Ruth Bader Ginsburg has not been seen in person for oral arguments at the Supreme Court for three days. The Deep State Swamp is in panic mode. Apparently the 85 year-old Justice is working from home.

Since being appointed to the Supreme Court by Bill Clinton in 1993, Ginsburg has not missed a single day during her 25 year tenure on the highest bench in the land, even though she’s had three cancer treatments since 1999. She’s a tough old leftist bird who did her best to stay in shape. She wants to live as long as possible to continue to make a difference and keep conservatives at bay. Still, even those who eat right and stay in shape eventually give in to entropy. It happens to everybody eventually. Nobody gets out alive.

For many years she’s been an advocate for women’s rights and abortion. Like Chief Justice Roberts, she’s pro-Obamacare and on the side of globalist Deep State. She believes in open borders and following international law. She ruled against all-male military schools and insisted the Boy Scouts allow gay leaders.

When Trump was elected she joked about moving to New Zealand. She has had a variety of ailments, but her biggest one may be Trump Derangement Syndrome. She stated that she wants to stay put for another five years at least. She will do all she can to hang on to help block pro-Trump decisions. Will her legal team carry out her decisions from her sick bed? If she dies, will they keep it a secret, thus preventing Trump from appointing a bench-swaying third conservative Justice? Probably not—but don’t be surprised if it happens.

It’s time for Ruth Bader Ginsburg to resign.

OK — here’s what I don’t understand. Perhaps someone here can enlighten me.
Every morning when I turn on Fox and Friends while I exercise, I am informed of a policeman/policewoman being shot, many murdered. The death of Ronil Singh really affected me. Killed on Christmas Day after posing with a photo of his young son and young wife. Now this Shreveport LA police officer. Both Americans doing a hard job to keep the rest of us safe. My question is: Why are the cops putting up with this? Why do they continue to police areas where the residents either want to kill them or clam up about who actually did pull the trigger? Why don’t cops police only areas where the residents WANT police protection? Areas where (unlike Ferguson, Charlotte, Baltimore) the residents won’t turn on them if they have to defend themselves. I understand this results in anarchy in those areas, but is losing policemen/women on a daily basis worth it? It certainly isn’t to the Singh family or to the people who love this young woman.

        • Jack, you can start by going to the Constitution, Article II, Section 2. That’s a good start to find the ONLY matters any President is authorized to address. All else is unlawful according to Art. VI, second clause.

Good luck with seeing that in reality.

Any “laws” made by Congress giving him more authority would be amending the Constitution, …..thus not a lawful act since they cannot do that without the State’s approval.

If they did it in the past, than I think Trump should ask Ginsburg and Roberts to come to visit the W.H. to see if Ginsburg is healthy enough to be on the Court. I know other Justices the last few years meet with Trump, to say they would be retiring and giving him a heads up.

Gunny, all here would love to see POTUS have the opportunity to nominate a replacement for RBG, the sooner the better. Hopefully, because RBG retires, but one way or the other.

But many SCOTUS Justices have had periods of serious illness before where they ‘worked’ from home while recovering. RBG is no different in that respect. Let it be.

The idea that RBG could be dead and the other Justices/staff would all conspire to hide it in order to thwart Trump is ridiculous on the face of it, imnsho. Every bit as ridiculous as the MSM pushing the idea that an 85-year-old geriatric is just fine and dandy after major lung cancer surgery, probably metastasized. The two false narratives don’t cancel each other, they just add to the 24/7 rabble babble that goes nowhere.

As for POTUS making a ‘condolence’ visit, RBG would probably slam the door in his face. She’s made it abundantly clear how much she despises him. The MSM would eat it up. The President is certainly aware of the optics, it’s not going to happen.

RBG will recover or she will die. 100% guaranteed. We will all know, sooner than later, either way.

She may very well be breathing with the assistance of a ventilator … on life support, hooked up to a variety of tubes for feeding and medication.

Have you ever seen anyone 85 “working” while hooked up to a breathing ventilator right after removal of cancerous lung tumors? Every breath must be painful. She is certainly on strong pain medication.

Who, at age 85, can do clear-thinking, difficult judicial work when they obviously have a major problem breathing, having cancerous sections of their lungs just removed?

This is absurd propaganda as practiced by the old Soviet Union.

k4jjj – Let’s forget your assumptions for a moment (after all, we may think what you’re saying is happening, but we have no proof at this point). Assume she’s not on a ventilator and that she isn’t on large doses of pain medication (my mother died of lung cancer at 82 and after her last surgery she lived another year. She was not on a ventilator as of a week after surgery and no pain medication either (although she was a tough one and didn’t like to take medications so I was always pretty sure she was in pain and wouldn’t tell us). She was very coherent until the a year later when she went into a coma and died 2 weeks later. My point is that we don’t know what Ginsburg’s situation really is, we can only speculate because we can’t get evidence of anything. However, given that, at the minimum we know that no 85 year old recovers from any surgery without a slow process of rebuilding strength and recuperation is, at best, a lengthy timeframe. Just looking at my mother at that time, she could converse with us and think quite clearly and logically, but her stamina was very limited that last year of her life. She did very little other than sit in a recliner during that year. She never went anywhere, except to the doctor’s office when she had to. Even if Ginsburg is like that, she’s very limited in what she can do and her time is limited. Since we don’t have proof of what her actual situation is, we shouldn’t waste time speculating, but should wait and see. We really have no choice or power to do anything else, and neither does anyone in government, short of impeaching her, which isn’t going to happen. We just have to wait and let this play out, but I’ll bet we’ll never know the truth of what her health really is at this time.

Which is why Gov. Cuomo has banned fracking in the state on flimsy “environmental” grounds (they had to shop around for a “study” they liked to support that decision) because it would have caused an economic boom in upstate NY (where he perennially loses by a large percentage-he wins from downstate votes). That would have also caused a population increase in that area.

Instead, Cuomo has bolstered the (D) population of NY with immigrants and illegals downstate. I don’t know what election policies are like in NYC, but here in Erie County we have a system that prevents rampant abuse (and our electronic machines utilize a paper ballot backup/verification).

After the 2020 census and the redistricting by population in the state, NY will become a solid enclave for (D) until the Lord Jesus Christ returns. The slim R(ino) majority that we had in State Senate has been lost after the 2018 election, so now Herr Cuomo is free to ram through more unconstitutional 2nd amendment legislation and Ex Post Facto laws (i.e. Leandra;s law concerning DWI offenders).

The memo itself is very narrowly focused on a specific single aspect of Mueller’s investigation where he is using a novel interpretation of the law to imply that Trump’s ‘state-of-mind’ is pertinent to his firing of Comey – and moreover, that Mueller can correctly assess that subjective issue objectively by interviewing POTUS directly. Barr shut him down on that point – 19 single-spaced pages that are heavily referenced and well argued.

That does not in any way imply that Barr would necessarily disagree with Mueller on other points of his investigation, nor does it imply that Barr would protect ‘Trump’ per se vs the institution. It does imply rather bluntly that Barr has very high regard for protecting the institution of the presidency itself against efforts to weaken it through questionable legal maneuvers/attacks.

The only other item in the memo is Barr’s absolute insistence that Mueller not be allowed to go fishing in Trump’s personal finances, again because it would constitute an attack on the presidency itself – effectively holding any future President hostage to the threat of such if they exercised their constitutional powers in a manner the DoJ didn’t like.

I wonder, though, if the perception of conflict of interest over the private relationship would compel Barr to recuse. And then who is the DAG?

POTUS has made some mistakes but he’s certainly not stupid. There is simply no way he didn’t have Barr checked 10 ways from Sunday regarding any possibility of recusal threat. The memo is an exceptionally well written legal opinion on a subject of major public interest. There is nothing in it that could legally require a recusal. Not that it will stop the Dems from making the demand along with a litany of other such crap during Barr’s hearing. Barr however, is a veteran of such stage shows and will do just fine …imnsho.

Barr will either be a white hat and work with the President or will be a black hat and will expose himself.

It is now obvious to me that our President learned to work with bad guys and good guys and is comfortable with both.

Some senators are trying to force Barr to commit to “not interfering with the special counsel”.

If Barr complies with these then he is not fit for office and must be rejected.

Any nominee who commits to constraints on his duty as a condition to confirmation is unfit. The AG’s duty includes supervision of the special counsel. Would an AG who commits to any other constraint on their duty be acceptable? Perhaps an AG nominee who committed to non-enforcement of fraud laws, would that be acceptable?

The AG’s duty includes supervision of the special counsel. If Barr complies with demands that he not supervise the special counsel then he is not fit for office and must be rejected.

These senators are making improper demands.

If Barr makes it to a committee interview, it will be interesting if the Senate will publicly ask if he will recuse himself due to his historical relationship with Comey.

If he says no, will they vote him down? If he says yes, will the President pull the nomination?

If the issue is not brought up, is the entire Senate in on an eventual recusal, and then a firing by POTUS?

        Interesting times.

Judge Dabney Langhorne Friedrich is none other than the wife of Matthew Friedrich, one of the three villains in my book. Matthew Friedrich is a longtime friend and colleague of Andrew Weissmann and Robert Mueller. They bonded on the Enron Task Force — what one writer, Mary Jacoby, wife of Fusion GPS’ Glenn Simpson, long ago called “the glue that binds.”

Unfortunately, no one informed President Trump of her full background, and he appointed her to the federal bench.

The U.S. has accused Kaspersky Lab of working with Russian spies. But sources say the company exposed a massive breach that U.S. authorities missed.

“….”Baker told POLITICO that Kaspersky’s role in Martin’s arrest wasn’t out of character for the company, which he doubts has ever actively aided Russian intelligence and has always wanted to be an accepted part of the cybersecurity fraternity.

“[The company] recognized that it had a problem, given its origin and location [in Russia], and so where it could be helpful to the U.S. government and show that it was not a hostile force it wouldn’t have surprised me that it would do something that was meant to be … a goodwill gesture toward the U.S. government,” he said.

Although he doesn’t think the government’s subsequent treatment of the company was wrong, “it is pretty ironic,” he said. “And I’m sure the people at Kaspersky are feeling as though they did the right thing and it did them no good.” ”

We now know what Hillary meant when she was caught on an open mic to paraphrase: ” If that SOB wins we all hang.” Our enemies reveal themselves on a day by day – moment by moment basis and by doing so reveal themselves as nothing but crooks navigating a criminal enterprise that is the swamp.

Non of this would have been revealed if Hillary had won. Think about that for a minute, and how it effects us as citizens. These same people would be getting attaboys, promotions, bags full of cash from adoring lobbyist, constant adoration from the political punditry, they’d never have to buy another meal inside the swamp, they would be saviors. Instead we see them now, for who and what they are, enemies of the American people.

Thank God for President Trump and his sacrifice, if not for this great man, we were slated for elimination. Now it’s their turn to feel the heat.
