Going heavy is killing a lot of the populace who are protesting.

Too bad that voice wasn’t louder in Nov. when we needed a full force to vote straight repub. We wouldn’t be facing any of this impeachment issue. Yes, there was voter fraud which also should have been prepared for, but the numbers who turned out needed to be so overwhelming that voter fraud wouldn’t matter. That didn’t happen.

Now the attacks on PT and we the deplorables will rise to a level we haven’t seen yet. They want him gone asap but will settle for him not winning a second term. The road has gotten steeper for all of us. Where are the good guys? Will people take to the streets if impeachment is put on the table? They had better be preparing now to protest because it’s becoming more of a possibility every day the media bangs the impeachment drum out there 24/7. Are there enough of us who will be willing to march? Where are the leaders?

From my reading of the cases involved, this seems to be of a State issue rather than a federal one.
The States involved need to write PP out of the list of “approved healthcare providers”.

The County Health Department should be able to provide all the services related to actual health care for any citizen of that county. If they can’t, then they should have the name of the nearest hospital that can.

PP should be treated as an “advocacy” group and not as a “healthcare provider”. So if one would wish to donate money to them, then do so. Leave my tax dollar out of it.

Wasn’t it fear of invasion to reinstate the monarchy, that drove the Terror into its wildest throes of Insane Blood Baths? This way they can blame Putin for their choice of brutal suppression when the protests continue.

      The ‘Bama Man

I know he’s gone or, at least, he should be,
But under my bed, I stoop down and see
A hideous visage in my bedpan.
I recoil in horror! – The ‘Bama man!

      He’s down there among other things that float;
An evil presence with horns like a goat,
Peering back at me like the hooded klan.
Wicked! Malevolent! – The ‘Bama man!

Oh, how I long for a night filled with peace,
That these horrible visions quickly cease,
No longer to endure my bogeyman.
Begone! Begone now! – You ‘Bama man!

Peace has returned for a fortnight or so,
That evil presence is nowhere I go.
I’m now praying for a permanent ban,
Never again to see – The ‘Bama man!

Although I am free, I know he’s around,
Lurking, waiting, so eager to be found,
To frighten some child, as only he can.
Oh, that we were rid of – The ‘Bama man!

Latest Victor Davis Hanson (Brilliant, as always)

“So far, we know that the U.S. government decided to intervene in a political campaign to help one candidate and to smear the other — under the pretext of Russian “collusion.” And so it hired or made use of spies and informants including Hank Greenberg, Stefan Halper, Felix Sater, and others to contact Trump campaign officials to catch them in supposed collusion traps.

It enlisted the help of foreign intelligence agencies, specifically the British and Australians. It misled FISA courts into granting warrants to spy on Americans and, post factum, threatened long prisons sentences with those surveilled and interviewed.

And as a result, it has so far found no collusion but may well find some misleading statements in hundreds of hours of testimonies from the likes of Michael Cohen, Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, George Papadopoulos, and perhaps Jerome Corsi and Roger Stone.

The time has come. Here is our grassroots action plan and some memes to get the conversation going in your circle of influence. Patriots keep asking the American Intelligence Media to organize something..so here is our attempt.

Let’s use the next few months to build momentum at a local level. Wear the safety vest color of your choice. The French had yellow vests in their cars, as mandated by government overreach, and were handy to use at the first protests. American hunters (i.e. patriots with guns) prefer orange vests. Either color works.

We want to start at a local and/or state level. Let’s get protests going all around the country and build our momentum before heading to the national capitol. All countries are invited to participate in this WILDFIRE GRASSROOTS MOVEMENT.

The list of demands are extensive – from arresting Hillary Clinton and George Soros to stopping all U. S. funding of the UN, OPIC, USAID, NATO. We want fair elections with paper ballots and a bi-partisan chain of command. We want the DOJ to start prosecuting major swamp creatures – like Hillary and Bill Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, Barack Obama, Susan Rice, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Valerie Jarrett, Christopher Steele, Stefan Halper, John and Tony Podesta, the Bushes.

We want military tribunals to be held for traitors like Robert Mueller. We want the perpetrators of 911 and its subsequent wars (Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, George Bush, and the neocons) to be held for crimes against Americans and humanity.

We want the PATRIOT ACT to be immediately terminated.

We are fed up with the globalists and their puppets, banksters and monarchs, popes and alien invaders. These people have had over 2000 years to run the planet. Their results? A planet full of criminal enterprises, human trafficking, pedophilia, dark money, and satanic cultures.

        You’re fired!

        Now it’s the people’s turn.

Kudos to Catherine Austin-Fitts, former assistant secretary at HUD under Jack Kemp, who for years has insisted there is $21 Trillion unaccounted for in the DoD and HUD financials. She finally rallied the support of economics professor Mark Skidmore at Michigan State U. who assigned his grad students to audit those records. Sure enough, the tab is $21 Trillion and counting, which then triggered the FIRST EVAH audit of the DoD, Results? “Exclusive: The Pentagon’s Massive Accounting Fraud Exposed, How US military spending keeps rising even as the Pentagon flunks its audit” by Dave Lindorff of The Nation, 11/27/18.

I was listening to the Wilkow Majority show on Sirius/XM and heard some comments from Sen. King and Rep. Nadler from the weekend shows.

“Mr. King” did some hem-hawing but finally said that if an Impeachment proceeding begins with the “evidence” available now, about 1/3 of the country would see it as revenge or as a Coup against the President.

“Mr. Nadler” indicated that the Impeachment “premise” would be that President Trump “fraudulently obtained the Office of the President”. The “criminal campaign finance violations” would be the basis of this claim.

Both of these themes have been well discussed here, but seem to be coming out into the “normal” media now. And “Mr. Nadler” seems to have verified that the President will be charged with “Not Being in the Big Club”. And “Mr. King” was doing his best Shocked I Am imitation with his stuttering about before publicly saying the obvious.

So in-spite-of the fact that most FEC violations by a campaign are handled via a fine; in spite of the fact that the Senate and the House use Taxpayer Monies to pay their NDA settlements; despite the fact that “Auntie Maxine” used TARP monies to bail out a bank she is invested in; our “honorable” representatives will proceed to attempt Impeachment using the NDA Payments as the “High Crime, Misdemeanor, Bribery and/or Treason offense.

“But it will never get through the Senate” seems to be the rallying cry of the day. I would not be too sure about that. As discussed in the Chief of Staff thread, there are very few actual Pro American Representatives and Senators in the current Congress, and even less in the next one.

I would be pleasantly surprised if the Senate managed to vote against Impeachment. But again, I would not bet my last dollar on it.

So where does that leave us? Will it come to a point that those that want to maintain a Constitutional Republic will need to resort to drastic measures? Or will the volumes of evidence that will prove the Coup and Identify its Participants be released and thoroughly explained to the general population?

This most recent election showed the lengths and depths that the Mensheviks are willing to go in order to complete the “Fundamental Transformation of Amerika”. Their Bolshevik mobs made sure the proper number of ballots were “cast” to show that it was a “democratic process” that was used to end our Republic.

This insanity has to stop. It would much more preferable that it be stopped peacefully. Either way, the general population will be shocked and possibly panicked for a short period of time. But the only casualties will be those that were at the heart of the Coup.

I don’t think that we want to discuss the alternative in great detail just yet. But it does need to be contemplated in private should the peaceful method fail.

And yes, I will be willing to eat all the crow that can stuffed in me should it end up I am making a mountain from a mole hill.

It all falls apart from the beginning:“Mr. Nadler” indicated that the Impeachment “premise” would be that President Trump “fraudulently obtained the Office of the President”.
Is there a person out there who voted for Donald Trump that didn’t know his past and behavior of which he was perfectly capable… I doubt it….and we all voted for him anyway.
Nothing Nadler says or will say has a shred of merit if that is the beginning of his argument…in fact he has no argument any way he puts it.

    Some very good points in this article;

    1. McCarthy says, Justice Department guidance holds that a sitting president may not be indicted.
    2. Does William Barr have enough backbone to block prosecutors from indicting this sitting
3.it might be possible to prosecute Trump once he’s no longer president. However, McCarthy points out that there’s a 5year statute of limitations on the alleged campaign finance offense which occurred, if at all, in 2016. Thus, if Trump is reelected, the statute of limitations will have lapsed by the time he’s out of office.
4.any event, I would expect Trump to pardon himself before he leaves office, be it in 2021 or 2025. It seems to me that the president has this power, but that’s just my impression.
5.House Democrats might seize on the alleged campaign finance violations as a basis for impeaching Trump. But McCarthy asks, “Do campaign finance violations qualify as ‘high crimes and misdemeanors’ which is the constitutional standard for impeachment?” I agree with his answer
6.the prosecutors understand this problem, and want to preempt the argument that they are going after Trump on a mere technicality. That, I think, is why, reportedly, they are spinning the alleged campaign finance violation as Trump “defrauding” voters. They want us to believe that, unlike a technical violation that marginally increases a candidate’s war chest, this violation deprived the electorate of important information about Trump’s behavior.
But the public has no right to know with whom a political candidate has had sex.

Kavanaugh caves, joining Roberts in Planned Parenthood case. Is this what we stood behind the man fot?

The Supreme Court is rotten to its core.
    —————————————————
KAVANAUGH JOINS LIBERALS TO PROTECT PRO-PLANNED PARENTHOOD RULING

Monday’s cases arose when Republican state leaders in Louisiana and Kansas stripped Planned Parenthood of state Medicaid funds after a pro-life advocacy group presented evidence that the abortion-provider was harvesting and selling fetal materials. Planned Parenthood contests the accuracy of these claims.

Planned Parenthood and several unnamed female patients challenged the states’ move in federal court. The legal question in Monday’s cases was whether Medicaid recipients can challenge the disqualification of a provider under the Medicaid law. As such, it did not touch on abortion directly.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with Planned Parenthood on that question in June 2017, prompting an appeal to the Supreme Court. That ruling is left in place now that the justices have refused to take the case.

    Dissent from Justice Clarence Thomas.

The dissent was significant because it indicates that Justice Brett Kavanaugh sided with the high court’s liberal wing to deny review of a lower court decision that favored the nation’s largest abortion provider.

“So what explains the Court’s refusal to do its job here?,” Thomas wrote. “I suspect it has something to do with the fact that some respondents in these cases are named ‘Planned Parenthood.’”

“Some tenuous connection to a politically fraught issue does not justify abdicating our judicial duty,” Thomas added. “If anything, neutrally applying the law is all the more important when political issues are in the background.”

Justices Samuel Alito and Neil Gorsuch joined the Thomas dissent, meaning there were three votes in favor of taking the case. Since four votes are needed for the Supreme Court to take up a case, the opinion indicates that Chief Justice John Roberts and Kavanaugh joined with the four liberals to deny review.

SCOTUS has proven they are not and never have been neutral. They cannot even enforce the U.S. Constitution. They are cowards.

We can always rely on Justice Thomas.

        Justice Thomas:
“So what explains the Court’s refusal to do its job here? I suspect it has something to do with the fact that some respondents in these cases are named “Planned Parenthood.” But these cases are not about abortion rights.”

“Some tenuous connection to a politically fraught issue does not justify abdicating our judicial duty. If anything, neutrally applying the law is all the more important when political issues are in the background.”

Just because the MSM is getting help from some allegedly Right wing, but paranoia driven writers, its doesn’t mean Roberts and Kavanaugh are liberals and/or swamp creatures. Read first what the Supreme Court voted on. It’s simple, to hear or not to hear a case.

Free Gas Over Yemen’s Skies: Saudi Jets Refueled By American Taxpayers Due To “Accounting Errors”

    Via: ZeroHedge:

The White House wants to stay the course in Yemen even as the Senate is set to push back against US military support to the Saudi-led bombing campaign. But now a bombshell report reveals the Pentagon has been fueling Saudi and UAE jets free of charge due to “errors in accounting where DoD failed to charge” according to US defense officials.

…For the entire three-and-a-half years of the program, the Pentagon never had an official servicing agreement in place with the Saudis and further never informed Congress.

The vital refueling role that the US military has played in the war goes back to March 2015 and is reported to be “enormously expensive”. The recipient country, in this case the Saudis, is required by law to pay the costs but the Pentagon now admits “they in fact had not been charged adequately” in an official DoD letter obtained by The Atlantic.

The Pentagon is now “currently calculating the correct charges” but it’s unclear if the missing funds going back years — footed by the American taxpayer — will ever be obtained especially as the DoD doesn’t even know what it’s owed.
