His argument exhibits his weakness both as an intellect and a conservative. His analogy of Roseanne assumes he knows what Roseanne said was racist. He doesn’t. Second, his concern about the mob mentality assumes a parity of mob viciousness between Left and Right. This moral equivalence — whether naïve or deluded or based on a need to appease the mainstream — is a strong trait of RINOs.

While I have generally liked most of what Ben Shapiro has said in past videos. But in this situation, he had damn well better walk back his support for this pedo dude and give it to Roseanne, a true victim of posting a bad joke before giving it much thought.
James Gunn is right about one thing, however, there are plenty of Hollywood so-called comedians who have publicly said as bad or worse. However, they don’t work for the Walt Disney corporation. I still remember the vile things Stephen Colbert said about President Trump that are recorded in history on YouTube videos.
I really hope Ben Shapiro does a 180 on this guy and comes back to the light. Otherwise, he’ll go down in flames.

Heard Shapiro on the Glenn Beck show today (I know, but I kept the show on so I could hear from his own mouth about Gunn). What I heard was Shapiro say that what Gunn said and tweeted was despicable and awful, BUT that Shapiro would defend it because it’s FREE SPEECH. Then I turned the station.
Ben Shapiro has in my opinion lost the ability to make sound judgement.

I sure hope everyone understands how much we need to support President Trump and also get out and vote. I just moved back to Richmond, Va. I am in a very nice area and so shocked at the number of flaming liberals in my building. Our newest resident, a physician, has a Resist Trump bumper sticker. Ugg… I might have to make a midnight run and peel it off. Disgusting. Also, was curious if anyone having problems with other websites. I can’t get Rex, True Pundit or White Rabbit.

Yeah, it’s REAL hard to turn around to the rear on a bike. The body mechanics and balance are tough.
You risk veering, wheel wobble – just a host of problems.
Especially when you’re concentrating enough to aim and shoot.
We think we can “multi-task” but we really can’t.
The best example I like to give is that I drive with a CD in the dash for music.
If traffic ahead starts to congest up and get tricky, I concentrate on it more intensely, pick my path, slow, brake – whatever’s needed.
When I’m in the clear, I realize that I haven’t heard the last verse or section of the song
– AT ALL.
My concentration tunneled down to one task only: dealing with the traffic.
I didn’t even do a 2nd PASSIVE task like listening.
Let alone 2 active tasks like driving and texting, like some people do.

It still angers me however, that President Trump’s attorney/client privilege was annihilated by extremist partisans. I just don’t understand how that can be legal.

There’s no privilege on business consulting (ie “fixing”), only if the attorney and client are discussing a legal case.

In only 2 states, Cal. And N.Y., is it illegal to record a conversation without both, or all parties being aware.
In every other state, as long as ONE party is aware, it’s perfectly legal.
Why, you might ask, in those 2 states?

According to a news report I saw earlier, the boats do a 1hr tour. The weather warning came 1/2hr into that tour….
I just cannot imagine what those people went through as the duckboat tried to make it back to shore. Horrifying.

From what I heard, the area had been under the threat of severe storms since earlier that morning. Those boats are heavy and they sink like a rock. And with the enclosed canopy, many had no chance of escaping.

“The two biggest mass casualties on water involving duck boats in the last 20 years featured crafts with overhead roof canopies that a federal agency said posed a drowning risk to passengers trying to escape from a sinking vessel.”
Experts say the presence of a canopy or other coverings on duck boats, which ride low to the water, creates undue difficulty for passengers trying to escape if the vessel sinks below the surface, whether they have life preservers or not.
“The problem with canopies is that if you are wearing your life preserver and there is a canopy and the boat capsizes then, the floatation device will take you up in the canopy, pinning you inside the vessel,” Mongeluzzi said. “If you don’t wear your life preserver, then you don’t have the floatation to get to the surface if the boat sinks.”

“When investigators recovered the boat, they found seven dead passengers still inside _ four of them pinned against the underside of the canopy, which made the prospects for an escape unlikely.
The National Transportation Safety Board investigated the Arkansas incident and arrived at this conclusion: “Contributing to the high loss of life was a continuous canopy roof that entrapped passengers within the sinking vehicle.” “”
And this in the 1999 accident..
Surviving passengers estimated that it took anywhere from 15 seconds to a minute for Miss Majestic to sink.
One passenger managed to escape before it went under, but the others, along with the operator, were trapped by the canopy roof and dragged down.
As the vehicle sank, six other passengers and the operator escaped and were rescued by boaters.
“All but one of the survivors stated that the canopy was an impediment to their escape,” the NTSB report said. “One man said, ‘If you had the cover (canopy) off, everybody would have had a chance. With that cover on, there’s too many people didn’t have a chance because that thing (the Miss Majestic) sank so quick (sic).”
The force of the water rushing in over the stern, the report said, “was strong enough to sweep a 6-foot 6-inch, 260-pound man standing near the sixth row forward and pin him against the windshield.”
“As the Miss Majestic sank, the metal framework on both sides of the passengers and the continuous canopy over their heads essentially caged them, making escape in the limited available time extremely difficult. As the vehicle sank to the bottom of the lake, the natural buoyancy of the passenger’s bodies forced them into the overhead canopy, which acted like a net to entrap them and to prevent their vertical escape.”
Add PANIC into the Mix, you get quite a few bodies.. As I’ve read in several reports Folks appeared to be “panicking” to “get out”..

Mueller and Comey and the cabal should all be investigated.

Besides, USA Today created that color scheme because they needed to avoid associating red with Democrats. Just too close to calling Democrats commies for their comfort.

I THINK, IIRC, that the REASON we say Red for repub, and Blue for dem, goes back to showing the electoral map, on tv, once we got color broadcasts.
And it’s TRUE; they didn’t want to show dems as red, cause of the,association with red and communists.
Hence, Repubs as red, Demos as blue.

The only pouncing should it come, would be after the repubs retaining the house in the midterms (negating impeachment(s).
And/or holding the senate to thwart removal(s) from office.
Any action via canning mueller before then would be inviting a blue wave.
