Great video. I have friends/colleagues that live and work in Alberta Oil & Gas industry. I used to live there myself. They are all watching this disaster (for Canada) occur and are powerless to do anything about it. Canada gov doesn’t listen to any of the conservative provinces in the middle or to the west. Unlike the US, Canada does not have a Senate, so the power comes purely from population, which >50% reside in the Ottowa-Toronto–Montreal-Quebec region.
Anyhow, one of my friends recently told me that he “is watching this disaster happen in slow motion”. Funny to hear that same comment in this video.

This is a very important case for asserting the Presidents power to appoint officers of the US. This has implications for Special Counsel Mueller who is an illegally and unconstitutional appointed officer. Only the President has the power to appoint a Special Counsel if it was made legal and constitutional.
LUCIA ET AL. v. SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
JUSTICE KAGAN delivered the opinion of the Court.
The Appointments Clause of the Constitution lays out the permissible methods of appointing “Officers of the United States,” a class of government officials distinct from mere employees. Art. II, §2, cl. 2. This case requires us to decide whether administrative law judges (ALJs) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC or Com- mission) qualify as such “Officers.” In keeping with Frey- tag v. Commissioner, 501 U. S. 868 (1991), we hold that they do.

Wonder if Special Counsel Mueller finds it curious that both Hillary Clinton and James Comey voiced their most recent oppositions to this Administration from Dublin, Ireland? Hillary, there to receive another meaningless Fake Award and Comey, there at the very same time to sightsee.
Now, Special Counselor Mueller has power vested by RR to go after anything and everything he so chooses. Doesn’t he find it a bit more than coincidence that the woman that paid for the Fake Dossier and the man that let her off the hook for it just happen to end up in the very same tiny corner of the world at the same time?

I’ve been seeing where Soros thugs have been trespassing on ICE property and blocking ICE transports. Here’s what I’d like to see done to them.
The Israelis apparently developed an artificial skunk spray for crowd control that is hard to get off. The FEDs need to tell these people they have 1 hour to vacate the area. After one hour, they need to hose every one of them down with the stink. It will render them useless. Most will disperse and those that don’t can then be arrested. Apparently, it takes days to get rid of the smell so if they had a job before they attacked ICE, they won’t afterwards. The ones that get locked up will be REAL popular with the other inmates.
One round of this tactic is probably all it will take to end this criminal activity. Something needs to be done because not taking action only encourages more of it. This way, the courts are not clogged and the thugs neutralized.
And for Administration officials being harassed in public places or at their homes? Put a team of undercover FEDs with them. Start arresting and prosecuting these people for assaulting a FED official. Make it widely known that you will have a felony prosecution. It will stop happening. The thugs will not know if there are undercover agents or not around. They will be afraid to cause a problem if they think they are about to really get into trouble. JMHO

If they are shouting (harassing) on private property, that could be one, but the property owners have to complain about violations.. *sighs
The law is a mystery many times… You would thing it would protect people, but I don’t think it does. 😦 It protects the criminals,,, we all know it.

and many elected Trump to fix this. The only change that has been brought about is increased numbers invading, increased cost to us ( bet more than tax relief for most) and countries openly calling for invasion laughing at Trump and revealing his ineffectiveness. Sorry guys, but that is what’s happening. We thought ( at least I did) border would be secured, wall started, money transfers would be taxed or stopped, welfare/food stamps restricted, fed grants to orgs like Catholic charities would stop. None of that has happened. Lol Ivanka personally funding “the children”. Would have preferred her purchasing air flights for their return. I STOPPED donating to my Lutheran church because of this.
At this point, imo, border is the only thing that matters. No border, no country. Illegal immigration and border has consistently driven the last 20 years of elections like no other issue. That has not changed. It will be the issue. We will see how the deplorables react.

peace, I am one who does not believe money is holding up the wall. We have enough 32 billion in couch cushions. What is, holding it up, imo, politics. The usual answer. Congress, courts, DOJ are all handcuffing POTUS, daring him to act then slamming him. Think about the obstacles and consider the time frame. To my knowledge we do not have a completed architechtural plan for the project, have not even bid this out yet to the companies who did the prototypes or others for alternate security where there can be no wall. After those steps which take lots of time, how many lawsuits will be launched by environmental groups, landowners, eminent domain and unfriendly states. A decade at best provided we keep control, keep the desire and the will. Not likely. IMO, the quickest way to get it going is militarize the border. It would bring the opposition to the table OR the effects of a secured border would be so noticed and so positive, you red pill millions more into the future. That would be a “win/win” JMO

This is, perhaps, the straw that broke the camel’s back re: the Obama administration choosing to target and seek revenge against Gen. Flynn…from 2015…
QUOTE:
“As host of Al Jazeera’s Head to Head, Hasan asked the former head of Pentagon intelligence under Obama, General Michael Flynn, who is to blame for the rise of ISIS? (the August 2015 interview was significantly prior to Flynn joining Trump’s campaign).
Hasan presented Flynn with the 2012 Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) declassified memo revealing Washington support to al-Qaeda and ISIS terrorists in Syria in order to counter both Assad and Iran. Flynn affirmed Hasan’s charge that it was “a willful decision to support an insurgency that had Salafists, Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood…”.

Everyone should read the original article — and remember when you read about Ben Rhodes’ important role in foreign policy for 8 Obama years, that his degree was an MFA in creative writing from NYU!!:

You almost need to watch the short video 2 or 3 times to remember the names and see the sequence — astounding!!
Obama and Rhodes nurtured ISIS after G W’s invasion of Iraq created the vacuum.

I read a lot and try to keep up, but I was pretty surprised at the extent of the protests going on. I had only heard about the one in Portland, and I didn’t realize it was still going on and getting larger, they’ve shut streets down, federal employees had to be assigned DHS protection to get to their cars at the end of the work day and now they have closed down the office, and all of this while the Portland mayor has ordered the police to keep their hands off. This piece covers all of this stuff in depth if you’re curious.

Insurrection is Here; How Long do We have Until Civil War 2.0 Starts?
By Peter Barry Chowka
Organized lawlessness is spreading to cities across the United States but the news is almost totally ignored and blacked out by the mainstream media.
These ominous uprisings are taking various forms but the most visible and aggressive ones involve Antifa-style “occupy” socialist and anarchist street mobs dedicated to taking down ICE – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the federal government policing agency that is part of the Department of Homeland Security…
Cities around the country including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and in Washington State and Utah have seen waves of demonstrators assemble at local ICE headquarters in attempts to shut down the agency’s operations enforcing immigration laws, including processing deportation orders against illegal criminals…
One of the largest such actions is well into its second week in the leftist haven of Portland, Oregon, and it’s growing into a semi-permanent tent city of hundreds of radicals dedicated not only to frustrating ICE’s work but to totally abolishing the agency…”

Skunk spray.
Hit them with that skunk spray that FL_GUY was talking about.
We need to order lots and lots of that Israeli skunk spray for crowd control.
I can envision our President making that call:
PDJT: “Hello, Bibi, I hope you’re well.”
Bibi: “Yes, hello Mr. President, thank you — I’m fine. Hope you are as well.”
PDJT: “Yes, thanks — I’m fine too. Hey, I’ve learned that you have some crowd-control spray that smells like skunks.”
Bibi: “Why yes, yes we do. It works quite well.”
PDJT: “Ah. Well we’re going to need a lot of that. ASAP. Can your people handle a large order?”
Bibi: “Of course, Mr. President. We will send all that we can right now…and make more.”
😀
Hah. Can you imagine the wailing and whining from the Dems?
It would be epic.

Trigger Warning–Source is Sucky CNN!!!
But I thought this was interesting. I had a discussion with Treeper Coloradochloe yesterday about the 100 mile rule where Border Patrol could stop and question people. It is notable that I read yesterday where the always delightful Diane Feinstein has introduced legislation to remove the 100 mile rule. Those Dims! Such scamps they are! Always full of the dickens and trying to pull something!
So now, I’m totally all in for a northern wall as soon as the southern border wall gets built.
“Border patrol agents are stopping people on highways in New England to check their citizenship
Far from ground zero in the Trump administration’s crackdown on illegal immigration along the southern border, US Customs and Border Protection checkpoints on highways in Maine and New Hampshire are catching the eye of civil liberties groups.
On Interstate 95 near the remote northern Maine town of Lincoln this week, the Border Patrol said it made nine drug seizures and two arrests for immigration violations during an 11-hour checkpoint operation in which agents asked motorists about their place of birth and citizenship status…
Customs and Border Protection says the US Supreme Court has affirmed the agency’s ability to ask motorists’ citizenship status, even if they have no suspicion. Agents use training and questions to make decisions about a traveler’s citizenship or residency, it said…
Armed with search authority to conduct immigration checks within a “reasonable distance” of 100 air miles from US land borders and coastlines, the Border Patrol also set up a checkpoint last weekend on Interstate 93 near Woodstock, New Hampshire.
The June 15-17 operation resulted in the arrests of five undocumented immigrants from Brazil, China, Ecuador, El Salvador and Mexico as well as the seizure of drugs, according to Customs and Border Protection…”

More information bubbles up in the Awan case.
A mess beyond belief.
“Once Anderson became responsible for the office’s finances, she found that Clarke’s office had for years been ordering abnormal quantities of equipment, much with seemingly dubious business value, she later told House investigators, according to multiple congressional officials with knowledge of the probe who spoke with TheDCNF. After some investigating, Anderson told investigators she believed Davis was working with Abid to steal taxpayer funds, the officials said.”

I just want to cry with frustration over this whole hideous mess. I find it hard to believe it was all carelessness and incompetence on the part of the Congress critters. It had to be complicity with the corruption. Because really who could be that routinely deliberately utterly stupid and careless? I’m not sure it is possible.

Yes, I think the most stunning thing out of this was that the freaking FBI is telling the witnesses, “don’t bring us those documents!!!!” and then saying “oh, we don’t have any evidence!” And that the Dims are obviously in cahoots with the Awans and are doing their level best to cover this all up, although that I guess I already knew.
But the FBI. Seriously. That and the DOJ need to be gutted and hosed out, or better still torn down and repurposed somehow.

I think that a hanging would mobilize the Left and media into a higher state of frenzy. 1000 hangings and a relative reign of retributive terror would be required, but this would horrify the country and ultimately empower the Left. The answer, I believe, is a campaign to demoralize and delegitimize the Left and media through concerted, fearless and exuberant confrontation at every social level. This means that EVERY Trump spokesperson and cabinet official would be charged with directly challenging the media professionally and personally both for their argumentative premises and their professional qualifications and history. In short, a “get in your face” campaign — exercised with total impersonal cheerfulness. The media and Left need to be made to understand what defensiveness means, to be denied every presumption of the moral legitimacy they exploit, and to be exposed by happy warriors as miserable merchants of hate and lies.

One of my favorite essays is Orwell’s “The Lion and the Unicorn.” And his novel “Burmese Days.” From the Left, he understood the Left. “Leftism is a kind of playing with fire without realizing that fire is hot.” I often wonder what would have become of Orwell if he’d lived longer and moved to America.

This is the left’s “deconstruction” or re-writing history, which makes sense when the government controls the history books. You can’t burn books on the internet. Moreover, internet is real time. This entire ramping up of violence leads back to one thing, IMHO, and that is Trump is illegitimate President because of “mu Russia” Again IMHO it is time for him to step in and declassify everything, this will lead to the resignation or firing of Rosey, will shut down the Muller fiasco, and possibly even lead to resignations or firings of Wray and Sessions. Too many people are being harassed or destroyed because of this. It has to stop and the only person that can do this is our President. I don’t understand why he would let this escalate any further, We could loose people in Cabinet positios that are very good, which is what the left is trying to do, or possibly Sara, which would be a tragic loss. You have unstable nut jobs like Maxine Waters calling for more of this violence, I mean when is enough enough? WHY THE LEFT IS HAVING A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN
QUOTE;
“Trump is what the shrinks call the “presenting complaint.” The real problem, as is often the case in psychotherapy, is something entirely different. And it is this: The left is dead. It’s not only dead, it’s decomposed with no there there or anywhere.
Only dopes or con artists believe in socialism anymore (hello, Venezuela!) and identity politics has been exposed as the racist shell game it is with blacks and Latinos actually doing better than they have in decades under the current pro-capitalist administration.
So the left has nothing to say, only most of them don’t quite realize it yet. But this blockage, this reluctance and even inability to deal with what is actually happening shuts down the brain and emerges as anger, the hamster wheel of constant rage against Trump.
And that, of course, feeds on itself, as we have seen for the past year and a half, making matters worse, not just for the obvious reason — the aforementioned alienation of the public — but for what it does to their own minds.
. . . . . . . . . . .
As an ex-leftist myself, I am acutely aware how ideology can be used as an excuse for destructiveness. I attended meetings in the sixties and seventies where people endlessly discussed violent action, but almost never discussed what they really wanted to do if they took control. Sound familiar?”

In Online Sales Tax Decision, Supreme Court Completes Its Inversion Of The Commerce Clause
(Awesome piece -IMO)
“….In other words, the only way these taxes can be enforced is ultimately through the kind of restrictions on interstate trade that the Commerce Clause and the entire Constitution itself were written to prevent. That’s why the Supreme Court was right to decide, for 50 years, that a state’s ability to tax requires the retailer’s “physical presence” in the state—and a physical presence more substantial than the Sears Catalogue or Kennedy’s preposterous insistence that “a business may be present in a state in a meaningful way without that presence being physical in the traditional sense of the term.”
In the traditional sense of the term? Have basic metaphysical categories like “presence” and “physical” suddenly changed their meanings? (There are a lot of howlers like this, as when Kennedy declares that in 1992, “the Court could not have envisioned a world in which the world’s largest retailer would be a remote seller.” Let me introduce you to the Sears Catalogue. I don’t know if Sears was ever the world’s largest retailer, though it must have been close, but it had exactly the status 100 years ago that Amazon has today.)…”

And then the current hysteria over the border detainments will be filed, and go the way of the “s—hole countries” frenzy or Melania’s jacket melodrama.

This is a thread that Sundance did yesterday on the illegal immigration scam. It is very informative as Sundance does. Heart breaking also.
Thought it was worth reposting.

I have read that General Custer was politically ambitious and thought a great victory at The Little Big Horn was his path to power. A lot like the leaders of the left today.
Today is the 142 anniversary of the battle of The Little Big Horn:

The democrats passed a tipping point under Obama, probably with the Obamacare vote. There are few remaining moderate dems holding high office. As a result, the only dems who are elected to Congress are from very wacked blue districts or states. These people have risen to the top of the party and taken it further left. They’re doomed nationally.

All Dems today are marxists, or if you will, communists of one variety or another. The Party structure must be investigated.

For any and all who said IG Horowitz did NOT effectively “indict” Peter Strzok et al, Sheryl Attikson out with a barn burner…
WHAT DID PETER STRZOK DO?
QUOTE;
“The earth-shattering finding on Strzok by the inspector general (IG) confirms a citizenry’s worst fears: A high-ranking government intel official allegedly conspired to affect the outcome of a U.S. presidential election.
The IG’s report found that:
– Strzok showed bias in his decision to prioritize the Trump-Russia investigation over the Clinton probe.
– His texts “potentially indicated or created the appearance that investigative decisions they made [re: Clinton and Trump-Russia probes] were impacted by bias or improper considerations,” “appeared to mix political opinions with discussions about” the Clinton classified email probe, and included “statements of hostility toward then candidate Trump and statements of support for candidate Clinton.
– “Most of the text messages raising such questions pertained to the [Trump]-Russia investigation, which was not a part of this review.”
– Strzok had a “biased state of mind but, even more seriously … a willingness to take official action to impact the presidential candidate’s electoral prospects” and demonstrated behavior “antithetical to the core values of the FBI and the Department of Justice.”
– He brought “discredit” to himself, “sowed doubt about the FBI’s handling” of the Clinton classified email probe and “impacted the reputation of the FBI.”
– The damage “extends far beyond the scope” of the Clinton probe and “goes to the heart of the FBI’s reputation for neutral fact-finding and political independence.”
– He showed “extremely poor judgment” and “a gross lack of professionalism.”
– He used personal digital accounts for FBI business.
If you’re still not sure what to think, read the IG report for yourself: https://www.justice.gov/file/1071991/download

An immediate result of the release of the IG report was that Strzok was thrown out of the FBI offices and stripped of his security clearance(s).
And if you think that’s all that’s going to happen, I have an expandable bridge to sell you that will support 10 lanes of traffic both ways…

I recently was acquainted with a seemingly nice 6’9″, 450 pound African American man. Nice conversations in public.
After a few weeks on public settings, he starts throwing out incorrect facts about President Trump, the economy, blacks being 17% of the population and 80% of the prison population, … clear proof of racism.
I had to correct his incorrect facts (12.5%, 45%), and followed up with the history of the Democrat KKK.

QUOTE:
In politics, as in life, lucky is the person with clumsy and incompetent enemies. By that measure, President Trump is the luckiest man on Earth.
As illustrated by the growing proof of FBI bias against him and the left’s incoherent rage over his immigration policies, Trump’s political enemies these days resemble the passenger list on a ship of fools.
Because stopping illegal immigration is popular in much of the nation, it is not surprising that an early poll finds most criticism directed at the Central American parents who risk their children’s lives by bringing them on the dangerous journey or sending them with smugglers.
Rasmussen reports that 54 percent of likely voters said the parents are more to blame for the crisis, against 35 percent who say the government is more to blame.
Meanwhile, the left is going in the opposite direction by uniting behind California Sen. Dianne Feinstein, who turned 85 last week and is seeking another six-year term. Trying to rally the far-left base in her blue state, Feinstein authored a bill that would, among other things, prohibit an arrest for illegal entry anywhere within 100 miles of a border.
Incredibly, the other 48 Senate Dems signed on, meaning they’ve all cast their lots with an outlandishly radical policy.
Yet Feinstein and others insist they don’t favor open borders. OK, then, let’s put it this way: They favor no borders and want the US to admit the whole world, free of charge and no questions asked.
Yeah, that’ll sell in November.”

With respect to the blame being on the government, I can see how some might easily blame the government.
This choice does not diminish the blame due the parents.
If “government” had done its job years ago, we would not today have as severe a problem.
Either choice is correct. Sufficient polls post election of PDJT show vast majority are sick of illegal immigration and want legal immigration reduced.
