Our laws are to be constrained BY the Constitution.. Not the inverse. Whether our laws have been created originally, or perverted, or both, by Debauched, Duplicitous, Feckless and Unprincipled politicians to Harm us, it is WE, imho, who bear no small blame for that reality.
Voting for any person because of outward appearance, 30 second soundbites, “Party Affiliation”, or the ability to “Bring home the Pork”, is ingenuous and naive, imho.
America First must be our Standard!

Indivisible. With Liberty and Justice for ALL!!

An example would be.. Housing Invaders and providing for their needs to gain votes, divide us or as leverage against us; while United States Veterans (Brothers and Sisters) of ALL Stripes and their families, who have Given MORE… Sacrificed MORE… And far too often -Lost MORE…of themselves, (If not their very lives) than an overwhelming number of Americans could even contemplate… lanquish in our streets and back alleys; die in our Hospital’s doorways; and are in need of the simplest of things… Things many would not hesitate to give a stray dog or kitten… Kindness, Empathy and Respect!!!
America was not, imho, created as a Zero-Sum Game. Win or Lose.
Not Me OR You!! Not I got Mine!
      Rather, Me and You!!
Depending on one another. Appreciating our differences. Using those collective and eclectic God Given Talents…
      For the Good of All!!

Lest we lose sight of the One light; lose Grasp of the one Principle; lose forever the one Endomidable Human Longing..

I am frankly astounded (and shouldn’t be, I guess) by how quickly the latest “palace intrigue” story has sprung up around Gina Haspel.

Every other week another Trump appointee is targeted by someone and the attacks begin. Boom! Boom! Boom! And then the Deplorables divide and begin squabbling over whether the person in question is true to Trump or a traitor. We all have opinions and none of us has knowledge.

At this point, I can believe someone called Jack Posobiec or I can believe PDJT and Pompeo. Jack may be a fine person but he isn’t someone I follow so I totally know nothing about him. I’ll stick with PDJT and Pompeo’s assessment. At least for now.

Yes, as a former teacher I know this is a skill that can be taught. Some people are naturally critical thinkers, their skills can be honed. Some people are not critical thinkers, and will never be really great at it, but they can at least be trained to do well enough that it is harder to take advantage of them.

Our education system used to do this. Thanks to the progressive education movement, NCLB and now Common Core, our schools are so dumbed down that only the natural critical thinkers develop any skills at all, and their develop is stunted.

“By 1942, special agents were assigned to U.S. Embassies in London, Ottawa, and Mexico City, and they were carried on the Department of State’s diplomatic roster and given the title of “legal attaché.” The following year, a Liaison Section in the Security Division was established at FBI Headquarters to maintain contact with the legats, the State Department, the Armed Services, and other agencies.”

There has been so much WINNING happening today that certain things may get lost in the shuffle.

Here is more great news especially since PPD Polling is the best in the business.

    From the article linked above:

Democrats now hold a slim 3-point lead on the PPD Generic Ballot after enjoying an edge upwards of 13 points for most of the year. If the election in their congressional district was held today, 49% of voters say they would vote for the Democratic candidate, while 46% would back the Republican candidate.

Five percent (5%) are undecided a just 1% said they would vote for some other candidate.

Midterm elections are base elections. At least as of now, Democrats have done a better job coalescing their base than Republicans, though that disparity is quickly disappearing. Roughly 88% of Republicans (87.8) say they will back their candidate in November juxtaposed to 91% of Democrats (90.9).

    From the article linked above:

The percentage of voters who approve of the way Donald Trump is handling his job as President is at the highest level measured by the PPD Poll since March 2017. The gain in his approval rating is in large part fueled by an increase in support among minority voters, specifically black voters.

Overall, 48% approve of the way Mr. Trump is handling his job as President, including 31% (31.4) who “Strongly approve” and 17% (16.6) who at least “Somewhat approve.” That gives him a slight 1-point intensity edge. While it may be small, it comes after roughly a year of the intensity index favoring those who disapprove.

THIS BELOW IS BEYOND AMAZING 😉

Now, 44% (43.6) of Hispanics and a record 27% (26.6) of black voters at least somewhat approve of the way Mr. Trump is handling his job as President.

“The bump in support for President Trump among black voters we’ve seen recently in other polls, is real,” Rich Baris, the Director of the Big Data Poll (PPD Poll) and PPD Election Projection Model said. “We don’t know whether it’s temporary, how long it’ll last or whether some increased support will remain. But it’s definitely real.”

so with Mueller trying to shape an obstruction case against the president, and based on my understanding from Rudy that he will subpoena the president, and probably the courts will force him to sit with Mueller, atleast that was the case with Nixon and with Jefferson the court ruled against them, so this will end up with perjury and Mueller bidding for impeachment.

in order to impeach, the democrats need 67 votes
we have now 51 – 49, that means if we have 18 traitors they got impeachment.

so here i got a list of 15 traitors that might vote against the president given their history, so that means they are short with 3, we need gods help that the rest should keep strong and not give in to the pressure.

    1) Flake.
    2) McCain
    3) Graham.
    4) Burr
    5) Rubio
    6) Corker
    7) Murkowski
    8) Collins

    11) Thune – a big Never Trumper.
    12) Sullivan – never trumper who also wanted to protect Mueller.
    13) Shelby ? he already made some nasty comments on trump in regards to sessions.
    14) Sasse – a never trumper who thinks to run in 2020

Impeachment happens in the House. Don’t forget that Bill Clinton was impeached. The Senate then has to vote whether to remove him or not. Clinton was lucky there weren’t enough votes or he would have been out of there.

More than likely 3 of those on your list won’t be in the senate by the time there is a vote to convict, if we get to that point. Flake, McCain and Corker most likely won’t be there.

That is why mid-terms are so important. Let’s make sure they are short by a large margin. Replace everyone we can on that list and flip some D to R, then they’re short 10 or 15 or more.

Meanwhile, we should also pay attention to house seats. Impeachment will never get off the ground if the R’s retain control of the house.

Not impeachment ( that is simple majority vote in the House ) you mean Senate trial conviction. That is a 2/3 vote and if there are 100 Senators voting it would indeed require 67 votes. But your math above is incorrect since it assumes (D) and (R) party votes is what matters! Why assume all (D) is for and all (R) are against conviction? And that 51-49 is also wrong today, it is 51-47-2 (R)-(D)-(I) today. Regardless, anyone can vote for anything.

Now if you really want to get worried then consider this. Guess what happens if there are less than 100 Senators voting ( someone dies or they just don’t show up ). I wrote this a few weeks ago …

But what many people don’t realize is that there is a loophole in Article I Section 3 that a devious Congress could exploit here. The actual wording is this: “And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present”. That last bit is troubling because one could easily see McCain staying home ( now the basis is 99 and 66 *is* equal to 2/3 ) or worse yet, a bunch of RINOs make themselves unavailable and then a conviction becomes highly likely as the 2/3 magic number *decreases*.

But then we wind up in uncharted territory and would necessarily have to explore just what the Chief Justice does in the trial ( “When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside:” ) and what exactly are his Constitutional powers. Do they include short-circuiting the farce? I would think so. I also suspect he could send Marshals to drag the AWOL Senators into the chamber.

So, Impeachment ( the indictment ) certainly could happen in the House. Whether they do or not depends on their insanity level. More likely they try to pull the Nixon crap and send some RINOs in to suggest he resign. Conviction is much more difficult but not impossible since there is a loophole Congress can exploit.

In general, they try to avoid these messy things because of the unprecedented nature and real risk they could destroy themselves. On the other hand, the closest comparison to Donald Trump is Andrew Johnson who was equally hated by the ruling class establishment “radical republicans” ( we certainly have “radical democrats” ). He was impeached and avoided conviction by just one Senator’s vote. This is why sane people have been stressing that Trump must not hand them anything absolutely impeachable because they would do it if it is a slam dunk.

Counterintelligence investigations can take years, but if the Russian government had influence over the Trump campaign, the F.B.I. wanted to know quickly. One option was the most direct: interview the campaign officials about their Russian contacts.
    —-

So the IC admits that the country could actually elect a puppet controlled by the Ruskies, or the Chi.coms and they wouldn’t know until the last minute. And then would have to launch an ‘investigation’ to see if the President was a puppet.

So the IC people that the Times talked appear to agree that the CIA etc. are worthless in the gathering of Intel. Interesting…sounds like we could save lots of money.

For all the treepers who are military buffs – there were 2 ‘Operation Hurricane’ involving the Brits, one in wwii and the second involving the Brits testing their first atomic device in the 50s. ( info below from wikipedia). While i think Sundance is correct that the name Operation Crossfire Hurricane was given well after the fact, it is kind of uncanny that the descriptions of the two previous Operation Hurricanes are so relevant to what is going on today.

      Here’ sthe WWII Op
Operation Hurricane was a 24-hour bombing operation to “demonstrate to the enemy in Germany generally the overwhelming superiority of the Allied Air Forces in this theatre” (in the directive to Harris ACO RAF Bomber Command)[4] and “cause mass panic and disorginazation [sic] in the Ruhr, disrupt frontline communications and demonstrate the futility of resistance” (in the words of the Official RAF History).[4]

      Operation Hurricane

      Lancaster I NG128 Dropping Load – Duisburg – Oct 14 – 1944.jpg
4lb incendiary bombs (left) and 36lb incendiaries and a Blockbuster bomb (right) dropped from an Avro Lancaster over Duisburg on 14 October 1944
      Date 14–15 October 1944
      Location Brunswick (Braunschweig), Cologne, Duisburg
Result Duisburg: “Very serious property damage. A large number of people buried.”[1]
      Belligerents
      United Kingdom
      United States
      Nazi Germany
      Strength
      USAAF marshaling yards[2]
      (1040 bombers · 491 fighters)
      2,589 RAF sorties involving
1,013 RAF aircraft (Duisburg daytime raid)
1,005 RAF bombers (Duisburg nighttime raid)
      240 RAF bombers (Brunswick (Braunschweig))
      323 aircraft (other operations)
      10,050 tonnes bombs dropped[3]
      Casualties and losses
5 bombers · 1 fighter (USAAF marshaling yards)
      14 aircraft (Duisburg daytime raid)
7 RAF aircraft (Duisburg night time raid)
      Brunswick (Braunschweig) uncertain
During the day of 14 October 1944, 957 RAF Bomber Command aircraft dropped 3,574 long tons (3,631 t) of high explosive and 820 long tons (830 t) of incendiaries on Duisburg.[1] Also during the day, USAAF VIII Bomber Command Mission 677 made PFF attacks on Cologne marshaling yards at Gereon, Gremberg, and Eifelter; as well as Euskirchen.[2] A second RAF raid on Duisburg during the night of 14/15 October in two waves about two hours apart dropped a further 4,040 tonnes of high explosive and 500 tonnes of incendiaries. In some cases RAF crews flew both the daylight and night-time raids; a total of nearly eleven hours flying time in 24 hours. During the same night the RAF also bombed Brunswick (German: Braunschweig), destroying the town centre. Nearly fifty Mosquitos carried out nuisance raids and 132 aircraft from No. 100 Group targeted German night fighter operations.

This is the 2nd Operation Hurricane involving the British:

Hurricane was the test of the first UK atomic device, on 3 October 1952. A plutonium implosion device was detonated in the lagoon in the Monte Bello Islands in Western Australia. With the success of Operation Hurricane, Britain became the third nuclear power after the United States and the Soviet Union.

Q didn’t make this comment – a putative follower (an “Anon”) did.

As people become increasingly aware of Q, the disinformation / smears / attacks will increase as well – with loaded terms like “cult”, “conspiracy theory”, “compromised” etc.

The flak Q is taking, and will increasingly be taking, serves as a pretty good indicator that he/they (Q) are over the target.

“Q” is short-hand for “Q Anon”, which in turn is short for “Q Anonymous”.

The confusing part comes when followers (just plain “Anons”) post in the same writing style as Q does. This imitation is VERY counter-productive, and I find it egotistical and self-serving, rather than sincere and flattering.

It IS an interesting thought – it’s been posited that Mueller himself may have been “turned”. But we won’t know until PDJT wishes for us to know …

Treehouse is out on the edge of Trump happenings – so is Q. This was bound to happen.

Some long thoughts on Q, since you seem interested. Note first of all that I’m not sure who is a “fake black hat”. I want to think there are some White Hats pretending to be black hats, but they seem to be doing a good job, if they are.

One of the best ways to read Q is to use TREEHOUSE information as a “crib” to solve it. NEVER read it to contradict Sundance. But much of Q is dead easy. “TRUST SESSIONS” Not a lot of ways to mess that up. There are times when SD and Q don’t line up exactly, but most of the time they do. Why? BOTH are following TRUMP. Easy.

Here is a very interesting recent Q post:

The hard part for us is having to wait for the ‘public’ to ‘know’ what we’ve known for a very long time.
There is no bigger threat to ‘them’ than the public being awake and thinking for themselves.
          Why are we here?
          Q

I totally get this. Based on hints from Q, and stuff I already knew (some because I was supposed to, some because I figured it out, some because Deep State made mistakes and revealed information), I’ve figured out a lot of stuff that is going to come out – either publicly or in secret trials. I am NOW DETECTING maneuvers by Deep State to try to cover up loose ends in this stuff. The trouble is, I have no idea whether it will become public or not – THAT is totally up to a bunch of civilian and military agencies, as well as the Trump administration. So RIGHT THERE, Q is correct – some public, some not.

Some of this stuff sounds unbelievable until people know ALL THE DETAILS (or at least most of them). Then it makes sense. That’s how I put it together – just add DEEP STATE and problems start heading DOWNHILL – stuff just solves. It really amounts to the abuse of intelligence, intelligence CAPABILITIES, and insider information to MAKE MONEY, INSURE OUTCOMES, and GAIN POWER. It’s classic corruption, combined with PROFESSIONAL DISINFORMATION being used AGAINST AMERICANS to keep the scams going smoothly.

When you put it all together, and realize that it is the TOTALITY of many backs being scratched and many pockets being filled, rather than any one player – THAT is when things make sense. It is quite literally a corrupt establishment, like that great Trump video says.

“They” (all the people who benefited) are desperately afraid that the public will see it, because once people do, it’s very obvious. Trump BREAKING the lock of the media on our minds has opened the floodgates, and reality is pouring in.

One way to look at this is that the MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX was actually outgunned in badness by the SCIENCE-INTELLIGENCE COMPLEX, and these two forces that Eisenhower warned us about are now squaring off, as the latter became MORE corrupt and MORE warlike than the former. $700 hammers are nothing next to $7M skims from $7B gifts to China. BALANCE is being restored by getting corruption OUT of the whole shebang – mostly in the SIC rather than the MIC.

Anyway, back to Q. Q is Sundance for a different audience. Both are predicting where Trump is going, and “Trumpsplaining” to the masses – albeit DIFFERENT masses. Different groups do different forms of “groupthink”, and Q followers are basically being “kept on the Trump message” by Q using a form of “Trump charades” – “can you guess what’s coming next if we hint at it?” That’s what it is. Yes, it’s a psy-op, but it has PURPOSE, and the purpose is MAGA.

Q isn’t for everybody. But it’s even more for me than it is for the center of its intended audience. I get stuff out of their second and third meanings. It’s GREAT. And I must say this – the people behind it are VERY SMART. They know EXACTLY what they’re doing.

That said, most Treepers should probably ignore Q. Q is vitamin supplement energy drink, and Treepers are generally the whiskey, wine and beer crowd. Not for most of us.

In their world, everything must be viewed through Marxist dogma and they never will compromise.

As we are now witness to in Russiagate, the left will suborn sedition and treason and do anything to achieve their goal to retain power and maintain the Deep “anti-American” State. If they win back the Congress they will flood the US with third world immigrants who they will manipulate into supporting their “free stuff brigade”. Brennan … I suggest is Johnny “O” …. rif off Jackie O who knew how to wear a pearl necklace — which our Johnny “O” is constant clutching with this kind of tweet.

My suggestion for Obama is a little complicated – its a rif off a picture Curry Worsham posted some time back, Vivien Leigh as Blanch Dubois from the movie Streetcar Named Desire… but he had photo shopped Obama’s face over Leigh’s. Blanche means white in French, Du (of) Bois (Woods). Its a literary thing – Innocent / Maiden (virgin) of the Woods (a dark place) …. and of course Blanche acted all innocent and “I’ve always depended on the kindness of strangers” but she was anything but innocent and it wasn’t kindness she was depending on.

So that picture of Obama became Noire DuMarais – Noire (black/evil) Du (of) Marais (Swamp) = Evil of the Swamp…

And of course the Big Ugly in this Conservative Tree House Production of a new play by Sundance became – “A Streecar Named Intent”

Little room at all the major hubs, with all the carriers. Called the LEP – Law Enforcement Package (its part of the PATRIOT ACT). You walk in with your warrant, you give it to one of two or three guys at each carrier with authorized access to the LEP facility, FBI rep (in this case) presents the signed warrant, the guy goes into the little (secured) room, couple of minutes on the keyboard, and every identifier associated with the account of the person to be monitored (tel number, device ids, account ids, sim card ids, etc., ip address, etc.,) that you have the legal warrant for, will be routed to where ever you designate – the traffic is split – one part routes as before, the other routes to you / your designated collection / monitoring facility.

Its all part of the internet of things – carriers have to install and maintain (at their expense – which means you pay for it!) the capability conditional to operating as a communications utility to facilitate authorized law enforcement operations. Thank Gen Hayden, Mueller and Dubya next time you see them. This was the problem with the national security letters back in the day – they were like blank checks. Its a new kinder, gentler domestic monitoring program.

No more slam bang 3 (6) Days of the Condor thank-you-Mam wires connected to a distribution switch at a nearby hub, or French Connection two guys in a broom closet with coffee and doughnuts in the basement of an apartment building.

The communications carrier / provider has the capability to, and does, as part of your service agreement, to do a whole lot of monitoring for “technical reliability” purposes… they are not supposed to “listen” in to your phone calls or “read” your emails. Not supposed to… except when they do for “technical reliability” purposes (read your service agreement). All the LEP does is duplicate exactly the same capability the carrier uses to provide you with connectivity, routing, billing information, etc., to include voice and data, and now you’re all Last Days of the Condor, fat and happy.

His track record is being used for validation that Trump is the
bad guy, by connections through Cohen.

He does a big article on Weinstein. Weinstein is shown as the
monster he was. He does a big article on Schneiderman. Again,
the guy is shown to be an absolutely horrible individual.

The ink hasn’t yet dried on the Schneiderman article, and the
        Cohen article comes out.

Everyone automatically thinks that Cohen is now the monster.

“After all, look how on the money Ronan Farrow was with Weinstein
and Schneiderman?! If FARROW is writing the article, then this
guy’s a scumbag! And, if Trump hired him, he’s dirty, too!!!

Timing is everything on this one. Farrow makes a name for himself
with the Weinstein revelations. He improves his track record with
Schneiderman. How long an article is the Cohen one? His others
are 5,000 plus words. Time consuming to write. How long ago was
the Schneiderman article come out? A week or two ago?

The Cohen one has been in the hopper for awhile, if it’s as long
as his prior articles. This just didn’t fall into his lap, if the article
is anywhere near as long as he generally writes.

        Farrow is doing the following.
        1. Taking out persons that revelations would have come out
against anyway, eventually. Especially since Obama and
Hillary aren’t fully in power. Especially since Trump knew
all this WAYYY before he was sworn in.
        2. Both Weinstein and Schneiderman had to be sacrificed,
( along with Stuart Smalley) to make the dems look like
they were cleaning their houses from pervs and corruption.
        3. After helping take out the two most flagrant embarrassments
to the dems, it’s time to go after Trump. But the person doing
it has to have an unimpeachable reputation. After all, look who
he revealed. Whatever he says is gospel truth, right?

Wrapping up. Why do I think Cuomo is in on the entire set up
on this one? Anybody else think that, also?

All the glowing articles written about him? Didn’t he receive
a prestigious journalism award, ala Obama’s Nobel Prize?

Remember how all the articles described what an absolute
brainiac he was . ( Yes, he is very intelligent). Remember
how they rhapsodized about how dreamy looking he was?
Remember how they touched upon how non specific his
sexuality was? And, then he was a bust once he hit the
TV. A pretty face, dull in the interviews.

The guy comes across much better in print. And, his movie
star looks help with having the most partisan group champion
him. The LGBT crowd. Look at their twitter feeds. The most
frequent postings, the most rabidly left wing postings.

This guy’s been set up to be the next big weapon since the

You reach a point you no longer feel the need to respond to them at all.

What we do know, Liberals are insecure narcissist having control issues. What they cannot stand is being ignored. Try not to ever make statements to a Liberal. Frame every part of your dialog with a question. Liberals hate defense and attack with offense. By framing your response to a Liberal with a question, the Liberal is forced to remain on defense.

“Do not respond with any emotion when they try and provoke you. Keep in mind that because they have no values–they have no empathy and no remorse. They only know what you value by the level of your reaction–so to beat them at their game and don’t react. Practice your non-reactions with a trusted friend or in the mirror, or go over different things you know they might say to incite you–and then practice being nonreactive. Because Narcissists thrive on chaos and drama, they will eventually become disinterested and turn their attentions elsewhere if they can’t get a rise out of you.

We had run out of information to squeeze and, since we had the general narrative pretty much down pat, there was no need to further do so. Besides, release of the grand jury testimony cleared up all of the mysteries, plus corrected a few wrong suppositions that we had guessed at … from the older data.

The agreement reached by Republican President Donald Trump’s administration will effectively end a six-year long legal battle in which the committee had gone to federal court to try to enforce a subpoena it had issued to obtain the records.

Congressional Republicans have been pressing the Justice Department for years about the operation. Named after a movie about car racing, the operation sought to curb gun-trafficking criminals who were selling weapons to Mexican drug cartels…”

A good read for my fellow Melania watchers.

FTA: Melania Trump has been “ghosted” by pop culture because:

“…Her devotion to son Barron is exemplary. Her aversion to limelight and lack of political ambition are refreshing. So is her ability to refrain from public grievance-mongering over “sacrifices” and trade-offs made between work and home life (looking at you, Hill and ‘Chelle O).

The hostile White House press corps blames Trump’s own reticence for the publicity vacuum around her. But I believe there’s something deeper at work:

More exposure to this interesting and remarkable woman would mean more familiarity with her. More familiarity with her might mean more popularity. And God forbid there be more Republican women in the public eye who can compete with—and win against—the usual parade of militant kvetchers and moaners who pass themselves off as feminist role models…”

After the latest attacks by Iran and Hamas, the EU, the UK, France, Germany and China called on Israel to exercise “restraint”. “We continue to implore Israel to show greater restraint,” the UK’s Alistair Burt insisted. France’s Jean-Yves Le Drian demanded that Israel, “Act with caution and restraint in the use of force, which must be strictly proportional”.

At the White House, the media demanded that deputy press secretary Raj Shah issue some sort of call for “restraint”. Instead Shah made it clear, “Hamas is responsible.”

“Does the U.S. not agree with the French, that Israeli authorities should exercise discretion and restraint?” NBC News’ Peter Alexander asked.

Shah once again pointed out that it was a Hamas attack.

“So there’s no responsibility beyond that on the Israeli authorities? Kill at will?” the frustrated NBC News hack barked. What he and the rest of the media wanted was for Trump to stop Israel from fighting back.

That was what “restraint” had always meant. And the same game had been played by every administration. Israel would respond to a terrorist attack. And then there would be immediate calls for restraint. That code word meant that Israel had to immediately stop fighting back against the terrorists.

At the United Nations, Ambassador Nikki Haley put the restraint meme to bed. “No country in this chamber would act with more restraint than Israel has,” she said.
