He was a hero, yes, but he was doomed to die tragically.

I don’t like to think about that happening to our President.
So I cringe when I see you call him “Spartacus”, DanO…please don’t jinx our President by calling him that.

Seems some people like to link President Trump to the great men of human history. And maybe that’s okay to bring contrast to what PDJT is doing for a measure. However, in my opinion our President is re-writing our modern history, as did the greats in their time.

Therefore, our warrior president will have his own place in history and a recognizable name, such as The Donald and our generations to come will instantly know the man, as they do Spartacus, Leonidas’, Hercules, Sampson, Alexander, Patton, MacArthur, Richard the Lionheart, the Boii, and the Scythians.

We should become PDJT’s Audie Murphy’s for America.

#RuhRoh. I forgot about these other “Muh Russia” investigations.

“The FBI’s Pittsburgh field office, which runs many cyber security investigations, is trying to identify the people behind breaches of the Democratic National Committee’s computer systems, the officials said. Those breaches, in 2015 and the first half of 2016, exposed the internal communications of party officials as the Democratic nominating convention got underway and helped undermine support for Hillary Clinton.

The Pittsburgh case has progressed furthest, but Justice Department officials in Washington believe there is not enough clear evidence yet for an indictment, two of the sources said.

Meanwhile the bureau’s San Francisco office is trying to identify the people who called themselves “Guccifer 2” and posted emails stolen from Clinton campaign manager John Podesta’s account, the sources said. Those emails contained details about fundraising by the Clinton Foundation and other topics.”

“Meanwhile the bureau’s San Francisco office is trying to identify the people who called themselves “Guccifer 2” and posted emails stolen from Clinton campaign manager John Podesta’s account…”

There was a lot of hacking going on (some of it fake) and the scum media likes to conflate all these so that your brain thinks it was all down to one evil Russian – or maybe two. In fact precisely ZERO hacks have anything to do with Russia (but it is true that Russia are constantly trying to hack into government systems just like we are trying to hack into theirs). But I digress.

Guccifer 2 was a smokescreen created by the DNC and ‘leaks’ linked to this phony hacker were pretty lightweight stuff. This fake hack may also be (probably is) linked to the phony Russian dossier and criminal activity by the Obama crew. These emails/docs were not sent to Wikileaks because it would be obvious it was a fake hack and Assange would have exposed the fraud.

The original Guccifer (not Russian) is the one who accidentally uncovered Crooked Clinton’s criminal private server through her messages to Sid Blumenthal’s account. These emails were sent to and published by Wikileaks.

Podesta’s emails were released through a completely different way. Podesta gave the hackers his password through a phishing email and his emails were sent to and eventually published by Wikileaks. On the Podesta email Assange said:

“We can say, we have said, repeatedly over the last two months that our source is not the Russian government and it is not a state party.”

The OTHER DNC leak. The really damaging one is the huge email/document dump sent to and published by Wikileaks from (very likely) Seth Rich.

The scum media are trying desperately to re-write history. As with everything else these treacherous creatures attempt, they will fail.

Great that you posted this article, but it is totally confusing, and in the end I am certain that is not I who am confused but these idiotic reporters who do not seem to be able to get a single fact correct. (See also post by @Cameraman just below!).

The DNC-hack (that probably was not a hack but a leak) was accredited to an anonymous hacker calling himself Guccifer 2.0 who sent mails to Wikileaks and news media. Guccifer 2.0 then claimed he had hacked the Clinton Foundation, and again released mails to media outlets. However, that was apparently a hoax.

The Podesta hack has never been accredited to Guccifer 2.0. Podesta’s mails were hacked (due to extremely lax computer security) and leaked to Wikileaks, who posted them on their website early October 2016.

In short Reuter’s has mixed up the two “hacks” – one just hope that it is not the FBI who has done the same. But these days anything can happen!

Trump knows what happened at the Twin Towers, at Dallas, at LV, and Benghazi. But that doesn’t mean he can blowup the whole nation because he knows.

His job is to fix America not blow it up.
                So be patient.
His practice in construction of some of his buildings was to skin the exterior of an existing building, then gut it to the steel girders and beams, and then rebuild it from inside out into a marvelous, beautiful, revenue success of a project.

MAGA. He’s doing that with America.

With all his knowledge, Trump realizes something else. The mindset
of much of the American electorate. They already believe that everything
connected to the government is corrupt. They can’t do anything about it,
and they are resigned to just go about their own business, not get involved.

Trump’s monumental task is to show that the corruption, the protected
class literally getting away with murder will stop. Punishments will be
doled out in accordances with the crimes. And, wealth and power won’t
                  be taken into account.

To do this, it will have to happen in seeming dribs and drabs. A little
arrest here, and indictment there. We, the electorate have a job in this,
however. We need to be the ones paying attention to what’s going on.
When you start seeing background occurences going on, start giving
a heads up to others similarly involved. And tell them to pass the word
along. It’s up to us to read some into what is being done behind the
scenes. If something literally huge is happening and the press is trying
to smother it, then it’s our job to get the word out to everyone possible.
If it’s common knowledge, they eventually have to cave in to save face.

If all the arrests and possible jailings all happened at once, the idiots
would think that tyranny was occurring. The underinformed wouldn’t
be able to process it, unless they did a dance tribute to it on
“Dancing with the stars”. Others would be simply too overwhelmed
with the sheer complexity of it. Our job is to participate in understanding
it, and coming up with out own, simplest ways possible of explaining
it to others. Once that happens, many will see it’s safe to participate
in their government, and start doing so.

I’m posting something later on the open forum relating to electorate
apathy and what needs to be addressed to change it.

But it’s not his place to release what he knows, before an investigation is over.

I have struggled to change the culture of one or two divisions of a 600 million dollar enterprise, less then .0001 per cent the size of the what Trump is doing.
Trump has to line up all the players, all the evidence, and all courts before he moves. Those moves are just beginning.

Trump hinted that Vegas is a huge story. I would not be surprised if the evidence against the black hats in that investigation is being compiled as we speak.

The gov was “Chicagofied” long before either Obama OR Trump got there. It started with the “Progressive” presidents in the early 20th c: TR, Woodrow Wilson and Taft. FDR put the country on the path to socialism on steroids. The people resisted now and then, but always the progressives got back in office eventually. As the progs. worked their way up through the bureaucracy they hired other progs and there you have it. By the time Clinton got there it was relatively easy to weaponize the IRS and get the FBI to turn over raw data on the Republicans to the WH (Filegate). The media wasn’t going to out them. They’re Progs, too. Reagan was elected to the horror of the Bushes (and got shot two months into office) and Bush openly declared we had a “new world order” (one dedicated to saving the world for the elites at the expense of those who aren’t elite) so we were off and running. All Obama did was to finish the job of weaponize the government against the people. As Monty Python used to say, “nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition”. Trump is the Spanish Inquisition to them. They didn’t expect it. What happened? My guess is enough of us lied about who we were voting for (and voted for in exit polls) that they didn’t know how many votes to conjure up and steal.

I just find it to be teenybopper mind games devoid of complete facts and a waste of my time. Along the lines of “The Amazing Kreskin,” or “Jeanne Dixon.”

      • HOW: Viral networking to team on pattern recognition, threat identification and problem-solving solutions.

Huh. 🤔 Check out this Daily Caller interview with Joe DiGenova on November 3rd, 2016.

“Just think of the FBI as the Vietcong. That’s what they are. They are digging tunnels under the Justice Department. They are going to sink that place,” Washington attorney Joe DiGenova told The Daily Caller Thursday.

DiGenova, who has bureau sources close to the FBI investigation, named Attorney General Loretta Lynch, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, Assistant Attorney General Peter Kaznick, Assistant Attorney General John P. Carlin, and Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell as senior level staff at DOJ have who have “done something that they are going to regret.”

FBI agents pushed forward, against the wishes of the Justice Department and without the support of bureau leadership, to investigate the Clinton Foundation, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

As a result of the obstacles thrown in their way, DiGenvoa says the agents within the bureau have gone “rogue” and any upper level bureaucrat that gets in their way from investigating Clinton could be exposed.

“Even though this is technically under the auspices of the bureau, nobody is going to control these agents,” he said.”

I’m afraid this whole story, the whole DOJ/FBI corruption and collusion story, will slowly retreat into the screechy corners of the public conversation and finally disappear, except from various diehard conservative precincts. The MSM is still simply too large and powerful a force, and the players involved too important, for this to be allowed to amount to anything close to indictments and prosecutions.

There are two additional fatal flaws in the fantasies that it will amount to something historic or even actionable (beyond the awesome impediment and cultural monolith of the MSM): the Republican party and Jeff Sessions. The Republican party does not have the guts or tenacious partisanship (call it what you will) to take this to the levels that the democrats took Watergate, and there will never be a SINGLE democrat who crosses sides to lend it the political credibility and momentum it needs (unlike Republicans who crossed over in Watergate). The second is of course Sessions, who is demonstrably unwilling and/or incapable to be the sort of AG required at this moment in history. Sessions was Trump’s greatest mistake. I don’t blame Trump at all. It’s just one of those things. Sessions looked perfect for the part. Trump could not have predicted Sessions inner collapse, his deeper inadequacies.

“Nearly two-thirds of Americans say the mainstream press is full of fake news, a sentiment that is held by a majority of voters across the ideological spectrum.

According to data from the latest Harvard-Harris poll, which was provided exclusively to The Hill, 65 percent of voters believe there is a lot of fake news in the mainstream media.

That number includes 80 percent of Republicans, 60 percent of independents and 53 percent of Democrats. Eighty-four percent of voters said it is hard to know what news to believe online.”

In the end, it doesn’t matter; the predictions are rather meaningless. And it has nothing to do with “surrender.” One can predict an outcome without in the least surrendering. Further, it has nothing to do with Trump. He can’t do this alone. But you’re right — I have zero faith in the republican party. Zero.

If things were like before Trump I would agree with you, but not with PDJ at the helm. As far as Jeff Sessons is concerned, you are going to look foolish with your statement, because Jeff has the Big Ugly all cued up after many months of work being done quietly behind the scenes! When the CTH folks described the Big Ugly, it was an understatement.

Rut Roh, This Russian Collusion Thing is Going to Truly Drain the Swamp

Under sworn testimony to Congress, Ex-FBI Director “Obstruction of Justice” Comey stated that the “Intelligence” Gang of 8, meaning those who are briefed and provide oversight on “Counter Intelligence” operations/investigations on US soil are given briefs every quarter on the status of ongoing “Counter Intelligence” investigations and if any new investigations are opened.

Can anyone see where I am going with this?

Ok, let me help you out. It has to do with ~145 million dollars and the sale of 20% of America’s most strategic asset, URANIUM.

“The sale occurred in stages, beginning in 2009 when Rosatom purchased a minority stake in Uranium One, and continued in 2010, when the Russian agency took ownership of a 51 percent share of the company.” Source: Politico article “What you need to know about Clinton and the Uranium One deal.”

Who controlled the House and the Senate during those two years? DEMOCRATS!! RUT ROH!!!!!

Ok, this is crazy but, back when this was going down, the FBI anf the DOJ would have had a counter intelligence operations on this issue. I mean these are Russians trying to control American Uranium. Ding, Ding, Ding, Ding Ding…… alarm bells better be going off in your mind right now.

They even had a mole inserted into this Russian bribery and fraud racket surrounding America’s Uranium. Now that, if it doesn’t spell Counter Intelligence, nothing does. This went on for years as the Russians bribed themselves into controlling the trucking companies and the buyers, sellers and other players in this strategic asset.

Ok, so you have the FBI under Mueller shut it down and the DOJ under Attorney General Holder shutting it down and they Gag the mole. Who is running the Special Counsel Investigation into the “Russians Interference” into the 2016 election? My God in Heaven, it is Ex-FBI Director Robert Mueller. Who was the US Attorney who was running that investigation in 2009/2010? Oh yeah, no other than…… Rod Rosenstein. WOW, the incest is incredible. It is like discovering your girlfriend is cheating on you, with your Dad. Yuck, this is just gross.

So, on one hand you have the investigation shut down by the FBI/DOJ and the sale happen, yet there is another hand in this. The Gang of Eight on Counter Intelligence Oversight. According to ole Jimmy, they get briefed every 3 months on ongoing counter-intelligence operations/investigations. How could the approval of the sale of 20% of America’s most strategic asset, Uranium go through when those in CONGRESS could have stepped in and stopped it. Not only just regular Joe Schmoe and Susie Sixpack Congressman and Women… no some of the most influential members in all of government.

Houston Control, this is Apollo 13, we have a problem over. I say again, Houston Control, this is Apollo 13, we have a problem over.

My God in Heaven, apparently this counter intelligence Investigation went on for years, and those involved most likely had been briefed on it for years not to mention all the FBI Agents and DOJ Attorneys. Who had to have looked the other way.

Did anybody in the Gang of Eight speak out, if they did, who would they speak out to other than the Press who is nothing more than the Democrat Party with Press badges anyway OR did they know what was going down and let the sale go on anyway.

Whoa….. so who were the Gang of Eight members in 2009/2010 when the sale occurred?

This is stinky, very, very, very stinky.

No wonder the Democrats are freaking out.

The Clintons, they were just cashing in just like they do with everything, this is business as usual. They are like battery acid, they corrode and corrupt everything they touch.

Now they have compromised, corrupted and corroded the Gang of Eight.

Oh, my GOD, is this thing crazy or what?

The Gang of 8 is comprised of the Majority Leader of the Senate, Minority Leader of the Senate, Majority Leader of the House, Minority Leader of the House, The Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, the Ranking Minority Member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, The Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee and the Ranking Minority Member of the House Intelligence Committee.

So, if my thoughts are correct, and that’s all they are based upon what Comey testified to under oath to Congress, there are some very senior politicians, some who have retired and others who are still in the government, who have a lot of explaining to do.

What is oversight if when they see something like Uranium One go down and they don’t go public with it. Hmmm.

So……. Who filled those positions in 2009/10.

Dirty Harry Reid, Republican in Name Only Mitch McConnell, One more Facelift and she will be breathing out of the back of her neck Nancy Pelosi, Got a Light John Boehnor, who Nancy kissed as he left the podium as he was departing the House of Representatives ( I watched that and immediately had this nauseous queasy feeling, how could anyone forget that), I want your Guns but I Keep One in My Purse Diane Feinstein, Christopher S. Bond, Ex-Governor of Missouri, is a graduate of Princeton and the University of Virginia Law School whom is no longer in the Senate, Silvestre Reyes who lost a primary election in 2012 even with the, ahum, endorsement by both President Bill Clinton and President Barack Obama and finally I can’t find out who the Republican was but whoever he/she is has some explaining to do.

And a special thanks to Jeff Sessions who decided it was better the states not originally proceed with their challenge to DACA in the courts, which would’ve found it unconstitutional like it did with DAPA. No, no, the administration wanted a bargaining chip or a sign of good faith, or whatever reason they chose to extend the deadline until March. Great move guys!

Christopher Steele was Hillary’s hired gun, paid gobs of money to dig up dirt on Donald Trump. Yet somehow this “brilliant” spy lacked the surveillance skills to know that Hillary had hired him. That’s one of the many whoppers in the released Glenn Simpson testimony in which Steele is portrayed as a “Boy Scout” operating from the highest and purest of motives.

Steele’s stenographers in the press invariably describe him as “highly regarded” and apolitical. The propagandistic omniscience behind these descriptions is laughable and amounts to nothing more than liberals presiding over a kangaroo court in which they can endlessly appeal to their own authority: we say he is “highly regarded,” so he is; we say that his motives were pure, so they are; we say that parts of his report have been “corroborated,” so don’t question them.

The claim that Steele was operating above politics is a joke. According to the British press, he was a socialist before working for British intelligence as a Russian expert — a career path that should stimulate skepticism, or at least curiosity, in a vigilant press. Steele was the perfect counterpart to John Brennan, who entered American intelligence after supporting the American Communist Party.

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals: Response to January 2018 Preliminary Injunction

Jan. 13, 2018, Update: Due to a federal court order, USCIS has resumed accepting requests to renew a grant of deferred action under DACA. Until further notice, and unless otherwise provided in this guidance, the DACA policy will be operated on the terms in place before it was rescinded on Sept. 5, 2017.

Individuals who were previously granted deferred action under DACA may request renewal by filing Form I-821D (PDF), Form I-765 (PDF), and Form I-765 Worksheet (PDF), with the appropriate fee or approved fee exemption request, at the USCIS designated filing location, and in accordance with the instructions to the Form I-821D (PDF) and Form I-765 (PDF). USCIS is not accepting requests from individuals who have never before been granted deferred action under DACA. USCIS will not accept or approve advance parole requests from DACA recipients.

If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired on or after Sept. 5, 2016, you may still file your DACA request as a renewal request. Please list the date your prior DACA ended in the appropriate box on Part 1 of the Form I-821D.

If you previously received DACA and your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or your DACA was previously terminated at any time, you cannot request DACA as a renewal (because renewal requests typically must be submitted within one year of the expiration date of your last period of deferred action approved under DACA), but may nonetheless file a new initial DACA request in accordance with the Form I-821D and Form I-765 instructions. To assist USCIS with reviewing your DACA request for acceptance, if you are filing a new initial DACA request because your DACA expired before Sept. 5, 2016, or because it was terminated at any time, please list the date your prior DACA expired or was terminated on Part 1 of the Form I-821D, if available.

Deferred action is a discretionary determination to defer a removal action of an individual as an act of prosecutorial discretion. Further, deferred action under DACA does not confer legal status upon an individual and may be terminated at any time, with or without a Notice of Intent to Terminate, at DHS’s discretion. DACA requests will be adjudicated under the guidelines set forth in the June 15, 2012 DACA memo (PDF).

    Additional information will be forthcoming.

As required by recent federal district court orders, the Department of Defense recently announced it will begin processing transgender applicants for military service on January 1, 2018. This policy will be implemented while the Department of Justice appeals those court orders.

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia ordered DoD to implement, effective January 1, 2018, the accession policy issued by former Secretary Carter in 2016. DoD and the Department of Justice are actively pursuing relief from those court orders in order to allow an ongoing policy review scheduled to be completed before the end of March.

Under the 2016 Carter policy, a history of gender dysphoria is disqualifying unless, as certified by a licensed medical provider, the applicant has been stable without clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning for 18 months. Additionally, a history of medical treatment associated with gender transition is disqualifying unless, as certified by a licensed medical provider, the applicant has completed all medical treatment associated with the applicant’s gender transition, the applicant has been stable in the preferred gender for 18 months, and if presently receiving cross-sex hormone therapy post-gender transition, the individual has been stable on such hormones for 18 months.

Guidance also includes specific details for recruits with a history of sex reassignment or genital reconstruction surgery. Under the updated standards, these procedures would be disqualifying unless, as certified by a licensed medical provider, a period of 18 months has elapsed since the date of the most recent surgery, no functional limitations or complications persist, and no additional surgeries are required.

My stock market forecast for the year and I am presenting it here as much of it is based on political factors – good and bad. read or not read based on your interests.

    2018 Stocks –
    1) first quarter – solidly up with the early year peak coming in March with gains of 10% or more? 14% gains possible.
    2) second quarter – flat gentle roller coaster with maybe slightly higher high in April, then down into summer
    3) third quarter – sideways and down with a low for the year down 4-5% below the early year peak.
    4) fourth quarter – sideways into the election or just before and then up solidly to close the year with a new high.
total) up 17% for the year. Strong up months Jan, Feb, March, Nov, Dec

    2018 Bonds –
sideways and down roller coaster for the year for most bonds except for the floating rate bank loan sector. Bonds finish the year down 3-5% except for the floating rate bank loans which will be up 5-6% for the year

—Market people do not like uncertainty. Many hate Trump personally but love his business approach and his business people in power. Politics will affect the markets strongly in the middle of this year.

+) corporate earnings will be strong all year.
+) consumer spending will be strong all year
+) benefits from the tax bill will continue to accumulate all year.
+) possible infrastructure bill passed but it will be smaller than what is being talked about now. 500B versus 1T over 10 years. Deficit concerns limiting. CBO scoring, etc.
+) Budget CR for the year gets passed and contains a few dribbles of money for the wall.
+) More good trade deals for the US. NAFTA dies, Iran deal dies
+) Some money overseas starts to be repatriated.
+) 50+ miles of new border wall gets built.

–) uncertainty of the election will be the largest factor and start hitting markets in spring.
–) Dems will scream loudly that the Trump economy is souring and some national data will be fudged to back them up.
–) The Dems, MSM, and Wall Street Dems will scream that the Dems are going to sweep the election. They already tried this trial balloon last week a few times and I stepped out of my house and shot those trial balloons down. But they will launch thousands of them starting in April.

-) DACA legislation will fail and the SCOTUS will have to push ahead with a ruling on DACA. After SCOTUS ruling deportation process will start and Dems will march Hispanics out all over the country in public displays. Violence will ensue. Immigration reform passes just before the election.
-) Dems will try to gin up the black base with race riots started with false flags.

-) In Spring pension funds and other funds will start profit taking and reducing stock exposure heading into summer
-) Fed will raise rates 3 times – March, June and December and continue to increase the withdrawal of liquidity from the markets – from 20B per month in January to 50B per month by end of year
-) Europe central bank and others Japan? etc. will realize they are behind the curve and will also start to tighten.

    1) Dems win more in election and market struggles more
    2) Reps win more in election and market goes up solidly except for bonds which will be down for the year – 4 Fed rate hikes and 600 billion more liquidity withdrawn from the system.

DACA Drama is one of the Dems top campaign strategies. The President is just now figuring that out that the Dems never wanted any DACA deal. At least not this early before the election. The Dems want a whole summer of DACA drama to get out their Hispanic vote (and illegal vote).

The Dems never bargain in good faith or for the best for the people or the best for the country. They Dems only bargain for their best power. And that for now means obstruct all things to cause the maximum pain and maximum drama.

Dems are Drama Queens first and foremost.

    • Excellent.

+ Capital Spending expensed in first year ignites Industrial and Commercial demand.

+ Reindustrialization of America begins its 2018 first wave driven by “Buy America” Defense contracts, Federal spending mandates and multiplying Bilateral-Deal Exports for Energy and Defense

+ Reindustrialization of America begins its 2019 second wave driven by NAFTA cancellation, Trade Sanctions on China-Mexico-Canada and Repatriation of Offshore Profits

? Will Repatriation of Offshore Profits more than offset Fed withdrawals of liquidity.

? Will Fed-driven rising Interest Rates loot Blue State Budgets overloaded with Bond Debt at both State and Local levels, further eroding the Bond Market.

    • ? Wild Card: Will international investors flood into the U.S. Stock Market as our economy ignites demand, tax cuts multiply after-tax profits and growth/dividends, and America becomes the most hospitable place for investment on the planet.

that will happen massively in 2019 if Republicans do well in the 2018 elections. It is already happening a little in 2018 and is part of the quarter 1 2018 money flows.

      thank for the post Seeker.
I was looking at moving $ out of stocks now into cash/MM
The P/E ratio on S&P 500 is another guide. We are sitting above 23 now. Looks like every time we break 23, there is a drop to low teens.
There was a huge jump over 100 in 2008, followed by 30% drop in market.

I like your points, especially Q1 and Q4. I think you are on to something.
I will be shocked if we don’t see a “cooling down” through mid 2018.
Then optimism post election into 2019.

I’m expecting a YUGE run-up after April 2019 when all the lefty idiots get massive tax refunds and run out to buy teddy bears & coloring books!

The story being peddled is that Singer/GOPe stopped paying Fusion GPS in April and then Fusion GPS “approached” the Hillary campaign to continue their oppo research. You write that when Rogers got in at NSA he saw the abuse that was going on with “queries” and that Fusion GPS
was probably the contractor. Rogers shut it down for review on April 15th after noticing a LONG period of abuse, not a matter of a week or two. Does that mean some NEVER TRUMPERS and GOPe are involved in this? Could that explain why the Never Trumpers will not go away and why Ryan and McConnell allowed the show hearings? Anything to hurt Trump. Remember the trope from all of these loser neocons, “Russia, Russia. We must investigate! Blah, blah, our democracy”
If we can put Rove and his white board in jail too it would make my day!!

Good questions and seems to me a connecting of the dots. Reminds me that the GOPe/Dem binary choice was no real choice at all — Uniparty!

      UniParty –
      Comey is a Republican
      Mueller is a Republican

as for the others…. who said they were democrats? do we even know which party they are in? or just assuming they were democrats?
