Now that the President has officially blown up the Senate Gang of Six fake immigration “bill” can we please refocus back on the real deal the House bill that I said would be the fucus of teh immigration reform going forward.

Why is nobody talking about the real deal House immigration bill? Hint…They do not want to.
They only want distactions and I previously said to completely ignore anything said by Senate. They were never serious – with Durbin and Flake on the committee…..

Immigration work status – Senate and House.
lead-in. Do not believe any headlines coming from the Senate talk.
Long read but the House section is good news if that is the basis going forward.

    Senate chatter—-Blown up.

House deal -the real Trump deal———
Now the House has already a real bill in the works. Not just 6 people making some sort of agreement verbal agreement.
    .
==> House Republicans Roll Out Immigration Bill Packed With Border Security and Immigration Reforms
    http://dailysignal.com/2018/01/11/house-republicans-roll-out-daca-bill-packed-with-border-security-and-immigration-reforms/

A group of Republican lawmakers unveiled Wednesday a bill that pairs granting legal status to younger illegal immigrants with a laundry list of conservative immigration reforms and border security enhancements, including President Donald Trump’s proposed border wall.

The proposal contains all of the changes to immigration law that Trump has demanded as part of a deal to replace the now-canceled Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, a former President Barack Obama administration order that shielded hundreds of thousands of younger illegal immigrants from deportation.

It also incorporates several immigration enforcement measures long advocated by immigration hawks, including penalties for sanctuary cities and foreign nationals who overstay their visas.

Dubbed the Securing America’s Future Act, the bill was teased by its sponsors—GOP Reps. Bob Goodlatte of Virginia, Michael McCaul of Texas, Raúl Labrador of Idaho, and Martha McSally of Arizona—in a Tuesday op-ed in the Wall Street Journal. The official rollout Wednesday comes a day after Trump met with a bipartisan group lawmakers to discuss the framework of a bill that would legalize DACA recipients before the program expires in March.

The bill’s authors said the DACA negotiations presented an opportunity to enact tougher immigration law and stave off pressure for a future amnesty of illegal immigrants.

A summary of the bill’s provisions reads like an immigration hawk’s wish list. It would fulfill Trump’s four-point plan for a DACA compromise: legal status for DACA recipients, end to the Diversity Visa Lottery, limits on chain migration, and full funding for the border wall.

The bill also includes several provisions that Trump has not said are necessary to reach a DACA deal, but that immigration hawks have long argued are needed to eliminate the “pull factors” for illegal immigration. Among them are Kate’s Law, which enhances penalties for illegal immigrants who re-enter the country after being deported, and mandatory use of E-Verify, an electronic employment authorization system.

==> Democrats are almost certain to balk the GOP bill, not least because it does not offer a path to legal permanent residence or citizenship for DACA recipients. The bill instead allows beneficiaries to receive a three-year renewable legal status, essentially reviving the DACA program for the roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants who received protection under the original order.

Despite slim chances of garnering more than a few Democratic supporters, the bill could serve as a starting point for negotiating a DACA replacement.

    Bottom line:
Final bill will probably be closer to the House bill than any as of yet unreleased Senate chatter agreement (blown up when Pres found out what was in it.).

The President would sign the House bill or something pretty close to the House bill.

Now let us refocus on the proper goals and move forward from all this Senate related bogus chatter.
If you were taken in by the purposefully misleading Senate chatter. Please be more careful next time and realize who they are and what their goal is.

Amazing how many top analysts and people all over just plain lost it after the Trump meeting and Senate chatter. Wow. Learn. Have faith. Do not get distracted by irritating gnats or flies in the room.

They don’t care about immigrants or even immigration. They only care about manufacturing fake voters… which they can only achieve by importing minorities from the most sh*thole countries on earth.

They refuse to allow any white christian immigration. You know? People who share our values, and have means to survive, good work ethic, similar beliefs in the American way of life.

But Democrats will only allow the most criminal, the poorest, the least educated sh*tholes on earth to come to this country so they can create a permanent poor third world majority

Democrats could have easily passed Comprehensive Amnesty when Obama was POTUS, Pelosi had majority in the House, and Teddie Chappaquiddick was the 60th vote in the Senate.

They could have passed ANYTHING — Cap and Trade, ObamaCare, etc. (They had to use legislative sleight of hand and outright bribery with only 59 votes to eventually pass ObamaCare)

Thank goodness they thought they would have 60 Senate votes forever.

Instead, they chose to keep illegal immigration, amnesty, etc. as a divisive campaign issue. Even Univision castigated Obama about this.

I absolutely LOVE IT! Our President has once again gotten the lovers of open borders from both sides of the aisle to once again expose their faces that are hidden behind their masks. Our President sent the following tweet out earlier this morning:

8 hours later, the Washington Times is reporting that Senator Dick Durbin and Senator Lindsey Graham are moving ahead with their bill whether the President supports it or not!

    https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2018/jan/12/senators-pursue-immigration-deal-trump-objections/?utm_source=onesignal&utm_campaign=pushnotify&utm_medium=push

    From the article linked above:

The two senators who struck a deal with each other on an immigration deal signaled Friday they’ll push ahead with their bargain despite opposition from President Trump, saying they sense growing bipartisan support.

“I know the bipartisan proposal discussed at the White House can get a lot of support from both sides. As always, I look forward to considering additional ideas that could make the proposal even better,” Mr. Graham said.

Mr. Durbin, meanwhile, described the deal he and Mr. Graham reached as “a genuine compromise.”

“It addresses all the areas outlined by the president and represents honest concessions on both sides. That is the nature of compromise, and the president and others trying to derail a bipartisan deal do not have an alternative that can earn bipartisan support,” Mr. Durbin said.

The deal they presented to Mr. Trump would include a generous pathway to citizenship for perhaps millions of illegal immigrants, while giving him funding for about 10 percent of his border wall and — at best — a slim cut of about 3 percent in the chain of family migration.

The plan would also eliminate the Diversity Visa Lottery, as Mr. Trump called for, but would use those visas to create a new pathway to citizenship for people from El Salvador, Haiti and other countries currently protected in the U.S. under special humanitarian status. That additional pathway to citizenship — which had not been part of the president’s plans — appears to have been what ignited Mr. Trump’s stark comments on developing countries.

The sad truth is that the Senate will easily have 60 votes in favor of this bill! The Gang of 8 Bill in 2013 actually had 67 Senators. Paul Ryan made a promise to the Freedom Caucus as well as other House Republicans that he would never bring up a bill that at least 50% of House Republicans don’t support. We know there are approximately 30 to 40 House Republicans that would vote yes for this bill.

We will see if Ryan is a man of his word or not. I think deep down inside he would want to bring a vote to the floor that would get 218 House members to vote in favor of it. The problem for him and the Senate is that our President would VETO this SHIT in a NY minute. There is no way in hell that they will get 290 House Republicans to overcome his Presidential Veto. They would also need 67 Senators to do the same. Could they get to 67 Senators? Yes but the Republican Senators would need to come over in large numbers if every Democrat votes yes (which is not a guaranteed in the 10 states that our President won that are up for reelection next year).

I hope and pray that Mitch McConnell allows this vote to take place. I want every single one of these BASTARDS on the record. Imagine how it will play out next year that you voted NO to Tax Reform that is putting more money in the pockets of Americans but voted YES to a bill that allows the parents of DACA recipients to apply for a work waiver every 3 years and stay in this country.

Folks a SUPER MAJORITY actually could happen in this case. The Democrats will truly kill their party once and for all. Lindsey Graham better be primaried in 2020 if he pushes this SHIT.

You are entitled to your opinion of course.

Normally, I would just ignore your comment, but this country is becoming too divided, and racism is being used as a wedge to divide (one of many) and this old WHITE southern woman feels the need to respond.

“Rabble” is itself a term I would challenge.

        ” a disorderly crowd; a mob.
“he was met by a rabble of noisy, angry youths”
synonyms: mob, crowd, throng, gang, swarm, horde, pack, mass, group
        “a rabble of noisy youths”
        derogatory
ordinary people, especially when regarded as socially inferior or uncouth.

        noun: the rabble
synonyms: common people, masses, populace, multitude, rank and file, commonality, plebeians, proletariat, peasantry, lower classes; More

I lived through the Civil Rights Movement, in the south. I may be old, but my memory is fine. I cannot recall any RABBLE in the movement. To the contrary, it was a peaceful movement.

Secondly: “Rabble Rouser” -” a person who speaks with the intention of inflaming the emotions of a crowd of people, typically for political reasons.”

        Factually, your opinion doesn’t fit.

Again, I defend your right to express your opinion… as long as we’re clear it’s not fact.

The sh…thrown from the left generally hits the fan and comes back to cover their glass houses when they throw it at Trump. They can’t help themselves. Hatred is all they’ve got and that keeps them from God’s Wisdom and guidance.

It will not take much to turn the national conversation to the crimes of the Clintons, supported by all of their sycophants on the left, against the Haitian people. I thought that the suggestion of inviting Haitain representatives to the State of the Union was brilliant.

BTW, black Americans have told me that they are so color conscience because skin color is the first thing that people see when they meet them, and thus how they are judged. I can sincerely disagree. It may register, as does age, sex, or physical attractiveness….but far more important to good people are things like friendliness, kindness, and trustworthiness.

The Left is who is constantly pointing the finger at a person’s color and making an issue of it. They exploit it for partisan gain and use and abuse people through manipulation and lies to keep them from thinking for themselves.

I honestly believe this is why we are seeing segregation make its way back into our civilization…sponsored again by the left. Reality intrudes into the conversation they have imposed on us when we get to know one another, love one another, create families together, and help each other. When we interact, people of all colors learn the truth. People who love God and our country and support the President are the best people in the world and no matter skin tone or family background or social status, we are all Deplorables together and we need one another to MAGA for everyone.

    “Parallel Construction”

“First described in government documents obtained by Reuters in 2013, parallel construction is when law enforcement originally obtains evidence through a secret surveillance program, then tries to seek it out again, via normal procedure. In essence, law enforcement creates a parallel, alternative story for how it found information. That way, it can hide surveillance techniques from public scrutiny and would-be criminals.
A new report released by Human Rights Watch Tuesday, based in part on 95 relevant cases, indicates that law enforcement is using parallel construction regularly, though it’s impossible to calculate exactly how often. It’s extremely difficult for defendants to discern when evidence has been obtained via the practice, according to the report”

I never get tired of seeing these takeoffs and landings with our President Donald J. Trump aboard.

On his last thank you tour to Melbourne, FL, I was 2 miles off end of Runway 90 when he left in the twilight. AF1 wasted no time in getting up and out of there, about 4 times higher altitude at same point as the commercials that leave on same runway.

4beagles, loved Trump 1, too. Have to say that the first time I’ve ever watched either a campaign plane or Air Force One and Marine One in action was for Donald J. Trump. It’s just plain fun to watch them now…and a good reminder to keep our President in my prayers for his safety.

Elvira is one fine sexy vampire. There are days I wish I still watched FNC… Nah, not worth it to watch even if I miss seeing Guilfoyle looking like Elvira

Is there something that PTrump wanted to tell us as to why he cancelled his trip to Britain and the business behind the embassy deal? If I remember the criminal HRC transferred billions from the CFoundation to Qatar after she lost the election. Apparently London is being sold off to Qatar!

Why would we need another embassy for more than a billion dollars. Something is not right here.

Wall Street Heavyweight Ortel Pulls Back the Clinton-Foundation Curtain on its Haiti ‘Charity’ Profit Schemes

If you do not know of Ortel’s expertise, ZeroHedge describes it here:

“In early May, we introduced readers to Charles Ortel, a Wall Street analyst who uncovered financial discrepancies at General Electric before its stock crashed in 2008, and whom the Sunday Times of London described as “one of the finest analysts of financial statements on the planet” in a 2009 story detailing the troubles at AIG. Having moved on beyond simple corporate fraud, Ortel spent the past year and a half digging into something more relevant to the current US situation:”charities”, and specifically the Clinton Foundation’s public records, federal and state-level tax filings, and donor disclosures.”

With all the focus on President Donald Trump’s alleged comments about Haiti — which he denied on Friday — Ortel fired off a chain of Tweets Friday focusing on the Clinton Foundation’s illicit deals in Haiti. And he questioned why the mainstream media gives the Clinton cartel a free pass.

Facebook and Google can’t keep extremists off their sites, and Congress will be grilling them next week

    1) Terrorists are still actively recruiting on Facebook and Google.
    2) Extremist pages on their sites were online for days or weeks before we alerted the companies to them.
    3) Executives from Facebook, YouTube and Twitter are scheduled to testify in front of the Senate next week.

    https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/12/extremist-content-is-on-facebook-and-google-ahead-of-senate-hearing.html

Even as executives from Google and Facebook prepare to testify in front of the Senate on how they’re combating extremist content, the internet giants are struggling to keep it off their sites.

Dozens of accounts on sites owned by those two companies have been used this week to promote violent attacks and recruit people to the cause of Islamic terrorism, a CNBC investigation has found.

PS. FB and GOOG would rather remove conservative content before Islamic terrorist content. Just try to post a message or video on deporting illegals – gone or blocked.

Here is a story from the WSJ reprinted in the New London (CT) paper The Day, claiming that DJT paid a settlement of $130,000 to a porn star with whom he allegedly had a relationship. This is being put forward as truth. An article at ZeroHedge repeats the story, with a letter of disclaimer
from the woman stating she never had a relationship and never received settlement money. People are foolishly believing the story, so I’ve brought it up here. Hopefully The Day will not show a paywall: http://www.theday.com/nationworld-news/20180112/wall-street-journal-trump-lawyer-brokered-130000-payment-to-porn-star
And Zero Hedge: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-01-12/trump-reportedly-paid-porn-star-130000-sign-nda Many Zero Hedge posters did not even bother to read the woman’s disclaimer letter before commenting.

Thanks for posting it. I haven’t read any of it, not sure I will. I’m kind of having a hard time squaring what I know of PDJT with the notion of having “a relationship” with a porn star. I mean, he isn’t Charlie Sheen. And he is a noted germophobe.

But maybe it’s just me. I get squeamish if I have to use a public restroom, so there’s that.

Worksite enforcement targets employment law violators
Ensuring each of its employees is legally authorized to work in the United States is one of many responsibilities facing every American business, from small start-up operations to our country’s largest and most prosperous corporations.

Tasked with enforcing the business community’s compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) developed a comprehensive worksite enforcement strategy that targets employers who violate employment laws.

This strategy incorporates a three-prong approach to conduct worksite enforcement: compliance, through I-9 inspections, civil fines and referrals for debarment; enforcement, through the arrest of employers, knowingly employing undocumented workers, and the arrest of unauthorized workers for violation of laws associated with working without authorization; and outreach, through the ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers (IMAGE) program, to instill a culture of compliance and accountability.

President Trump has them completely surrounded. Single Handedly.

They’ve tried the entire playbook, threw everything at him but the kitchen sink…. none of it has worked….

so now they’re resorting to insisting he slept with a woman who insists he never slept with her…. and that he used a curse word once in the last few days.
