Congress never passed the 2 bills relating to our energy grid, a hurricane has already hit 2 states, two others are bearing down on more states, and Fat Boy is threatening to use EMPS on us. Yet Congress can spend such inordinate amounts of time on these never-ending “investigations” while those former administration members roam free and our electric grid is extremely vulnerable. Cold anger has turned to RAGE and all the popcorn in the world will not calm me down!

These people get rich when instead they’re supposed to be working for us and then election after election put on a show while the party apparatus makes sure the same old $hits are shoved down our throats….or instead we get the other $hits. I’ll never forget Rod Blagojevich on The Apprentice. He was worthless…all he could do was talk…I bet most of the rest of these schmucks in Congress are no different.

EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security: DR. PETER VINCENT PRY. STATEMENT FOR THE RECORD

Presentation by Dr. Peter Vincent Pry
      New York City ~ April 10, 2014

North Korea’s third illegal nuclear test on February 12, 2013, was followed by increased international sanctions, that prompted escalating threats from North Korea to make nuclear missile strikes against U.S. allies, South Korea and Japan, and the mainland United States. President Obama denied that North Korea could deliver on these threats, claiming that North Korea does not yet have nuclear armed missiles–despite assessments to the contrary by DIA, CIA, and NATO.

President Obama denied that North Korea could deliver on these threats, claiming that North Korea does not yet have nuclear armed missiles AND BLOCKED PASSAGE OF THAT BILL!
Then this spring he went and talked Moon of S.Korea out of THADD. FINALLY those are being added:
CNBC US adds launchers to THAAD as dozens hurt in South Korea protests
21 hours ago – “Dozens of people injured in clashes between South Korean protesters and police as the U.S. military add more launchers to its missile-defense …” (you sometimes wonder what leftists use for brains.)

So where are we in our protection of our electronics/electricity???

Grid-protecting CIPA: Enacted, but in time?

By Ambassador R. James Woolsey and Dr. Peter Vincent Pry – – Tuesday, February 14, 2017
Congress, virtually at the last minute and unnoted by the press, finally passed the Critical Infrastructure Protection Act (CIPA) — arguably the single most important piece of legislation approved by Congress in 2016 — by inserting it into the National Defense Authorization Act.[…]

I know I read something somewhere in the last few weeks about PDJT signing something that would first of all study vulnerabilities in our grid and then fix them. It was nothing very detailed, but it reassured me somewhat as this is something that concerns me greatly.

However, I can’t help but feel a little helpless anyway because this should have been done years ago. Now we have “clowns to the left of us, jokers to the right” and between Fat Boy and the ayatollahs who knows who will be first to try an EMP on us? It is frankly terrifying.

It can and likely will irreparably damage any and all non-hardened electronic equipment in your house, and your vehicles (read:electronic ignition, navi, radio, etc.). Look up the Carrington Event. Except when that happened, we didn’t have any electronics. Oh, and forget the cell-phone networks; they’ll be among the first to go offline. Yep, you won’t drown or be blown around. You’ll just starve and be without water, power, gas, transportation, and communications.

Kind of like a neutron bomb in that respect: no (or not much) physical damage, but the hidden damage will be extensive. And the large transformers in the power infrastructure
will be hard to replace. As many of them come from….. China. Yep, we don’t have the capability anymore to make some of these things.

And, as far as the infrastructure repairs go, aren’t they part of Mrs. Turtle’s trillion-dollar intrastructure initative that’s waiting for the budget to be passed and Obozocare to be repealed and replaced? Looks like Yertle McTurtle needs to get a move on…

We already had a ‘study’ of not the vulnerabilities, but the effects of such an attack, in 2003.
The MSM was immediately putting forth an easily disproved lie about a lightning strike, and the final explanation of the cause didn’t make any sense either. When something does not make any sense that is usually an indication that it isn’t true.
What was also never even investigated, let alone explained, is why it took days to restore the power to the much more energy dependent city of New York.
I live in Northern New York, I merely spent an evening sitting on the front porch, while people in Manhattan were trapped in their hot apartments.
Remember how Chris Christie’s incident of chaos on a vital, busy bridge was passed off as a “traffic study”? People in government already had a good idea of just how disruptive such studies can be.

This whole EMP thing is a crock of BS. Long long ago two US nuke air-bursts did unintentionally affect the electrical power distribution in Hawaii.. Since then, only wild speculation of how this may become an effective weapon. No one has ever made a prototype of such weapon to see if such is possible.
Neither short fat boy nor any ayatollahs have the slightest clue as to creating, and delivering such frivolity anywhere! Only way way after these fools can repeatably destroy their own power grid, if they have one, should there be any worry.
These now four in a row “tropical depressions’ are much more likely to adversely affect the US power grid. If anyfool tries EMP, “ALL your cellphones are belong to us.”

      Two words: Term Limits.

In the old days, if you wanted to influence legislation, and you could get Ted Kennedy to support whatever parliamentary move you might want to make, you would just have to ask if he would be on board with the idea.

If he nodded, you could then walk into your committee and say, “Ted will / will not” and that was that. All you had to do was say Ted was on board. He had amazing power. How? It accrued across time.

Right now, the Russia investigation seems to be down to:

    Manafort
    Flynn
    Cohen —————-> Trump Tower Moscow
Sater ——————> Trump Tower Moscow (and other old Trump deals?)

Mueller is slowly running out of paths here.

Although, to be fair and open here (in a nod to OldIadGuy), I’m sure more is going on beneath the surface than we know.

I just hope that Manafort, Flynn and Sater stay strong. Even if Mueller tries to slap state charges on them which could go beyond the scope of Trump’s ability to pardon them.

It gets clearer every day that this is a prosecution or fishing expedition in search of a crime.

      Fishing expedition:
pincer movement: at the same time that they are trying to find an impropriety, they are also building in the mind of the public the idea that Trump SHOULD be impeached.

But those folks could not even tell you why. And, if they came up with something, such as Russian collusion, and you asked, “show me the evidence?” -that would be the end of that conversation.

All to say: if they get to an impropriety, and move to impeachment, the general public will go along, and there will be some support – saying “finally,” “we told you so,.” Then, the average American (lofo) will think, “I guess they were right.”

–This is the strategy noted by Van Jones a while back. He was basically saying that there needs to be elected officials and organizations working on issues, but also a tea-party-like mass groundswell of citizen support for any agenda. So, fast forward, I believe the progs are takking this advice straight from VJ and trying to build a great community of distrust for Trump, and a belief that impeachment is a solution. Then, if they can get to an impeachment hearing, the public is already “there;” they already have been expecting that, as an eventuality.

I hope that when President Trump gets his foundation built for his administration, that the REAL CRIMINALS, HilLIARy et. al. are indicted and prosecuted. There are also many D-Rat Reps and some Sens that have actively committed crimes; it’s time to enforce the law and prosecute them. For example, has Rocket Scientist Maxine been audited about using her campaign funds for personal expenses and nepotism?. Menendez is just the tip of the iceberg.

By the response I could tell this was not her first time on the receiving end of something like this. She didn’t last more than a few seconds and then *click*.

The RNC knows they are screwed. I would be willing to bet. Their hard and fast Never Trump supporters are all they have left. Many of us are returning their donation requests in the mail marked – $0 – with a personal note stating the reason, and making them pay for the return postage.

Donald Trump was LIVID when he turned to Nancy and Chuck to do a deal about the Debt Ceiling rather than ole Mitch and Ryan. BTW, I am reading that Steve Bannon is working with a group including Mark Meadows to oust Paul Ryan as Speaker soon. Something has to give.

It’s either them or We The People. This crap has got to stop! I am asking everyone to please take time to email their Congress RATS and tell them to vote for Tax Reform and Repeal Obamacare, and work with the President or their next election will see a blood bath from the voters because we are furious with their betrayals. We simply have to help PT. He needs to know we are with him. If he knows that, he will be able to accomplish anything. This must be the worst and hardest time for him so far.

A gentle reminder… God uses times like these to teach us to trust Him. How else are we to learn if not by example? Pray and believe God is working things out on our behalf and never breaks His promises. I have You All in my prayers.

Mueller is following all kinds of nonsensical “desperate leads” unheard of in presidential history like interviewing the butler, UPS delivery boy, the friend of the UPS delivery boy, his pet dog, Trump’s childhood friend who uncle’s cousin has a Russian last name, Melania’s supplier of raisin bread in the Lithuania because the owner has a Russian ancestor and next up will be a holographic image of Putin’s hairdresser’s son who isn’t born yet.

What Mueller is doing is trying to keep the fuel going, giving the nutty libs hope, and scare the President into not investigating Cankles Inc. He’s subpoenaed everyone, and running out of targets. He has to made into the laughing stock of America. Same with Rosenstein.

Wray is stating to Mueller and those Democrats he seeks to protect, that President Trump is not the least bit worried.

    Then there’s this other:

Report: Special Counsel Will Interview Priebus, Spicer, Hope Hicks
    http://dailycaller.com/2017/09/08/report-special-counsel-will-interview-priebus-spicer-hope-hicks/

Mueller and his team hope to question former White House Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, former press secretary Sean Spicer, and interim communications director Hope Hicks, a longtime Trump loyalist who enjoys the president’s full confidence, WaPo reports. He has also signaled interest in questioning White House Counsel Don McGahn and one of McGahn’s deputies, James Burnham.

The report cites unnamed individuals familiar with the request. Interviews have not yet been scheduled, and it is not clear what topics the interviews could concern. The requests indicate the scope of Mueller’s investigation has expanded beyond the campaign to include individuals who joined Trump’s team after the election.

Ty Cobb, a White House lawyer coordinating the administration’s response to the investigation, declined to comment in order to avoid the appearance of interference with an ongoing probe.

“Out of respect for the special counsel and his process and so we don’t interfere with that in any way, the White House doesn’t comment on specific requests for documents and potential witnesses,” he said.

And a related story about mis-reporting:

Yet Another Anonymously Sourced Trump-Russia Story Falls Apart
    http://dailycaller.com/2017/09/07/yet-another-anonymously-sourced-trump-russia-story-falls-apart/

    FTA:
NBC began walking back the “potential bombshell” almost immediately, issuing a correction the same day noting that the word “donation” didn’t actually appear in the notes, but quoting one source who said the word “donor” was in the notes.

But NBC’s corrected story still wasn’t accurate, according to a new Politico report, which said that the word “donor” didn’t appear in Manafort’s notes. Moreover, Manafort’s notes “are not seen as damaging to the Trump family or campaign officials,” Politico reported. The outlet cited several sources who have seen Manafort’s notes, while NBC relied on “two sources briefed on the evidence” to make its claim.

Even before Politico fully debunked NBC’s reporting, the network’s decision to publish the story came under fire. The day after NBC originally published the story, The Washington Post’s Erik Wemple criticized the story, which he said “provides only fodder for innuendo and conspiracy, not for sound conclusions about what happened.”
