Gateway Pundit is reporting that Trump’s DOJ is considering prosecuting Julian Assange. Huge mistake, President Trump. Leave him alone. That would be playing with fire for no good reason.

Perhaps that is their way of “protecting” him from assassination.

I wish we all waited to hear from Trump instead of wasting time discussing about what others say that the president may think he might or might no be doing. Haven’t we gone through this kind of silliness before?

      Hi paulraven1

I caught a press conference with AG Jeff Sessions on TV earlier today, where he confirmed he’s considering charging Assange, as part of his wide-sweeping crackdown on ALL leaks of classified info, stating he intends putting people in jail.

Apparently the Obama Administration didn’t pursue Assange, as they determined other publications eg New York Times, were equally as culpable in publishing classified info.

Personally, I believe Wikileaks serves an invaluable purpose. And, as an Australian, I feel an infinity with Assange. BUT, Wikileaks HAS seriously breached American law (Espionage Act?), just has the NYT + other MSM have.

I’m okay with AG Sessions pursuing Assange, if it’s part of a huge crackdown on ALL journalists who’ve published classified info, including the damaging leaks against President Trump earlier this year.

Also, it was mentioned AG Sessions has evidence that Assange worked with Edward Snowdon to take that huge amount of data + he’s encouraging people to infiltrate the CIA and deliver info to him. If true, it arguably pushes Assange’s offences to a higher level.

If Berkeley cannot respect free speech they might as well shut down the university right now. It’s become a symbol for the cr@ppy education that American students can expect in a campus whose authorities condone violence against those whose ideas differ from their own. American students and parents: Beware what the University of California Berkeley has to offer: nothing of real value.

I never cared for Dana Perino as a cohost on “The Five”. Now I’m watching her host “The Factor” on her own and she truly SUX BIGLY. Couldn’t even leave her on as background noise while surging the net

The Chinese Military released an official statement in the Global Times,

“China has a bottom line it will protect at all costs, that is the security and stability of northeast China.”

“If the bottom line is touched, China will employ all means available including the military means to strike back.”

“By that time the Chinese People’s Liberation Army will launch attacks to DPRK nuclear facilities of its own.”

See? There is nothing candid about that. Kim Jong Un threatened the US with a nuclear strike and China turned on them.

    excerpts:

The Landmark Legal Foundation, of which Mark Levin is president, has filed a request with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The request asks the secret court to order an investigation into the leaking of surveillance activity conducted on members of Donald Trump’s team, in accordance with the rulings of FISA.

“Landmark respectfully suggests that the Court, sitting en banc, should direct the government to complete its investigation and report its findings to the Court within 90 days,” Levin read. “The Court should also consider whether it is appropriate to issue an order to all relevant federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies to show cause as to why they should not be held in contempt for failing to protect the secrecy of classified information obtained pursuant to orders of this Court.”

“Landmark respectfully encourages this Court to use the full arsenal of legal powers available to it to resolve this matter.”
