Weird, No? Democrats Replace Rebuttal Speech With Lunesta Sleeping Aid Commercial…

Weirdest thing I ever saw.  I stayed around to watch the Democrat rebuttal to the President Trump speech, and found myself watching an infomercial for Walk-in tubs and sleeping pills.   What the heck was that about?

dem-response

I swear there was a voice-over running in the background saying:

Contact your Doctor if you experience burning or tingling in the hands, arms, feet, or legs, changes in appetite, constipation, diarrhea, difficulty keeping balance, dizziness, daytime drowsiness, dry mouth or throat, gas, headaches, heartburn, mental slowing or problems with attention or memory, stomach pain or tenderness, or any uncontrollable shaking of a part of the body…

Whiskey – Tango – Foxtrot !!  Seriously, who made that decision? Schumer, Pelosi or Tom Perez…  Like, weirdest thing ever.

He’s only 72? Linear age is no longer a reliable judge of capacity. Who wrote the conflagrated collection of words that fizzled like a damp squib? Overall, the content, tone and means of delivery were the worse I’ve ever seen. They should’ve used a robot.

It didn’t help that he called himself both a Republican and a Democrat. I’m sure he wasn’t excited about getting the assignment of being the rebuttal to the president’s State of The Union speech, and you can bet he was even more reluctant to go out there after the home run of a speech by the president. Beshear looked about as excited as a man about to undergo a root canal and his performance just reminded everyone the Democrat Party is old and out of touch with America.

Ok, this may sound weird, but when the women in white and the other Dems scattered all I could think of was the parable of the wheat and the tares (Mathew 13:25–).

On the Presidential thread, day#40, I wrote that there was something rather Biblical about the date and that the ‘opposition’ would lay down their weapons and flee the battle, and that we shall be merciful.

I don’t read the Bible very often (mea culpa), but this is spooking me, as in the spirit of the Holy Ghost.

Everything that is going on lately has me feeling compelled to really start studying my Bible much more intensely.

I am noticing things as well suddenly but the one that strikes me that I bet people here are seeing too, is suddenly there are all kinds of people posting on various websites, saying they either weren’t Christians, are/were atheists/agnostics, lapsed Christians, etc all saying they suddenly are feeling like going to church, are starting to pray, are really rethinking their faith. And they all seem both surprised but calm and assured by it. I wish I would have been saving these references bc I am seeing it frequently enough that it is definitely a trend.

I honestly believe our prayers are working and we are seeing the beginnings of something wondrous.

Not so strange, nor are you alone. I think we had lost almost all hope by the time the Obama administration ended. I remember feeling “despair” after our loss in 2012 – until a friend said it was a “sin” to feel despair. So we soldiered on. Donald Trump brought us hope – because he brought us back to our roots, our faith – whatever one’s spirituality is, and he made it OKAY to be who we are – Americans. Whatever our “faults” – we are still one of the best nations in the world, and one that was built on the concept of men and women being free, and not living under the yoke of tyranny.

Wednesday, the day after the election, both my husband I said “Free, Free at Last.” the chains we were feeling had been broken. God willing, Western Europe will begin to find that feeling again as well.

President Trump has/was able to bring the American people back to their understanding of what it means to be an American or to live here. Democrats have preached victimhood and hate for more than 3 decades, even during Bush’s terms. Now is the time of stop, take a breath and look how destructive that’s been.

We’re not haters, and we’re sick and tired of that accusation. Victimhood implies self-pity and engenders anger. Stop being a “victim” and you’ll find yourself free. Of course, the Democrats are afraid of that – it means of loss of power when the people leave the government plantation.

  23. I love a conspiracy. It’s just how my brains work.

So I think that Trump laid a trap for Jake Tapper yesterday when he had him over for dinner. They talked and made nice and Tapper quoted Trump as saying that both sides of the aisle would have to work together for “comprehensive immigration reform” (CIR).

An article was penned by NYT for their regular ritual of fake news creation and the article made a reference to Trump’s quote about CIR.

Trump sprang his trap and caught the NYT again, as their inferences about “comprehensive immigration reform” meant to them what it has historically meant to them: that illegal aliens get amnesty and we give and give and give everything to the criminals.

But – what Trump meant by CIR is that a systematic enforcement of existing laws would occur and that we would rethink the entire paradigm of what is meant by “immigration,” including and not limited to defining what the word “immigrant” means. Trump went on to reveal his new definition as someone who can support himself or herself in our country and contribute with skills, rather than be a parasitic worm who continues sucking us dry like the present-day definition of “immigrant.”

Trapper got trapped by the Master Trapper.

Yes, the new CEO is criticizing everyone because they SUCK. We sent him there to figure out what the actual (Bleep) is going on and to fix it. This is called: Seeing with fresh eyes. It’s the better business model. Our institutions are old and decrepit like the Democrats, and massively corrupt, like the uniparty.

Few Republicans have stood up to the abusive Democrats. I believe they are afraid of him. Terrified of accountability. They are doomed, they know it, so they fight like cornered animals – rabid raccoons.

The abusive politicians are on their heels confronted by a man demanding COMPETENCE. Like holy water on vampires, the c-word makes them shake in their boots.

I never dreamed we would see this happening. It’s almost too good to be Trump. But that’s Trump – making dreams come true.

His response is just further proof that the Democrats have completely lost their minds. This was their sad attempt to reach out to all of the Democrats who voted for Trump.

The irony, however, is that their behavior in the chambers tonight pushed those voters further away and a rebuttal from anyone, past or present, in their party could not change that. My guess is that most of their desired audience listened for about two minutes and then turned it off, just as I did.

They have become exactly what Hollywood ordered – the party of obstructionists – and that was abundantly clear tonight. They have become nothing but seat fillers – absolutely useless.

They aren’t trying to talk to us. They’re trying to define us. To mischaracterize us. It’s pure psy-op.

I think this was utter damage control from the Democrats, trying to portray Trump supporters as old fogeys, in order to gaslight the young voters in their own base. A psy-op to convince them not to move toward Trump.
