    “US” – by Paul Genova

I haven’t said too much about this election since the start…. but this is how I feel….

I’m noticing that a lot of you aren’t graciously accepting the fact that your candidate lost. In fact you seem to be posting even more hateful things about those of us who voted for Trump. Some of you are apparently “triggered” because you are posting how “sick” you feel about the results. How did this happen you ask?

You created “us” when you attacked our freedom of speech.
You created “us” when you attacked our right to bear arms.
You created “us” when you attacked our Christian beliefs.
You created “us” when you constantly referred to us as racists.
You created “us” when you constantly called us xenophobic.
You created “us” when you told us to get on board or get out of the way.
You created “us” when you forced us to buy health care and then financially penalized us for not participating.
You created “us” when you lied and said we could keep our insurance plans and our doctors.
You created “us” when you allowed our jobs to continue to leave our country.
You created “us” when you attacked our flag.
You created “us” when you took God out of our schools.
You created “us” when you confused women’s rights with feminism.
You created “us” when you began to emasculate men.
You created “us” when you decided to make our children soft.
You created “us” when you decided to vote for progressive ideals.
You created “us” when you attacked our way of life.
You created “us” when you decided to let our government get out of control.
You created “us” when you began murdering innocent law enforcement officers.
You created “us” when you took a knee, or stayed seated, or didn’t remove your hat during our National Anthem.
You created “us,” the silent majority.

And we became fed up, pushed back, and spoke up.
And we did it with ballots, not bullets.
    With ballots, not riots.
    With ballots, not looting.
    With ballots, not blocking traffic.
With ballots, not fires, except the one you started inside of “us”.

    “YOU” created “US”.
It really is just that simple.

I received a dandy little survey from the RNC in today’s mail, accompanied by a request for a donation.
I filled out the survey, which was actually kind of fun, then attached a note to the portion requesting $$. I told them that until Congressional Republicans demonstrated their willingness to support TRUMP’s policies – and many of them had already indicated they would NOT support this or that – I would not be sending the RNC any money. I fnished off with: Congress has a LOT to prove.
Even though one of the questions asked the source of most/all of my Campaign info, to include the internet, they seem to thnk we now are all in for them.
I am all in for TRUMP. When they are all in for him, they might get some of my $$.

Well said and I completely agree. I’m not a “Republican” or even a “conservative” until and unless Trump is clearly the one who is allowed to define the terms for the party. I’m here for Trump alone!

          • Binkser1 says:

The only reason I even remain registered as a Republican is so I can try to primary out some of the RINO’s (In FL, you’re only allowed to vote in your parties primary). Otherwise, I would be listed as Independent.

My only quibble is with the part about taking God out of schools.

So long as schools are paid for with tax money, it’s a bad idea to spend that money pushing a religion. I guarantee you that you’d see this point in an instant if it was Islam being pushed with your tax money.

that Almighty God hath created the mind free, and manifested his supreme will that free it shall remain by making it altogether insusceptible of restraint; that all attempts to influence it by temporal punishments, or burthens, or by civil incapacitations, tend only to beget habits of hypocrisy and meanness, and are a departure from the plan of the holy author of our religion, who being lord both of body and mind, yet choose not to propagate it by coercions on either, as was in his Almighty power to do, but to exalt it by its influence on reason alone; that the impious presumption of legislature and ruler, civil as well as ecclesiastical, who, being themselves but fallible and uninspired men, have assumed dominion over the faith of others, setting up their own opinions and modes of thinking as the only true and infallible, and as such endeavoring to impose them on others, hath established and maintained false religions over the greatest part of the world and through all time: **That to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors, is sinful and tyrannical;**

Thomas Jefferson, discussing a bill to establish religious freedom. (A Bill for Establishing Religious Freedom, Chapter 82 (1779).)

Leaked Memo Reveals List Of Trump’s Top Defense Priorities

A leaked communication between the Trump transition team’s Undersecretary of Defense for policy Brian McKeon, and the Pentagon, has revealed the four biggest defense priorities for the president-elect. Among the top four items listed in the memo from are: 1) developing a strategy to defeat/destroy ISIS; 2) build a strong defense by eliminating budget caps/the sequester, 3) develop a comprehensive cyber strategy, and 4) eliminate wasteful spending by finding greater efficiencies.

The Trump’s transition team did not deny the authenticity of the memo, although it added that the list was incomplete.

If the Trump Inaugural crew is looking for entertainment that supports our PE, try Gary Sinese, a longtime conservative with a special place in his heart for our Vets. Using his celebrity from playing Lt. Dan in the “Forrest Gump” movie. Sinese started the Lt. Dan Band to celebrate our active military and veterans, playing in war zones where his stop included boxes of school supplies for military in the ME and Afghanistan to hand out to children in the communities they affected. He’s a proven hard worker who rises to the occasion and thinks ahead.

In case you haven’t noticed, I’m a real fan.

Sorry, but I think it’s about time we let America’s military hold the spotlight. Each branch of the military have highly talented music groups. From chorales to bands, they are professional level in their ability. The inauguration is a celebration of America’s new president being installed into office and given how long it’s been since we’ve seen any real patriotism out of Washington, I think we should let our military musicians be the ones to handle the music for the inauguration.

Our New Attorney General, JEFF SESSIONS, Has Described The Investigation Into CLINTON A “high prosecution case.”

Plus, they are putting together a Cabinet who will be allowed to do their job. Attorney General Jeff Sessions will be allowed to revitalize the Clinton Foundation investigation. New York Attorney Preet Bharara has been nursing the investigation in the wings waiting for cooperation from the Department of Justice which is sure to come now that Sessions will be in control. Sessions has been quoted as saying, the Clinton case if “a high prosecution case”.

    • J Miller says:

Has he said what he means by a “high prosecution case” or are we to just guess what it means? It hits me that it could be anything from highly prosecutable to of high interest to prosecute. But in those words it could also come to pass that nothing is done. Not because Sessions wouldn’t do it, but because Washington UniParty power will be putting lots of pressure on the administration. Add to that, as much as Sessions is a dream come true as AG, the UniParty controls the approval and the question is whether he can get approved for the position. I hope he does, but virtually every appointee is going to be a battle to get confirmed, and Sessions looks like his confirmation may be one of the most difficult. We need to be putting pressure on Washington and not assume Trump has this in the bag. He needs our help if he’s going to get the cabinet he needs.

Newt Gingrich is saying Trump is not going to drain the swamp. Trump thought the “drain the swamp” saying was hokey, it worked to get votes, now time to be done with it.

Many anti Trump sites, both Alt Left and fake Conservative, are jumping with glee over this information.

    • sDee says:

So I just checked over the bechmark “fake Conservative” Trump-hate site TheRightScoop and of course they too completely misrperesented what Newt said.

Newt likes the “drain the swamp” message. He wants to keep using it but he is getting feedback to tone down the “swamp” language.

President Trump can call it what eve he likes now. Look at his team – they mean business.

      • Ray Titus says:

Trump realizes that rhetoric now has to be toned down if he’s going to get the support of the GOPe to get what he wants done. You don’t keep slapping someone in the face while asking them to dance. You have to show manners and woo them to get them interested and Trump knows this. This is where he’s at his best, but I wonder if the American people will understand how that works. Too many people seem to think that he should just keep bashing everyone and force their submission through powers the president doesn’t constitutionally have. He has to handle this like any business deal and that means it’s time to make nice, even though he may still be heading for the same goal.

Apparently the evidence for Russian involvement in the election is soooooo overwhelming, that if you don’t believe the story, you’re a traitor. A real patriot would want a full explanation of what the Russians did, and perhaps even a do-over of the election to get it right.

Well, I’m already deplorable, so I might as well be a traitor too. 🙂

Bill O’Reilly’s ‘white establishment’ comments ignite firestorm over his racism
    Dec 21st 2016

Fox News host Bill O’Reilly went on a white supremacism-laden rant Tuesday night, saying that the effort to abolish the Electoral College is an attempt by “the left” to take away power from the “white establishment.”

“The left wants power taken away from the white establishment and they want a profound change in the way America is run,” he said on his show, the O’Reilly Factor. “Taking voting power away from the white precincts is the quickest way to do that.” […]
