Trump Campaign Mgr, Corey Lewandowski, Discusses Trump -vs- Fox News Debate Status…

Donald Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski called in to the MSNBC Joe Scarborough show “Morning Joe” to answer questions about the back story and current status of the issues with Fox News.

The video below begins with the Lewandowski interview (ignore the unrelated Rachel Maddow imagery):

Here’s a good article via New York Magazine about some of the inside baseball stuff. READ HERE – When Fox is putting this much emphasis on blaming Roger Ailes, you can be guaranteed this is more about Murdoch than Ailes. Blaming leadership is part of the Murdoch M.O. as he did with the U.K Daily Mirror scandal.

When Rupert makes mistakes, he blames his corporate leadership – the executives know that when going to work for Rupert.

We do not like the idea of boycotts. But, Fox News is out of control and need to listen to us.
Fox News has revealed itself as a political entity and not a news organization. It is sad for the many true journalists working there, but more frustrating for the American people who believed there was a legitimate news organization left. If you want news, we recommend,,, or the like.
What Fox News doesn’t understand: They will lose this “war” (as Rupert Murdoch put it) simply by being involved with it, because a legitimate news organization does not engage in “war,” they cover it. When Fox News crossed that line, they exposed themselves as a political entity.
Furthermore, Donald Trump connects with the American people, because (despite his gold plated seat belts on his private jet) he represents us, our thinking and shares the concerns unreported by the foe news organizations (a list on which Fox News has recently joined). When you attack him, you attack us. Finally, the despicable press releases from Fox News and the overzealous arrogance of Megyn Kelly serve only to diminish their credibility, not Trump’s.
Let’s take a closer look: “We can’t give in to terrorizations toward any of our employees…” Certainly they should look up the term, because they victimize themselves speaking out of one side of their mouth while joking about Iran and Putin on the other. What’s more revealing is their attempt to tie Trump to Obama’s embarrassing failures, rather than report Obama’s embarrassing failures. Like walking away from the Fox News debate, Trump would have walked away from the Iran deal. Is Fox News really more concerned with Megyn Kelly’s feelings than American’s feelings of giving a state sponsor of terror 150 Billion dollars? Fox News’ priorities are more misguided than the Obama Administrations’. Fox News called Trump’s boycott “unprecedented,” when in fact Ronald Reagan did not appear at the last debate before Iowa. And… he went on to win the Presidency. Who’s behind the wheel of research at Fox News? Megyn Kelly’s recent romance with Michael Moore should tell you everything you need to know about her. Word is that Fox News intended to air a Muslim activist to take a shot at Trump. I encourage that person to take her complaints to Syria. Come back and tell us if you still mind Trump’s position. That is if she isn’t raped to death, sold as a sex slave, or killed by being buried alive, decapitated, thrown off a rooftop or placed in a cage under water. Who would sponsor this behavior?
We thought further that this is being funded by sponsors. Here are a list of sponsors, which you are free to boycott as well, who have funded Fox New’s tacis (if not outright celebrated) endorsement of Megyn Kelly’s behavior:
    AARP Medicare Supplemental Insurance
    Amway Global
    “Anything Goes” CD
    Audi Diesel
    Baron & Budd P.C.

Ha! Bob Beckel doesn’t think the tweet came from Ailes.

BOB BECKEL: Just remember that Fox did buckle to Trump in another debate. Rupert Murdoch has been against Trump from the beginng. In the beginning he came out against Trump. Now he says who wants to meet one one-on-one with somebody, a CEO to CEO.

The other thing is, I may be dead wrong about this but I’ve known Roger Ailes for 35 years. That did not sound to me like a Roger Ailes tweet. That doesn’t mean who didn’t approve it. Somebody doesn’t go out there and just let that go or they’re going to find them services on the street the next day. That sounded to me like it was written by somebody else.

I wrote a comment on Fox polls earlier today.
I told them Trump would likely be the gentleman and forgive their boorish ways.
But that the people were equally insulted and would be less likely to forgive so easily.

      Looks like I was right.

Who needs another freakin” debate anyway? Mr. Trump has won them all, and has already one Thursday’s debate,…ahead of schedule! The candidates aren’t really given enough time to state their views, and we’ve already heard them a hundred times. The big boy table should have been narrowed down to the top 5 or 6 long ago, and evened it up with the undercard. We ALL KNOW who is the winning candidate, and if it was any other candidate would have been declared the winner by now. The GOPe and RNC and the media are acting like a toddler at bedtime. Just a little while longer mommy, a few more minutes please dad, just dragging this whole thing out trying to get their way. Well it’s going to be the adults way this time,…and our way is with Mr. Trump.

nice excerpt from the first article above:

“This has nothing to do with voters who support or don’t support Donald Trump’s campaign. It has everything to do with a news media giant attempting to make that choice for voters via the direct manipulation of a presidential debate.”

      • I had never seen that tweet from Murdoch, about not embarrassing Mr Trump’s family and the country- that is absolutely infuriating. He must have had someone take his citizenship test for him, as he is totally ignorant of what it means to be an American. And this man owns Fox News, what a joke on us that they were ever “for” anything other than their dirty, corrupt, selves. Cesspool comes to mind, at least the other news channels don’t pretend to be something they’re not.

So, the “killshot” was gong to be provided by Muslims?
      Oh, how appropo.

So Murdoch is allowing Islam to overrun his network, just as Europe is using Islam to overrun its populace of European descent,.
And Obama/Jarrett & co. are using Islam to invade the U.S.

I need no further proof that Murdoch is allowing FOX to be used as a propaganda tool by the globalists, just as the Muslims are being used by the globalists to strong arm the citizenry.

      Reckoning nears.

  21. Trying to figure out some of the backstory on this. Trump said in the first debate something to the effect “you haven’t always been nice to me”, just looking at what might be at the source of her dislike of Trump. Found this little tidbit:

A good deal of what Kelly is up to was readily apparent from the first moments of her inaugural Kelly File broadcast. Her first guest? Senator Ted Cruz, Texas’ Tea Party darling. Her first question? “So what’s it like to be the most hated man in America?” The overall effect? Kelly got to strike a skeptical pose, and Cruz got a platform to promote his Mr.-Cruz-goes-to-Washington crusade to “shut ‘er down!” as Tea Partyers are fond of saying about their designs on the federal government.

This article also talks about the fact that she was a corprate lawyer at some point; just wondering if she may have been an adversary of Trump in the course of that part of her career….sour grapes?

I’m so ticked off over this crap that Fox News and Google are pulling with the debate, trying to ambush Trump. Someone may have already posted some of this information previously, my apologies if so. If not, the following information is pretty interesting.

Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal is the second-largest voting shareholder in 21st Century Fox. He’s the same one that on Twitter (which he also owns a stake in) called for Trump to drop out of the 2016 race.
    • Saudi Billionaire Prince (Al-Waleed bin Talal) Demands Donald Trump Exit 2016 Race

Last night Breitbart News journalist Julia Hahn, published this excellent piece of investigative journalism:
    • The Anti-Trump Network: Fox News Money Flows into Open Borders Group

Then it was later revealed that Fox & Google changed the debate format and decided to allow a few hand-selected “YouTube stars” to participate in the GOP debate tomorrow night, asking questions of the candidates. These “questions” were a coordinated ambush of Trump, hoping to squash his momentum going into the Iowa caucus.

  26. Incredible Dishonesty: Rubio and Fox withhold their Father-Daughter connection to rig the Fox News Debate – Fox Executive Bill Sammon (whose daughter is Rubio’s Campaign Press Secretary) presides over scripting the debate questions!

Guess how it happens that they connived to add three unannounced Moderators, including an Islamist Hit Woman.

Unfair? No. Outrageous attempt to fraudulently undermine the Presidential Election process.

Rubio and Fox withhold their Father-Daughter connection to rig the Fox News Debate – Fox Executive Bill Sammon (whose daughter Brooke is Rubio’s Campaign Press Secretary) presides over scripting the debate questions!

    From Media Matters:

Bill Sammon Is The “Secret Weapon” Shaping The Fox News Debate
Bill Sammon, Fox News’ vice president of News and Washington managing editor, is reportedly the “secret weapon” helping to develop the questions moderators will ask at the network’s August 6 debate. Internal emails and critics within Fox have exposed Sammon’s history of deception and his efforts to use his position at Fox to slant the network’s news coverage to the right.

Fox News’ Sammon Is “Secret Weapon” Behind The Debate Questions

Fox’s Chris Stirewalt: Sammon Is “The Best” At “Crafting The Questions.” Asked by Fox host Howard Kurtz how he and the debate moderators would formulate questions to keep candidates off their talking points, Fox News digital politics editor Chris Stirewalt said they have a “secret weapon” in Sammon, “who is the best at not only team cohesion and keeping everybody on point about what the point is, but in crafting the questions.” From the August 2 edition of #MediaBuzz:

KURTZ: You’ve been to this rodeo before. How do you and Megyn Kelly and Bret Baier and Chris Wallace go about formulating your questions knowing the candidates are going to try to pivot to their talking points?

STIREWALT: Well, the first thing is we have a secret weapon and that is Bill Sammon, who is the best at not only team cohesion and keeping everybody on point about what the point is, but in crafting the questions.

    KURTZ: Washington bureau chief.

STIREWALT: Absolutely, he’s a managing editor and a great mind and a great journalist and so that is a big help. [Fox News, #MediaBuzz, 8/2/15]
