WASHINGTON – Hillary Clinton will cut short a lavish vacation in the Hamptons to continue campaigning as her poll numbers slide amid controversy.
The former secretary of state will visit Ohio and Minnesota next week, according to the New York Times.
She and her family planned to spend the last two weeks of August in a Hamptons vacation home that cost $50,000 per week.
Instead, Clinton will attempt to draw attention away from the scandal over her private email use by touting her plans to “reshuffle the deck” in favor of the middle class. (read more)
