Sooner or later someone in the mainstream media is going to catch on to the reality that Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump have a grievance manual which they follow to get their financial rewards. This audio came from Daryl Parks to the FBI and CNN.
(Breitbart) […] CNN’s timing of the release made perfect sense. The leftwing network dropped the audio the day after treating the funeral of Michael Brown as though he was a head of state. With the death porn concluded and the Ferguson streets quiet, CNN needed to fill the race-baiting vacuum with something.
This is the second time CNN has been unforgivably irresponsible with audio. Using unintelligible audio of George Zimmerman’s 911 call, CNN falsely claimed Zimmerman had described Trayvon Martin as a “fucking coon” before fatally shooting the teenager. CNN not only fabricated this evidence against Zimmerman, after it was proven Zimmerman didn’t use the racial slur, CNN continued to lie to its audience and claim he had. (read more)

Am I behind? I thought Lopa Blumenthal was the attorney who provided the recording to the media. Are you saying Daryl Parks did?

Note that this is the same CNN that refused to run with the anonymous source saying that Wilson suffered an orbital blowout fracture, but ran immediately with an anonymous source that refuted that claim.
So: take everything from CNN with a block of salt, as per normal.

Exactly they scream “Look my source says he doesn’t have a fracture its irresponsible to spread that rumor.” all the while spreading this gunshot nonsense and trying to say “Well we said it wasnt checked out” is total BS. They dont get a pass to do this while chastizing others. Its poor journalism and they should be slammed for it. I cannot believe this guy has zero response to 11 or so gunshots right outside. His voice changes NOTHING at all in the audio so I cannot believe its real. Not even a “damn” from outside and not even the woman he is talking to. I cant believe its that loud and she doesnt even go “Hey whats going on there”. Give me a break i give it 5% its real.

This was my first comment on the subject, about an hour after the first post went up 😉 …
I haven’t read this post or comments yet, but here’s my first thought:
How many of us, with something like that in the background, would just calmly continue whatever we were saying. No real change in the inflection of the guy’s voice even. Almost like he wasn’t hearing the shots. Almost like there WERE no shots during the time he was recording his voice. Almost like…
(Having said that, even if this IS the real thing, it could actually be used to support EITHER side.)

I was amazed that the defense allowed the prosecutors to claim that GZ said “F’ing punk” in the courtroom. Seems to me like he was saying “F’ing cold”, so it was quite a freebie to allow “F’ing punk” unchallenged. This audio has fake written all over it, but who knows, weirder stuff has turned out real.

George admitted he said “punk”. Which actually isn’t a big deal under the circumstances (that Trayvon had just circled the truck and tried his best to scare George… doing a pretty good job by the sound of George’s voice at times). George said “punk”…. and seems that’s a pretty accurate description.

Yeah, in one of the interviews/interrogations with the cops that night and the next day (I think with Serino) he was specifically asked what he was saying in a couple spots where his voice was low. That’s when he told him. Also in the Sean Hannity interview he mentioned it.

I agree with Chip .. if anything, it helps defense.
IF “autopsy” SIX shots (from front) is kosher, then even if the last 4 volley were all hits.. 2 at least from 6 shot volley were from front (Brown advancing), and such a rapid burst you would have to conclude all of them from front (Mad Brown charging)

I think that as well they act like this 2 second or so pause is proof he executed him is just insanity. He could have been cocking a jammed gun or pausing to see if he was still charging at him.

I agree with you, but have to remind people of the Michael Dunn/Jordan Davis shooting. The circumstances are quite different, so I’m not really trying to make a comparison between the 2 incidents, but it might explain part of the mindset (and inevitable argument) that the BGI types will use against Darren Wilson)
I believe part of the reason the jury convicted Dunn on the 3 attempted murder charges was his final volley that was fired at the vehicle as it drove away. It showed something about Dunn’s state of mind, and (at least for me) was sort of a “deal breaker” when it came to his claim of “self defense”. I believed in that case those shots made him guilty of attempted murder of the other 3 occupants of the vehicle.
Now, the circumstances in the Wilson/Brown case are quite different, since Brown had actually assaulted/resisted an actual police officer, and had tried to escape/elude arrest by running away. The cases also differ in that Brown had turned to face Wilson and (by some accounts-including the FPD version) tried to rush Wilson. So that makes quite a difference to the logical mind. But the BGI types aren’t “logical”-at least not in the normal sense- and I can easily see them arguing that the final volley which killed Brown was unnecessary and excessive.
I don’t, for a moment, personally believe that BUT I do believe the BGI will try to use that argument to continue the lo-fo animus against Wilson, the FPD, and police in general. I truly believe that (in their minds) the Dunn convictions for attempted 2nd degree murder will bolster the opinion that Wilson was excessive when he fired that last volley. I believe they feel emboldened by the Dunn verdict.

Yeah, don’t you love how the Sharptonites claim that since Dunn wasn’t convicted of murdering Davis, then the system is racist? They TOTALLY ignore the fact that he WAS convicted of attempted murder on the other three guys…. three guys who are BLACK.

Perhaps omits first shot due to fabrication of recording based on the Piaget Crenshaw’s version of events. Tussle, Brown flees, cop gets out and shoots, Brown turns and raises hands, cop shoots some more. Dorian and Tiffany versions both include initial shot in car. There is also a prior youtube video that states that Brown was shot ten times.
Absence of initial shot and other expected sounds on the recording makes me think it is a fake.

Remember, the Crump – Parks “Game Plan” is to discredit the Grand Jury – in every way possible. To do this, they will produce “new” false facts, and invent videos – that no one can investigate – and can never be “time stamped”. To keep this going, they then have a lawyer who will block access, or provide doctored copies to the FBI. Remember, Holder sent 50 agents to the town. That cost us 1.25 million in six months for there pay. What the hell are they supposed to be doing, in a state issue? Twiddle their thumbs? No, they have a false audio they can “investigate”. Then Holder will DEMAND a “special prosecutor”, because the “white” guy is biased and “can’t be trusted – because he is white. That is the Crumpsters game plan – and you can expect worse to come. Fool me once – shame on you. Fool me twice – shame on me.

Someone Must Be Punished for Killing Trayvon Martin, Says Mom Sybrina Fulton
by Allison Samuels Mar 22, 2012 2:04 AM EDT
EXCERPT
The now controversial killing of Trayvon garnered virtually no mainstream media attention in the days immediately after he was fatally shot, but that all changed when the teenager’s parents decided to hire civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump and his law firm to get more answers on exactly how and why their son died.
“They called me the same day they were notified that their son was dead,’’ Crump told The Daily Beast. “When I heard their unarmed teenage son was shot to death, I just knew there’d be an arrest shortly. There wasn’t an arrest 48 hours later, and then I knew we’d have to take this outside of Sanford if we wanted justice.’’
Trayvon’s parents were told by the Sanford police that Zimmerman wasn’t arrested in their son’s death because the facts of the case did not dispute his claim of self-defense.
For Crump, taking the Trayvon Martin story outside of Sanford simply entailed dialing up a few well-placed friends such as the Rev. Al Sharpton. Crump worked closely with the civil rights leader in 2006 on another racially charged case—the controversial death of a 14-year-old, African-American inmate of a Florida boot camp.
“I had to call people like Sharpton and a few other black civil rights leaders and the black media to tell them about this story,’’ said Crump. “I had to get them to understand what happened to this young man and what hadn’t happened in his case so they could spread the word.’’
Historically, cases of murder and violence against blacks in the United States rarely have been given the same amount of attention as cases in which the victims of crime are white—and often go unnoticed and unprosecuted.
Just days after hearing the details of Trayvon’s death, Sharpton arranged to have Crump and the teenager’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, on his syndicated radio show and his popular MSNBC show, Politics Nation, to tell their story.
(snip)
In the wake of non-stop media attention from the likes of Sharpton and CNN’s Don Lemon concerning the Trayvon Martin case, black media blogs such as MediaTakeOut.com and Huffington Post Black Voices also began publishing accounts and editorials about the Florida case—daily. Almost instantly, readers of all races, ages, and backgrounds began tweeting and posting on Facebook their outrage over how the police have handled the case, and the lack of an arrest in the shooting. To date, almost 1 million people have signed a Change.Org petition to have Zimmerman arrested. In response to the widespread outrage, the Justice Department has opened an investigation into the shooting.

When a gun is fired in a built up area, as well as the report of the gun, there should also be echoes, which would also be recorded, even though these may be very faint.
Perhaps, an analysis of the recording would detect any actual echoes, if the recording was genuine.
Their absence would suggest that the recording was false.
