“I’m gonna try with a little help from my friends”…..

In typical alinsky organizational fashion the White House comfortably retreats, puts their feet up, and becomes a spectator…. (via GatewayPundit)  After helping stir up a national race war, the White House said today that Barack Obama is through talking about Trayvon Martin. Yahoo reported:

President Barack Obama will not be commenting further on the Trayvon Martin case, the White House said Wednesday as the Associated Press reported that charges were being filed against the teenager’s killer, George Zimmerman.
“I certainly don’t expect you’ll hear from him about an ongoing investigation both at the state and federal level. The comments he made are all that you will hear from him on that specific case,” Obama spokesman Jay Carney told reporters. “He and I and others will refrain from commenting on it.”
Obama memorably waded into the national debate over the tragedy in late March. “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon,” the president said.
Amid angry charges that race played a central role in the tragedy, Obama said “all of us have to do some soul searching to figure out how does something like this happen—and that means that we examine the laws and the context for what happened as well as the specifics of the incident.”

Never mind all of the reprisal beatings or the threats by the New Black Panthers… Obama is through talking.  His work is done here.

Meanwhile Sybrina Fulton continues the slow evolution in revealing the TRUE heart of the matter.   One hand holding Trademark Patent Liscencing for the name “Trayvon” and the other hand holding the Golden Ticket to the civil lawsuit gravy train.

Now positioning herself with the legal team in full Victim Exploitation mode.

I Believe It Was An Accident”…

“I believe it was an accident,” Fulton said. “I believe that it just got out of control, and he couldn’t turn the clock back. I would ask him, did he know that that was a minor, that that was a teenager and that he did not have a weapon? I would ask him that I understand that his family is hurting, but think about our family that lost our teenage son. I mean, it’s just very difficult to live with day in and day out. I’m sure his parents can pick up the phone and call him, but we can’t pick up the phone and call Trayvon anymore.”

Zimmerman, who is being charged with second-degree murder, is currently being held in protective custody at the Seminole County jail, awaiting a court appearance.

Neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman, who is facing second-degree murder charges in the death of an unarmed black teen, appeared Thursday in front of a Florida judge where he was told that his formal arraignment will take place on May 29.
Zimmerman, wearing a dark grey sweatshirt, was at the brief procedural appearance with his attorney Mark O’Mara and said “Yes, sir” when asked by the judge if O’Mara is his lawyer.
Florida special prosecutor announced Wednesday that she concluded that claims of self defense were not supported in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
“He’s facing second degree murder charges now,” O’Mara said at a press  conference after the hearing. “He’s frightened. That would frighten any one of  us.”
O’Mara said he is not taking attorney fees at the moment and Zimmerman does  not have the money to pay. Zimmerman is being held in protective custody, he  said.
He said he hopes to have his client eventually released on bond and by then   “have a place for him to be safe.”  (more)
