Next Tuesday on the exact date of the President’s State Of The Union speech it will be exactly 1,000 days since the Senate Passed a Budget Bill.

In addition the last Federal Budget was signed into law in Sept 2007 by President Bush.   Think about it.   It has been almost four years since the Federal Government had a spending and priority budget in place.   President Obama has never had a single day in office with a budget.   Not.  One.  Day.
