(WND) President Obama must embrace Islam as a way of life or face the consequences of a trial under the Shariah Islamic court system, declared British extremist cleric Anjem Choudary. Choudary, founder and former chief of two Islamic groups disbanded by the British authorities under anti-terror legislation, is planning a Washington protest later this week in which he says he will call on American Muslims to revolt against the country and implement Shariah law. 

Speaking in an interview with investigative reporter Aaron Klein on his program on New York’s WABC Radio, Choudary claimed Obama was waging a war against Islam.

“[Obama] has promised all Muslims to be released from Guantanamo Bay. They are still languishing there even though he knows they are completely innocent,” Choudary claimed.

“On top of that, he’s increased the number of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, so he is a warmonger just as his predecessor was. And thirdly and more importantly,” Choudary said, “the Muslims don’t want democracy and freedom. Democracy and freedom are anathema to Islam and the Shariah.”

Choudary said that at his protest, scheduled to take place Thursday in front of the White House, he will call on Obama and all Americans to “embrace Islam, not only as a religion but as a way of life.”

Choudary continued: “And at the same time, we will be issuing a warning that the presence of U.S. forces and U.S. personnel in Muslim countries, looking out for their interests, at the moment is very, very insecure. I think the Muslims are boiling angry around the world. This is something [Americans] should take very seriously.”

He warned Obama: “I do believe that the only way for him to save himself in this life and in the hereafter is to embrace Islam. Islam will eradicate all his sins; he will be like the day his mother gave birth to him. Otherwise, when we do implement the Shariah, obviously he will face the consequences of a trial under the Shariah court.” (Full Article)

One of President Obama’s radical affiliations sends a message: Farrakhan Predicts Imminent Arab-Style Revolt in America, Urges Obama Not to Attack Protesters… (Chicago News) Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan predicted on Sunday that America faces imminent uprisings that mirror those in the Middle East.

“What you are looking at in Tunisia, in Egypt … Libya, in Bahrain … what you see happening there … you’d better prepare because it will be coming to your door,” Farrakhan said in a booming voice, thousands of followers cheering in his wake.

Farrakhan also called on President Barack Obama to allow protesters to march, urging the president not to attack innocent people when they do.

The controversial minster spoke to a packed house at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont as part of the 81st annual celebration of Saviours’ Day, which marks the birth of the faith’s founder, W. Fard Muhammad.  The keynote address, titled “God will send saviours,” capped a weekend of workshops focused on health, preparing for natural disasters and unidentified flying objects.

The Nation of Islam believes in a UFO called “the wheel” or “the Mother Plane.”  Farrakhan has described a 1985 religious experience in which he ascended into a flying saucer and heard the voice of Elijah Muhammad predicting historical events that came to pass.  (full article)

What is alarming, at least to me, is how Choudary was able to attain a visa for his efforts.  If the British have already banned his organization, based on his links to terrorism, then why are we giving him a platform to speak spew his hatred.   Indeed a lefty would claim he has ‘first amendment freedom to do so’, but I would argue he does not.  Those tolerant freedoms pertain to Americans, Choudary is not American.  In addition the very principle that provides him the platform to speak his hatred is the platform his ideological religious radicalism rails against.   Muslims and Islamists would never allow Christian speech against Islam in any area of their domain.

In addition the support of Farrakahan is beyond absurd.   Farrakahan is a hate monger, a radical hate monger who uses religion and race to frame every one of his violent narratives.   The media has begun already to create a false picture of this being just another ‘fringe element’ and making it seem as if this is nothing to concern yourself with.   Nothing to see here, move along, move along….  Watching the press get out ahead of this story with their framework of ideological minimalism is very troubling.  It reminds me of the CBS response to the atrocities committed against their own reporter, and US citizen, Lara Logan in Egypt.

The constant “blind eye”, and “politically correct” approach by the media to these events allows the Radical Islamists to feel empowered.   I take exception to the belief that we should be killed, and would appreciate any assistance from the ‘main-stream’ press in supporting that contention;  lest they stand by and watch us all being beheaded…..  /SD
