At 2:14am on December 24th, 2009, while Americans prepared for the Christmas holiday, Democrats perpetrated a treachery upon the U.S. electorate that should have been their undoing.
This so called landmark legislation was done exclusively by Democrats against the will of the people. 2010 the sleeping giant began a process of tossing every one of the socialist usurpers from office.
Obamacare was touted by Democrats and President Barack Obama as a historic vote and moment in American history, the Obamacare health care bill has passed the Senate, in the dead of night, 60-39. Not one, not one Republican voted for this disaster called Obamacare.
Literally, under the cloak of darkness, Democrats rammed their holy grail of a socialist construct down the throat of every American. We no longer needed to imagine having ideological representation that did not represent the will of the people – we saw it.
This legislation was created through bribes, back room deals, pay-off for votes and legislative trickery made under the false premise of so-called health care reform. There was so much wrong with it, and the way it was made, that most who were engaged were also enraged.
Those who were not engaged shook their head, some in despair, and many more wondered what were all the tentacles we didn’t know.
There is a very obvious reason why the American public reacted overwhelmingly to oppose it. People did want reform, however they did not want this mockery of reform.
Of the 60 Democrat Senators who voted for Obamacare, only 31 remain today:
Bennet (CO), Boxer (CA), Brown (OH), Cantwell (WA), Cardin (MD), Carper (DE), Casey (PA), Durbin (IL), Feinstein (CA), Franken (MN), Gillibrand (NY), Kaufman (DE), Klobuchar (MN), Leahy (VT), McCaskill (MO), Menendez (NJ), Merkley (OR), Mikulski (MD), Murray (WA), Nelson (FL), Reid (NV), Reed (RI), Sanders (VT), Schumer (NY), Shaheen (NH), Stabenow (MI), Tester (MT), Udall (NM), Warner (VA), Whitehouse (RI) and Wyden (OR).
That is because 28 Senators who voted for Obamacare either lost their re-election, retired, or they died:

- Begich (2014)
- Bingaman (2013)
- Burris (2010)
- Byrd (dead)
- Conrad (2013)
- Dodd (2010)
- Dorgan (2011)
- Feingold (2010)

- Harkin (Retire – 2015)
- Inouye (dead)
- Johnson (2014)
- Kerry (SOS 2014)
- Kirk (2010)
- Kohl (2013)
- Landrieu (2014)
- Lautenberg (2012)
- Levin (Retire – 2015)
- Leiberman (2012)
- Lincoln (2011)
- Pryor (2014)
- Rockefeller (2014)
- Specter (2012)
- Udall (2014)
- Webb (2013)
With only 31 Senators remaining who have approved and voted affirmatively for the 2009 ObamaCare construct – this means there are 69 Senators who either: A) did not vote for Obamacare (they were not in office), or, B) who voted “NO” in opposition to Obamacare.
So “IF” the newly controlled Republican Senate voted to repeal Obamacare, they theoretically have enough possible votes to override an Obama veto.
In addition, many of the remaining 31 Senators who did vote to support Obamacare in 2009 might indeed be VERY concerned about voting for it now with the factual reality of the lies inherent within it.
