It’s HERE ! First U.S. Case of Ebola Confirmed In Dallas Texas…

ebola oneDALLAS – Officials with the Center of Disease Control have confirmed the first case of Ebola in the U.S. in Dallas. The CDC will host a press conference at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday to address the issue.

Officials at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital say the patient is being kept in isolation until preliminary results came back Tuesday.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 12 other people in the U.S. have been tested for Ebola since July 27. Those tests came back negative.

Hospital officials said in a statement that the latest patient’s symptoms and recent travel indicated a possible case of Ebola. The virus has killed more than 3,000 people in West Africa and infected a handful of Americans who traveled to that region.

Presbyterian Hospital officials say they’re following CDC recommendations to keep doctors, staff and patients safe.  (read more)

There is also a possible case in Houston. A sky marshal traveling to Africa was grabbed at the airport and injected with something. He is in isolation in Houston. He was one of only three white people in the airport at the time. It is unclear at this time what he was injected with.

Hate to be the wet towel here but this is one of His judgments on this country. We have turned our backs (as a country) to Him and therefore He has removed His hedge of protection from around this country. We are experiencing the fourth horse of the Apocalypse and part of that seal is that the rider “Death” has authority to kill with famine, pestilence and wild animals (microscopic). Don’t know if the fifth seal has been broken, but guess what happens when the sixth seal is broken.

          Ok. If it’s not rhetorical.

Why are flights from Africa allowed to land here?

Answer: Because it is all right with the FAA. Because the CDC is in agreement with the flights from Africa being allowed to land here. Because Congress is in agreement with defaulting to the uninformed malaise ruling the country (on the days ending in ‘y’) and is not protesting the demonstrated lack of concern for the United States of America by the current administration. That is why flights from Africa are allowed to land here.

Why is not every border we have sealed up tight?

Answer: Because the political interests of the current administration would not be served by sealing our borders to protect our formerly sovereign nation, our imploding Republic, from rampant disease, terrorism, or military insurgencies on those borders – or any of the other typical concerns that a sovereign nation might have about its borders. That is why the borders are not sealed up tight. —oh. And it’s ok with Congress that they are not sealed.

Not sure who is claiming that, but they appear to be incorrect:

The person left Liberia on September 19, and arrived in the United States on September 20 with no virus symptoms. Frieden said it was four or five days later that the patient, who is believed to be male, began developing symptoms and was ultimately admitted to Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas on Sunday, September 28.

It’s possible he had symptoms for 4 days before being admitted to the hospital. That’s not good. Not good at all.

At the just concluded press conference the plague carrier went to the hospital ER on Friday but was sent home with anti-biotics. On Sunday he returned and his risk factors understood and was kept in the ER and infection control alerted. So, by the CDC own guidelines, this guy wandered around for 2 plus days in an infectious state. The Texas Department of Public Health and CDC are now trying to do contact tracing for that 48 hour plus period.

Hopefully is has not been hot in Dallas such that this man would be sweating and that no grocery stores or other public places were visited by him where contact tracing will not be possible to undertake. If there is an outbreak, I confess I hope it occurs in a heavily black neighborhood and Obama is held accountable for jeapordizing the very lives of black Americans first and foremost by his racial pandering on this issue.

The flimsy masks will NOT help. You must use the heavy TB masks, and change them often, which is costly. They MUST be fitted properly. Wash your hands CONSTANTLY, use hand sanitizer, avoid crowds, avoid anyone that appears to be ill, coughing, has a cold.

Wash ALL produce, wash ALL can lids and container tops. Any raw food, wash it thoroughly. Do not eat out, avoid crowds.

Wash your hands, wash your hands wash your hands. And do NOT touch your eyes, nose, or mouth before you wash your hands. Sing happy birthday, to be sure you wash them long enough. Use antibacterial soaps and sprays.

Texas had a positive test, knew some days ago, yet, sent the test to the CDC for secondary testing. Both tested positive.

CDC ISSUES GUIDELINES FOR FUNERAL HOMES…
Survivor: Outbreak is ‘Fire Straight From Pit of Hell’…
People in contact must be isolated, monitored for 21 days…
    Symptoms and Prevention Tips…

If people in contact must be monitored for 21 days – and they are “working to identify those who had contact” – well, then, those “who had contact” are now contacting hundreds and thousands more who will have to “be monitored for 21 days“—-\

So the CDC had better be delivering a lot of those guideline thingies.

In other words, Texas needs to be isolated, and anyone that was in Texas needs to be taken back, and kept in isolation. It sounds absurd, but everyone HE had contact with, and everyone that person had contact with, and so on and so on.

And all he has to do is be married, having an affair, and refuse to identify that person, and it’s over. This has happened in the past, with AIDS/HIV, as well as other STD’s. Why not this? Giving names for tracking is 100% voluntary.

What if he has “unsavory” contacts he was to keep secret?

What if he is too sick to remember that one gas station, or convenience store, or, fast food restaurant? How many of us can backtrack our every step and every human contact for a day, let alone a week, or a month? I just think it is humanly impossible.

If you are diagnosed with Ebola, are waiting in Africa to be flown to the US, and then walk out of an ambulance, you don’t have Ebola. People, you are being lied to. Something stinks!

        Howdy Mr. Rob,
go on youtube. Check out videos. Just two examples: a person died of Ebola, the home was not touched and it looks clean??? No way somebody died of Ebola in there and it looks like that.
You need to look at pictures that show the symptoms. It is bleeding, lots of it, no stopping to it.
Read the Hot Zone (Richard Preston).
Here is another clue: people in Africa have cameras and there are NO pictures online of the masses dying?
Just using logic with the Samaritan Purse doctor: He was definitely diagnosed with Ebola (that is a few days in Africa), he waited in Africa to be transported (add more days), and then walks out of the ambulance having E B O L A. NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We are being deceived for … .
You can fill in the blanks. Set up for poisonous vaccines (that might carry the Ebola virus).
Another eye opener is the book “Lab 257: The Disturbing Story of the Government’s Secret Plum Island Germ Laboratory” by Michael C. Carroll (that might open the eyes for the Lyme problem we have in this nation).
Start your research journey (and while you are at it check out the hoaxy beheading in Oklahoma, Sandy Hook, etc).

“he was here visiting family” <—– meaning he ain't American. Meaning a strong possibility exists the sumbitch knew he was positive and came here because he wanted treatment.

This is what they are trying to hide.

The guy probably knew he was exposed, though didn't know he was infected, and so to get treatment (better safe than sorry) he came to the U.S. just in case.

These professional bureaucrats (CDC inc) are going to get us all killed.

In response to your article, two things.

Firstly, it was stated by Canada, and hotly denied by the US, that Ebola IS airborne, as they cannot explain the monkey/pig transmission in any other way, that were separately caged.

Secondly, the virus can remain alive, in dried secretions and fluids, at LEAST 7 days, and transmissible, if someone contacts that dired secretion, then touches a mucus membrane.

Lastly, I was just tested, by a new test, called the T-Spot test, and found to be infected with latent TB. I am nearly a shut in, due to being disabled. I don’t go out, my husband does the shopping, etc. All I do is work 3 nights a week and stay home. I was obviously infected at work.

Now, I must go through 6-9 months of heavy treatment. Walking infections are everywhere, and you are totally unaware of being infected when it happens. It was sheer chance that I got the T-Spot test, which I am thankful for, otherwise, I would have never known, as I am allergic, nearly anaphylactic, to the TB skin test.

I am only discussing this because we are overrun here, where I live, with illegals. I live in what is known as “the central hub in the US for drug trafficking”. Without stricter controls, we are open to anything, and everything, and being too PC is the central cause.

Now, I will be financially responsible for my governments’ negligence.

I googled the Canadian experiment, and found a couple articles about it. While it was interesting, it was not conclusive, because there were a couple other explanations as possibilities. I suppose it comes down to the definition of “Airborne”. Everything considered, I don’t think we here in America have much to worry about with Ebola. TB is much more prevalent, and as you have learned, quite contagious.

They were discussing this adnauseum on CNN yesterday. If someone sneezes on you it is droplets. Definitely contagious. If, it dries they are not so sure. But, it took a lot of questioning to get this info about the droplets out of the interviewee. So, this hokum of them not being contagious on the plane is just that.

Thanks, all. At least it is latent, meaning I am non-contagious. I still have to run the battery of testing, chest x-rays, sputum tests, etc. Then, heavy antibiotic treatments, for a long period of time.

We had a known patient in my unit, and they tested everyone but me, because they claimed a “6 foot infection radius”. He was about 10 feet from my desk. I asked, “If this is true, then why do we put them, once we know they are contagious, in negative air pressure rooms?”

I was still denied testing, even though I had walked within 6 feet of that door, 3 times a week. He was contagious 2 weeks, before we found out. I was refused testing, hence, I will be financially responsible, personally, for my treatment.

We also had a patient that had the highly contagious form, antibiotic resistant, that refused treatment, and was kept in police lock down while undergoing treatment.

Who, in their right mind, refuses treatment? It just goes to show you….

If TB can become so rampant in a relatively short time as it has, imagine what this Ebola will do. I am sick inside, and terribly afraid.

Thanks for the article. It demonstrates, quite nicely, exactly what I have been pointing out. The claims are being made that this is only contractible from direct contact with body fluids from the infected individual, yet, read this from your article:

“She took a communal taxi via Liberia’s capital Monrovia, exposing five other people to the virus who later contracted and died of Ebola.”

So, you mean to tell me, that all 5 of those people somehow came into contact with this woman’s body fluids? No. Not buying it! To do so, do you realize they would have had to make contact with her mucus, blood, urine, or feces? How likely do you think it was, that all 5 of those people actually DID that?

IMO, none. Not one of them touched her body fluids. A cough, sneeze? Maybe. It is more likely that Canada is correct, and it has made the jump to airborne, and the US, for whatever reason, has chosen to flatly deny this.

The press conference Doc said the Texas Department of Public Health and the CDC are doing contact tracing but if this guy went anywhere like a grocery story, a public restroom ( likely if he’s got diarrhea and or vomiting’ how in the world can they do ‘contact tracing’ This guy shouldn’t have even been allowed into the US or been frog marched into quarantine along with the other passengers on that flight upon arrival.

The problem I have is the CDC Dr said at the press conference that any hospital that has isolation facilities can treat Ebola. Well this hospital has isolation facilities, and let a man with an active case of Ebola leave their emergency room on Friday. Was it too much for triage to ask a man (who was here visiting family-so is probably Liberian) if he had traveled recently? There is a stomach virus going around Dallas now, so they probably just assumed that he was the same as a couple of hundred other patients they had seen, but he wasn’t!

Those idiots allow anyone to travel over to this country no matter what. They allowed a man with symptoms of ebola virus who traveled from the US back to his native land in the effected area and he traveled back to the US again, to the lovely state of Texas. He was visiting family, and felt severely sick and had went to the hospital to be admitted. They sent him back home so he can be in contact with others to effect with ebola a disease that killed over 3,000 in west Africa. The only thing the public is told that this man did not show any signs of this deadly disease, but now he does. He was visiting family, how do they know if he did infected anyone of them, who had got into contact with other people. You think those who worked at the hospital he went to would taken this case seriously, because they had sent this ebola patient home. They allow anyone to travel to this country no matter what with taking the proper cautions.
