This video is from 2012, but is just now making the rounds in social media.  If you haven’t yet seen it, the story is true, and it IS “inspirational”….

Injured Desert Storm Veteran Arthur Boorman (pictured in the wheelchair) was told by doctors and the VA,                      “You’ll never walk without assistance ever again” and he accepted the prognosis.

This is the short, 4 minute videologue of injured Desert Storm veteran Arthur Boorman’s journey to change himself and redefine how he lived his life.  What happens, and where it ends ….. if you aren’t inspired ….

What struck me the most about this story was how Arthur had initially accepted the information given to him by the “experts” about his medical/physical condition, and his future.  He accepted their prognosis and pronouncements as “FACT” and went about living his life within the dictates of what “they” had told him was the truth, and his individual reality.

Think about that, as you watch the video – and what happens when Arthur decides enough is enough and he will challenge the “experts” — it was interesting to know that in the beginning, no one would help him or even acknowledge that maybe, just maybe – Arthur could live a different reality.

Never give up.  Never give in.  Never accept someone else’s terms for YOUR Life.
