Note to all. Yes, I am aware that now fingerprinting has been done, subsequent to Trayvon Martin’s autopsy, it is possible for Miami Dade PD to do a comparison against unsolved crimes in the immediate Miami Gardens area. No, the M-D PD have no interest in the subsequent liability such revelations would create for them. Hence, I believe it might be, part of the “slow walking” of the M-DSPD investigation public records, but not the primary part.  – and NO, I’m not going there – that’s for another time – I can only fight on one front at a time.
Yes, Rachel (W8) appears to have legal recourse against the Scheme Team for publicly broadcasting her 3/19/12 statement against her expressed desire not to have such done. Yes, ABC also holds such liability for broadcasting an interview made under conspicuous circumstances.

tray - NewestYesterday you might have heard Witness #8 describe her historical relationship with Trayvon by saying: “he came around my area“.
This is further connection to something we have found multiple times in conversation with “kids” in the area.   This “my area” is also how Trayvon Martin and Kit Durrant connect to Rachel Jeantel.
As she told Don West at the beginning of cross examination:  “His friends would come into my neighborhood“, “we’re friends“, and she describes that re-familiarization (having not been good friends since 2006) as happening on her birthday 2/1/12.

Please don’t start putting out Rachel’s address or personal information on this site.  If you connect those dots yourself, keep them to yourself.  We are concerned about Rachel because we know the ire of her community if she “f__k’s this up”.

Rachel is 19, just finished 11th Grade, born and raised in Miami, Mom is from Haiti, and Dad is from Dominican Republic.  She lives with mom.

You may also have heard Witness #8 share that she found out on Monday 2/27/12 that Trayvon had died because of “rumors” coming from Krop High School, and she has “friends that go around his school“.    When asked by BDLR about her thoughts after finding out Trayvon was killed W8 shared: “It was just a fight broke out, it was, not taken serious, it was just a fight broke out“…
sybrina listening to W8
When describing why she lied to Sybrina, about not going to the wake, W8 says she felt “guilty, because she were the last person to talk to there son“.   There’s more there “there”.  A long time ago someone posed the theory that W8 egged Trayvon to put the bangaz on the cracka’z.  I have resisted the consideration – but I will now confirm, based on conversations in/around W8’s community, it is a more than plausible explanation.
This explanation also opens the door to understanding the backdrop of pressure from Sybrina onto the family of Rachel, and onto Rachel herself.    It appears, from conversations with people familiar with -and who describe- the extreme pressure by Sybrina Fulton, the guilt card:  “You told him to fight” played a role in the decision to participate in the narrative.
W8 couldn’t get out from under that pressure.

But blaming Rachel for the fight is just wrong.   You might remember earlier in her testimony she recounted how she told Trayvon (as he described the “Creepy ass cracka'”) that “he might be a rapist“, and she recounts Trayvon replied “nigga’ don’t play me like that“.   This is just how they interacted.   Rachel teasingly poking at his masculinity, and Trayvon giving her the ‘pffft… I’m a gangsta’ type response.
Remember the re-connection friendship happened on 2/1/12 and he left town on 2/20/12 to travel to Sanford.  In those 2 & 1/2 weeks they physically saw each other a “few times” (during testimony “few” defined as 3).   The connection established by the Feb 1st birthday when Rachel would have turned 18.
Going to the connections between Trayvon and Rachel you are drawn back to “lifestyle” attributes by Trayvon Martin.   Dope, Weed, Guns, and “gangsta-isms”.   Which, if you review Rachel you will find mutual street style outlooks in that regard.
Going Stealth into the phone records which Don West presented to Rachel to review on the stand you might have noted that she said there were “more than were there“, meaning some were missing.  Don West then pauses and reflects, then says “so there were calls that took place previous to this list, but are not included“…. then he goes diplomatically, without missing a beat, into the first on the sheet beginning at 5:09pm.     *Stealth* Because it appears “on that day” these are the only recorded records presented by the State discovery.   Subtle and sly…  Saved for later.
West does an exceptional job outlining the phone call times between Trayvon and Rachel, essentially calling to the jury’s attention there were  9 calls between 6:30 pm and 7:15 pm.
Trayvon 7-11
Trayvon checked out at the 7-11 register at 6:23 pm and George Zimmerman’s first call describing Trayvon started at 7:09pm.   A difference of 46 minutes.
Yet Rachel cannot recall any descriptive of where Trayvon was during that time or the particulars of any of the phone call contents.   Great job by Don West.
The next series of questions has Rachel admitting that Trayvon “were right by his Daddy’s house” and saying the first thing she heard after Trayvon decided to go back toward George Zimmerman was Trayvon saying “what you following me for“? to which she heard George say “what you doing around here“?…   At this point Tracy Martin seated in the audience begins laughing and gets a look from Sybrina:
tracy laughing
Then they move to Crump, where Rachel says she did not want to talk to him, it was a rush, there was a lot going on and she didn’t want to be interviewed, she thought it was just about “the letter”.
Dee Dee March 19th
At the wake “they was textin’ me like crazy” [The kids from school].
Rachel continues, Monday March 19th, Sybrina Fulton was calling me like crazy and left me a loooooong text.  She wanted to talk to my mother before she talked to me, she didn’t know my age.  She thought I was a minor, just like Trayvon.  I called my mother, I didn’t tell her everything, I just told her nope.   I told her that I didn’t want to meet the mother, Sybrina, and asked mom to say no.
In this video (click here) around 34:00 it all comes clear

IMHO, I still believe a reasonable positions exists, based on Rachel’s prior influenced testimony, that a solid foundation exists for her continued questioning to take place with Sybrina removed from the courtroom.
I’m headed back to the M-D area today.  As in, right now.  The goal is to get the 10 remaining sworn affidavits from the grasp of M-DSPD (through a third party) two of those affidavits are said to contain the specific conformational details we have been searching for almost a year.    Additionally, we’ll be back in the Miami Gardens area to follow up on the Apartment complex geography….
I’m going to try and watch the remainder of the W8 testimony via mobile broadband along with you.
