Happy turkey day! Give thanks by signing the petition.

    • lovemygirl says:

I started signing up but they display everyoneone that signed up.

      • rooferx says:

        Use the name ‘Obama’.

“I started signing up but they display everyoneone that signed up.”

Lovemygirl (well I do love my darling girl but no relation to you – LOL)That’s probably what is keeping many others from signing it. Already someone is trying to hack into my twitter account because I recently made some supporting statements regarding GZ.

      • kathyca says:

honestly? That’s what stopped me from signing at first, and what I’m SURE is stopping multitudes from signing. Yeah, you’re gonna put your personal id out there to be targeted by the Obaman regime or the cretins like bigboi? In the end, it was worth it to me. But I completely understand why it isn’t for others. That’s the problem with the country and with the electorate. The “have nothing to losers” outnumber the “have something to lose’ers”

        • jordan2222 says:

We now live in a climate of fear and suspicion. Much of it is well founded.

We can now be surveilled (Yup… surveil is now a legitimate verb) at any time by our own damn government. Even Google can capture you in the nude while in your backyard swimming pool.

We finally found a way to exercise free speech in the form of the www and now the big bro can monitor every keystroke. Even George Orwell did not see all of this coming down the road.

Guess what? NONE of us are safe any longer. Anyone can wind up in a “Gitmo,” or worse yet, shot dead like a rabid dog.

  1. James F says:

Here is the video and printed story covering Robert Zimmerman Jr’s appearance on myfox Orlando.

Robert Zimmerman Jr. says, right after Trayvon Martin was shot and killed, there was a public relations campaign to ruin George Zimmerman’s reputation. He says it was fabricated by people looking to gain attention in the case and now he’d like a federal investigation into whether his brother’s civil rights were violated.

“He is not a murderer.,” Robert Zimmerman Jr. says as he continues to defend his brother George. And this time, he’s using an online petition to gather support. “The malicious stories they told in the beginning that even made a prosecution like this even possible. I don’t think this should have been prosecuted.”

The petition is one of many created on a website created by the White House, allowing citizens to speak out about their concerns. Robert says a man named David from California created this petition asking for a federal investigation into the malicious prosecution of George Zimmerman. While some Trayvon Martin supporters question the credibility of the creator, Robert Jr says the message on the petition is important because it questions the people involved early in the case, “Had more to do with promoting a self serving agenda and there’s also some political interests or political motivations.”

He says it was wrong for Trayvon Martin’s family attorneys to insinuate that his brother is a racist murderer. “I think Benjamin Crump and Natalie Jackson laid a foundation for that to happen. Both Crump and Jackson deny acting malicious towards George Zimmerman. We talked to Benjamin Crump over the phone, “Everything we did I feel was certainly appropriate because there was going to be no arrest of a killer of an unarmed kid and that is a true tragedy.” They say, they never called George Zimmerman a racist murderer, “We said from the beginning we don’t know who he is, other than the fact that he shot this unarmed kid.”

“In my eyes, George was a victim in a heinous assault,” he says.

Zimmerman needs 25,000 signatures to get the attention of the federal government. Right now, he has around 70, but plans to work hard to collect more.

“It’s my hope that we get to that. I think there should be consequences.”

George Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, has said that he’s using social media to defend his client and protect his reputation.

    • justfactsplz says:

I wonder if this Dave from California is the same Dave from California who had a petition a while back to get Francis Robles fired.

      • jordan2222 says:

Hey there justfactsplz.. Are you back?

I hope you are having a great day and also wish the same for the Zimmerman family.

How is your “condition” coming along?

        • justfactsplz says:

The two weeks up north were very relaxing and peaceful. I am feeling much stronger and get sick much less often. Thanks for asking!

          • jello333 says:

Yeah well, the weather has been pretty nice around here so far. But starting tonight, we’re supposed to have a major downturn. And this happens just as YOU leave? Hmm… coincidence? I don’t think so. So when I’m freezing and slogging through 2′ of snow, at least I know who to blame. ;)

            • justfactsplz says:

Yep, that would be me, LOL. The first week I nearly froze to death, the wind was so bitter. But the next week was not bad, sunny, cool, no wind. Everyone was mad at Chicago about the election. They just knew the rest of the state voted for Romney.

          • Sha says:

justfactsplz: Glad to see you back . Get well soon ….. Look what I learned why you were gone. :D

    • raiikun says:

Natalie Jackson did certainly imply George was racist when she said that racism didn’t make him pull the trigger but it was racism that caused the profiling. I will find the link when I get home of that if someone doesn’t beat me to it.

    • ftsk420 says:

“What was suspicious about him?” Martin family attorney Benjamin Crump asked at a March 8 news conference. “Race seems to be the 600-pound gorilla in the room.”

Crump repeatedly described the killing as “coldblooded murder.”

      Crump what a dummy.

    • doodahdaze says:

It is the credibility of Judge Lester that is in question. Along with the credibility of Crump et al. The police investigation showed Zimmerman to be credible. But the credibility of Serino is in question. The credibility of Corey? How about the credibility of the media. It is in question. Seems to me the credibility of everyone except Zimmerman is in question. It is incredible. Dum Dum’s credibility is in question. How about Gailbreth? Osteen?Jackson and the NAACP? Sharplatan? Looks to me like the SPD investigation was credible. But was hi-jacked by the racists. Wolfinger was credible. Look what happened to him. Anything credible was replaced with the incredible. Omara was right. Rebuilding Zimmermans credibility. One deposition at a time. At the same time destroying the credibility of the incredible.

  2. rooferx says:

    Thanks manybuddies!

    • doodahdaze says:

      Whoa. Crumpster retreats.

      • John Galt says:

“We said from the beginning we don’t know who he is, don’t know anything about him other than the fact that he shot this unarmed kid.” – Benjamin Crump @ 1:56

Funny, I seem to recall a bunch of BS about a 250 lb. white neighborhood watch captain racially profiling, pursuing, confronting and killing a black child in cold blood. Or maybe the 600 lb. gorilla did that?

        • doodahdaze says:

The lack of hot air from the schemers lately indicates worry. Maybe the Zimmerman nightmare will be over soon and the fun can begin. Serino must think he is going to be charged with something. If so I don’t see how it could help the schemers.

        • raiikun says:

“Racism doesn’t make you go get a gun and shoot someone,” Jackson said. “Racism makes you profile them. What made him shoot was that he was one of them; he felt he was a cop.”

          – Natalie Jackson

So, since it’s their belief that the profiling was due to racism, every time the Scheme Team reminded us that George “profiled” Trayvon, they were in effect calling him a racist.

        • Angel says:

“Funny, I seem to recall a bunch of BS about a 250 lb. white neighborhood watch captain racially profiling, pursuing, confronting and killing a black child in cold blood. Or maybe the 600 lb. gorilla did that?”
          :D :D:D

          • I remember often hearing something along the line of a 250 lb self appointed neighborhood watch captain that gunned down a boy for walking while Black. I searched the phrase (self appointed neighborhood watch captain that gunned down a boy for walking while Black) & several articles appeared. Trayvon Martin Case: Timeline of Events – ABC News abcnews.go.com/…/trayvon-martin-case-timeline-of-events/ by Lauren Effron – More by Lauren Effron
May 8, 2012 – … killed by George Zimmerman, a self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, has captured national attention. … The cries for help send the boy’s mother screaming from the room and ….. There is not crime for walking while black is it? … He shot a kid in cold blood, for no other reason than he was black…

Who is your pick for “Biggest Turkey” amongst the Traybots :D

…. so many to choose from :D

    • James F says:

I will vote for the turkey who signed the whitehouse petition as CheorgeMolestsCousin Z.
Not many matches for ‘cheorge’ so it is narrowed down to a few leatherheads.

I will go with my gut and guess racerrodig aka PATRICK RODIG of Camden County NJ.

    • rumpole2 says:

There are some very prominent, big turkeys in the Scheme Team proper – Professional Turkeys. I was thinking of the amateur foul fowl for today’s Turkey award.
Sounds like there are some great contenders at Leatherman and a few other places… but I don’t go to those places enough to know the details.
I’ll stick with JQ…… heavens how do I pick just one? For sheer constant stupidity, JQ should get some sort of “Turkey Site” award. The individual Turkey could be any one of at least a dozen.. but I’ll go for LIMPapa… his prolific inane videos just bring to mind “Gobble….gobble…gobble…. gobble……”
Marinane Dave deserves special mention, though he earned a “Turkey in perpetuity” award years ago for his appalling blog and videos during the Casey Anthony case.

  5. lovemygirl says:

I will keep the Z’s in my prayers tomorrow.

  6. hexx says:

I’d like to add some thoughts on yesterday’s fight discussion …

First, if the situation was like Dee Dee described, that she urged Trayvon to run away from “scary white dude”, how would 17 yo guy react to that? would he like a girl to think he’s a coward? possibly … but I’d say it’s more natural for a young guy in that situation to try to act as a fearless true man …

And then there’s a question, why did Trayvon originally run or skip? It was a gated community and my understanding is that the gates were closed at that time – if Zimmerman was a sexual molester/predator in his car he would have been unable to leave the community with his car without going thru the gates, it doesn’t sound credible that a criminal would enter a gated community in his car …

so I’d say is more probable that Trayvon profiled Zimmerman as an authority figure …

but later, while observing Zimmerman he estimated that Zimmerman is not a plain clothes cop or security, but just a little snooping wimpy guy … who needed a lesson …

So Trayvon confronted Zimmerman, and sneaked in a sucker punch when Z. was looking for his phone.

    Z. was rocked, he stumbled, a scramble ensued, guys ended up rolling on the ground … Trayvon achieved a straddling position, technical term “Full mount” – considered to be a dominant position in grappling and MMA – on the other hand, it’s a kind of natural thing, doesn’t require any training, in contrast to how to escape from there, from the bottom.

Trayvon started to “Ground and Pound” Z. – again, this is both natural, obvious attacking, doesn’t prove any MMA experience but it is also a typical ending to a MMA match, the guy on the bottom gets knocked out or the ref stops the match.

BTW the couple of fight clips allegedly featuring Trayvon – I’d say they are more like Kimbo Slice -styled back yard bareknucke boxing instead of full blown MMA … (and if I was a PR guy for Martins, i’d say: look! Trayvon is a ref, enforcing the rules – sucker punching is a big no no in fight sports, Trayvon wouldn’t do anything like that … for instance, England’s Paul Daley got kicked out off the UFC, when he tried to sucker punch Josh Koschek after the bell) anyway it was consensual rough playing and street sports instead of thuggery and violence.

When Trayvon assaulted Z. it was illegal and wrong and it was also reckless and dumb. ( If you want to beat up guy and get away with it, don’t do it in the vicinity of your house …)

I don’t believe at all that Trayvon wanted to kill Z. But when Z started to yell for help …it is possible I think that if Z had said “stop! I give up!” it might have ended there …

I don’t know if Trayvon was banging Zs head against concrete or did it just result from the strikes or mouth covering when Z tried to sit up.

Leatherman’s “stiff neck” theory is really grasping for the straws … I read in his blog that “MMA champ” should be asked to testify … heh heh …

Well, Anderson Silva is maybe the “MMA champ of the world” … in his fight against Chael Sonnen he was on the receiving end of the Ground and Pound for maybe 20 minutes, he managed in the end to catch Sonnen in a triangle choke, attacking from the bottom using his legs and jujutsu skills – that was possible because Sonnen didn’t have a Full Mount/straddled position … and strangely enough, even after Sonnen had been putting Ground and Pound Bangaz on Silva for 20 minutes, Silva’s face was not bleeding afte r the match , it was in much fresher condition than Z.s face … so the argument that George’s face somehow wasn’t damaged enough doesn’t fly.

    • lovemygirl says:

      Leatherman’s “stiff neck” theory ?
George has already said that everytime he tried to sit up, scoot and escapeTrayvon smashed his head back down. I wish I could pin one of the Clowns down for a minute or so.

      • jello333 says:

Yep, I mentioned that the other day when the stupid “stick neck” theory was proposed over there. They made a big deal about how hard it would be for Trayvon to LIFT George’s head up, before pushing it back down. Well, IMO, Trayvon didn’t have to DO any lifting… George did that himself, every time he tried to sit up and escape. All Trayvon then had to do was push his head back down. VERY simple.

    • myopiafree says:

Hi Hexx – Yes, some thugs feel “free” to attack someone who “dis-respects them” – by LOOKING AT THEM. Given Trayvon’s acting in a “Street Fist Fight”, I have no doubt that he visualized himself as, “one tough dude”. This an accurate picture of what probably happened – and why it happened:

“so I’d say is more probable that Trayvon profiled Zimmerman as an authority figure …

but later, while observing Zimmerman he estimated that Zimmerman is not a plain clothes cop or security, but just a little snooping wimpy guy … who needed a lesson …”

Let us just say “Peace and FREEDOM” for George.

    • jello333 says:

Good post, but I’ll have to disagree with one part:

“But when Z started to yell for help …it is possible I think that if Z had said ‘stop! I give up!’ it might have ended there …”

I don’t believe that at all. What George was doing wasn’t just yelling for help, it wasn’t just screaming. Parts of it was outright begging, pleading, almost crying. And yet Trayvon kept right on attacking. So no, if Trayvon showed absolutely NO sympathy when George was literally begging him to stop, I’m sure a simple “I give up” would have done nothing at all to help. So yeah, had George not fired the shot, I think Trayvon would have kept right on. Either till he was stopped (by cops or others), or until George was unconscious. The question is, would he even have stopped THEN?…. or would he have beaten him to a pulp until George was dead from massive head and facial injuries?

Oh, and one more thing. You mentioned Trayvon maybe being scared George was a “sexual predator” or something. I know YOU don’t think Trayvon felt that way, but there are others (mostly JQ types) who have said that. When I hear it, I just have to LAUGH. I bet you couldn’t find one in a million 17-yr-old, 6′ plus males who would even THINK along those lines. The LAST thing they’d worry about is a “sexual predator”.

      • jordan2222 says:

I have never heard anyone mention this before, but I have wondered for a long time if Martin had done this before to someone else and simply got away with it.

To be believe otherwise, is to believe that on that one night, he was prepared to commit his very first murder.

I know this is speculation but I would really like to know what happened that night that “infuriated” Martin so much that killing a man was necessary? Something triggered him and he completely lost control, as evidenced by the witness who spoke to him and/or George. Even then, he DID NOT stop.

Hearing those screams with Martin continuing such a vicious attack leads me to believe that this was not the first time he had done this.

I think it has enough merit that LE might consider him as a possible suspect in unsolved crimes where he previously lived. Do samples of Martin’s DNA actually exist? You can see where I am going with this but I will shut up for now.

        • justfactsplz says:

He has done it before and I hope that evidence still exists.

          • LoudaJew says:

he was best friends with Kit Darrant.. the kid who choked his mom. this is coming from Kit’s mom before Kit suffocated her to death. there are no links, it’s just a fact of who I know and who knew Trayvon in the North Dade area.

        • jello333 says:

No, I think that makes sense. When you consider the merciless quality of the attack — mainly the way Trayvon refused to stop despite the pitiful cries of George, and knowing that people were watching — says something pretty scary about Trayvon.

        • myopiafree says:

Hi Jordan – I think TM (with swinging at a Bus Driver) was in a “hair trigger” mode. He has not yet into crime – where he got “caught” – but he was heading towards a “life-of-crime” – with his drugs, and “blunts”. Eventually – he would be stealing (to live his life-style), or been shot by another black — in that “crime cycle” that is so common.

    • Lee says:

Good point! Other than his parents – no one – press, police, public should refer to a 17 year old as a child. He stopped being a child after the onset of puberty. I think biologically he was a young adult and legally a minor. I do not believe even his parents viewed him as a child. I cannot imagine any responsible parent leaving any child, especially a troubled child, alone. Martin, with his school record and his mother’s descriptions, certainly fits the description of troubled – but, not child.

      • jello333 says:

That was the beginning of the end for me over at JQ. When I started asking them why they felt the need to keep referring to Trayvon as a “child”. They didn’t appreciate that question.

jello222 posted this yesterday and I just want to point out a few things:

“Guest says he plans to use the money from the sale of the works to support Trayvon Martin’s younger brother, who’s still a toddler.”

“Guest says that he plans to use the money from the sale of the works (which he estimates will be priced at around $40,000 each) to support Trayvon Martin’s younger brother, who’s still a three and a half. (According to the Martin’s family lawyer, the boy’s mother does not want to release his name.) Guest says he suspects that the young boy will grow to feel tortured as a result of his brother’s death—since Trayvon went to get him Skittles from the store that night. ”

    • myopiafree says:

Hi Smooth – From the Media LIES – Guest “takes off” – and draws a picture.
This is indeed due to Crump-Julison’s artful MEDIA-LIES:
      About C. Guest:
“Now, a Los Angeles-based artist tells the story, with two paintings that depict Martin’s death. Chaz Guest—whose works are owned by Denzel Washington, Tyler Perry, and even President Obama—has produced two large-scale canvases inspired by the tragic shooting: Scream (Heard Across the Nation) and Run, Trayvon, Run. One depicts Martin being shot through the chest, with eyes closed and mouth agape, a kind of eerie death mask that will be etched in the memory of viewers. Skittles fly up behind him, a reminder of the reason Martin went to the store that night. In the background, the Angel Gabriel bears witness. “As I was painting, I was asking the question: Why wasn’t he saved by an angelical force?” Guest told The Daily Beast by phone. “Why has he chosen to scream across the nation?” ”
It is amazing to me how one “artful fib” – leads to another, and another. These people DON’T WANT TO KNOW THAT TM WAS A “DROP-OUT” FROM SCHOOL. A FOUL-MOUTHED, 17 YEAR-OLD “STREET TOUGH” WHO WAS GOING TO PROVE HE COULD PUT THE BANGAZZ ON THAT “WHITE CRACKA”. The facts show that George was attacked by a thug – for no apparent reason. The facts (even DeeDee) states that Trayvon went BACK TO GET GEORGE. This was not a “scared” 12 year-old kid. This was an “angry back” who was indeed a racist.

Yes, it was put up yesterday as noted in the thread.
I think Russell Simons of Global Grind, perpetual race agitator, is behind the funding/agitation.

However, even with all the race-baiting and assists from the MSM, they can not gin up large scale support outside of the tiny racialist industry. While GZ was able to raise $200K in a few days, after several months, other TM sympathetic sites raised approx $6K.

What is interesting is the ever-shifting stated “Mission” of these foundations for St Skittles.
First it was to end racial profiling so sweet, innocent black children wouldn’t be gunned down in cold blood, and to provide a steady income for Trashcan Mom to prance around discussing “youth violence” and “educating youth”. (If she had spent time on her own “youth” he probably would still be alive, but I digress). Now it’s for political activity for the holy grail of race-baiting, shakedown artists like the Crumpster – ending SYG and the immunity it brings, just for defending yourself against violent predators. The first iteration was filled with hate-filled vitriol; now, it’s all “concern”. BS.

    Question about Julison

    I am just speculating here.

It is common for a publicists to put together a talking points paper for their clients/collaborators that focuses on the narrative they wish to publicize, mainly through the press.

It is highly likely that early in the GZ/TM tragedy that Julison generated some paper along these lines. Such memoranda would be discoverable in the civil action being contemplated by West and Co. It would be illuminating in defining the race-based focus of the so-called Scheme Theme group.

    • jordan2222 says:

“Talking point” is a PC term for lies and BS, and, at best, a distortion of the truth. I have come to deplore the word.

Watch O’Reilly’s talking points and you will see what I am saying and I challenge anyone to find any one of his talking point segments that is entirely truthful and/or factual. He is so consumed with himself that I doubt he even knows what the term means.

What a buffoon. It troubles/saddens me to know that he is watched more than anyone else on cable TV. What does that say about us and conservatives, in particular? Are all of those “folks” drinking his Talking points Kool-Aid?

  12. myopiafree says:

Hi Hooson – That is an excellent question. It comes down to the degree, or OBLIGATION that Juiison had to check the “fibs” that con-man Crump was “feeding him”. Where is the “limit” for this type of promotion? What are the personal responsibilities of Julison? When does publication become Slander/Libel against George Zimmerman? At some point, publishing pictures of a 11 year-old CUTE KID (when Julison KNEW that Trayvon was 17 years-old) must be a recognized lie. We know that Crump fibs – and gets others to “go along” with his fib, to promote a racial agenda. Crump got Julison to “play along” with all these lies about George. But to this day – I don’t know how much George-O’Mara can “nail” Julison on this issue. What he will say is this – “…but I just published what they TOLD ME. Therefore THEY (Crump, Tray-parents) are responsible for anything that is false – but not Julison (in his mind).”

Persistent lies, everyone still says “Trayvon”, that was his name, but nobody called him that since he was maybe 9 years old, he went by Tray or Trey. Trayvon is a childs name and its use intentionally misleading.

What I assume will come from subpoenas to various media outlets are the press releases they used, and trail that leads back to Julison and Crump. Orlando Sentinel “press releases” from Crump might also be evidence, certainly fodder for argument just by linking to them.

  16. George,

Happy Thanksgiving. When this is over you can move to the midwest, or one of the Scandinavian countries.

  17. diwataman says:

These sorts of blogs make themselves so very transparent.

It’s not Trayvon they fight for. It’s not even the black race they fight for. It’s the perceived white devil race is what they believe they are fighting against. How does that happen you think? I’ve pondered over this question for years now. I’m willing to bet that the great majority of the tweeters, bloggers and commentators who have joined “the cause” are white. Hell, the majority of the media willing to spread the false narrative is white. Julison, white. How does that happen you think, to make a race turn against itself like that.

Their “passion” appears to be as great as ours so those people must have different life experiences than the rest of us. It’s either that or they have blinded themselves to the truth and deny reality. What else could it be?

I’ve mentioned before how I and a bunch of my friends were hounded on Daily Kos by a group of race baiters. They were some totally vile, totally vicious racists… who called US racists. There were maybe 25 or 30 of the most hardcore ones, and of those maybe 10 were black… the rest were white.

George, we signed the White House petition and have spread the word. Sure, they ask for your name and email address but I believe in standing up for what is right. The Martins were able to get a million signatures on their petition. Something is wrong, terribly wrong if we cannot come up with 2500 signatures for George. Come on people, stand up and make a stand. Spread the word about this petition please.

Mens rea is Latin for “guilty mind”.[1] In criminal law, it is viewed as one of the necessary elements of a crime. The standard common law test of criminal liability is usually expressed in the Latin phrase, actus non facit reum nisi mens sit rea, which means “the act does not make a person guilty unless the mind is also guilty”. Thus, in jurisdictions with due process, there must be an actus reus accompanied by some level of mens rea to constitute the crime with which the defendant is charged (see the technical requirement of concurrence). As a general rule, criminal liability does not attach to a person who acted with the absence of mental fault. The exception is strict liability crimes.
In civil law, it is usually not necessary to prove a subjective mental element to establish liability for breach of contract or tort, for example. However, if a tort is intentionally committed or a contract is intentionally breached, such intent may increase the scope of liability as well as the measure of damages payable to the plaintiff.
Therefore, mens rea refers to the mental element of the offence that accompanies the actus reus. In some jurisdictions, the terms mens rea and actus reus have been replaced by alternative terminology. In Australia, for example, the elements of the federal offences are now designated as “fault elements” or “mental elements” (mens rea) and “physical elements” or “external elements” (actus reus).

The flaw. Seems like from the start of the Corey hi-jacking the state has been trying the case as a civil, not criminal action. Strict liability? It exists in traffic laws but not in a murder case.

Anyone who says they don’t racially profile is either lying or blind. How can not notice the difference in race? What a crock of crap.
