<— Continued from Update #17

From the outset of the Trayvon Martin shooting the “Racist Narrative” has been the toxic media poison placed at the tip of the media spear, to create a “better” story.

5/8/12 7:30 pm
In this update we share not only how the racist poison was created, but who created it, blended it to just the right level of toxicity, and who dipped, and continues to dip, their spear into it.
To say the Orlando Sentinel has less than an objective review of this case would be the understatement of the month.   The Orlando Sentinel has repeatedly sold a specific and intentional narrative aimed at supporting the Trayvon Family version of all things Skittled.
The primary seller of the Trayvon Trail Of Tears has been their reporting by Jeff Weiner (pictured here).    But Jeff Weiner is not investigating any events per se’, instead he is regurgitating a specific narrative, including specific wording, presented to him for publication by the Trayvon Family media consultant Ryan Julison, of Orlando based Julison Communications.
We have outlined the who’s, how’s and why’s of Ryan Julison’s involvement at length.   It became a matter of significant interest when we identified the damage being done because of the false and intentionally seeded racist narrative.    Update on Julison Here.

We also outlined how, once exposed to the disinfecting sunlight of scrutiny, Ryan Julison began scrubbing his trail amid the discovery.   Indeed he deleted his company website, scrubbed his company FaceBook page of the self-indulgent bragging, and began to realize that real people around the country were being physically hurt because of his media pitch.
We called Julison out on that.  It was obvious.   It struck a nerve.  Not a nerve of humble regret, but a nerve of litigious fear.
All of a sudden, as expected, he became worried about being held financially and morally accountable for the false narrative he sold and took credit for selling.
Julison then took the same action all manipulators do when caught, he began to scrub his tracks and try to make his involvement disappear.
The same initial media articles which reflected the racist story of a white man named George Zimmerman brutally murdering a poor defenseless black child were painstakingly  removed by Ryan Julison from his company feed.   This, despite his previously attaching notes and comments to them as he bragged about how effective he had been in selling the narrative.    Unfortunately for him  we expected his retreat and took screen grabs before he could pull them down.  More on that HERE.
Recently the Orlando Sentinel posted another story in their continuing narrative of the Trayvon Martin V. George Zimmerman case, a case that has drawn national attention from every media outlet up to, and including the White House and President Obama.
The most recent article was about the relationship between Tracy Martin and his son Trayvon.  Trayvon Martin’s father recalls moments with his son, ‘my best friend’.  Available both in print and on-line publication (screen shot below):

Now, it’s true that media image consultants and reporters frequently have close relationships based on mutual interests.   But this is something different.
When a reporter frames a narrative in an effort to help the position of the consultant selling them the story alarm bells should begin ringing;  Key word “should“.   But then again, this would require the media to police themselves.   They Do Not.  (See NBC, ABC, CBS backtracking only when called out)
Indeed, when you engage in propaganda, even when sold as “exclusive”, all journalistic objectivity is lost.   So too should the credibility of the author be lost, and whether the media organization, in this case the Orlando Sentinel – who employs the reporter – does anything to correct the deceptive reporting, well, that speaks volumes to the integrity of the outlet itself.
But the reader, or consumer, of the biased information propaganda should at least be informed.   That’s where we continue to focus our efforts.
For Ryan Julison and Jeff Weiner this quid-pro-quo is the norm.  Indeed they are so comfortable with it they both have passed the point of even recognizing the conflict of interest that has compromised their professional integrity.     One hand has washed the other for so long, they have forgotten the boundaries, and in doing so Jeff Weiner has opened up his employer to public scrutiny and potential litigation risk.
At the very least, this one organization, The Orlando Sentinel, has diminished any journalistic credibility or objectivity.
You can google “Jeff Weiner” and “Ryan Julison” and see what their collaborative efforts have focused upon.    You will also find the work of attorney Natalie Jackson rooted in their association as Ryan has enlisted the help of Jeff on more than one occasion when he was promoting a Natalie Jackson client.
Indeed the Trayvon Trail Of Tears is not the first pre-litigation  endeavor they have collaborated diligently to formulate, create and sell to the public:

Perhaps exposing this relationship to scrutiny or ridicule can become a positive outcome for the Orlando Sentinel to reset their objectivity.   Alas, that is yet to be seen.  However, when an infectious fraud of complicity is left growing to this level, well, the subsequent disease is often terminal.    Just ask Dan Rather and CBS.
Ryan and Jeff have collaborated on quite a few of Julison Communications’ paid endeavors, as you can clearly see.   Actually, almost every single Julison client contract has been sold into the Public Sphere and the narrative shaped by Jeff Weiner.
Julison recently talked of his approach to the Washington Post:

It’s likely that Martin’s death, which resulted in the arrest and indictment Wednesday of confessed shooter George Zimmerman, would never have crowded into the national consciousness had it not been for Martin’s family, its lawyers and an enterprising PR man, Ryan Julison .
“There just wasn’t a lot of interest in this out of the gate,” he [Julison] said in an interview Thursday. “Oftentimes, it seems like the media likes to follow instead of going first. They want to wait and see someone else do the story and then they get in line. But we were at zero. We had to keep going from scratch.”   […] “All of these things worked perfectly,” he said. “They came out in just the right sequence for us.”  -Article

In the Trayvon Martin case the Orlando Sentinel, and Jeff Weiner specifically also attempted to inject themselves with “evidence”.    You might remember another one of Jeff and Ryan’s creations with the now debunked “audio expert analysis“:

By Jeff Weiner – Orlando Sentinel

A leading expert in the field of forensic voice identification sought to answer that question by analyzing the recordings for the Orlando Sentinel.   (article propaganda)

It appears that Jeff Weiner and the Orlando Sentinel will go to considerable lengths to support their relationship with Media Communications guru Ryan Julison.   However, it did not take long for this propaganda to be thoroughly debunked.   As we highlighted at the time.

The Orlando Sentinel stepped into this narrative over the weekend with an “expert” in voice analysis who has determined the screams did not belong to Zimmerman. The Lame legacy media has jumped on this narrative. They’ll regret that.

This “expert” is now totally discredited. And once again it shows how Lame the Lame Legacy Media truly is. It only took a day and a half for someone within New Media to trace his ‘motive’, poor credentials, and insufferable stupidity. Not only will his basement expert analysis never reach a court room, but within a week, maybe two, the Legacy Media will have to back track just like the prior talking points that are so easily dispatched.

Just One Minute provided the deconstruction.

It’s important to note the relationship between Ryan Julison and Jeff Weiner extends beneficially to all clients of Julison Communications who are in need of media support for their cause.
Ryan Julison and current Orlando Trayvon Martin Family Attorney, Natalie Jackson, have worked diligently on numerous occasions and used Jeff Weiner to influence public opinion and aid Jackson’s litigation claims.
Many of you are familiar with the Sherman Ware story represented by Natalie Jackson who once again hired Ryan Julison to leverage Weiner.   But fewer might be familiar with the Pine Hills black barber shop, Strictly Skillz story and subsequent lawsuit.   August 2011
From the article:

Brian Berry, whose Strictly Skillz barbershop on North Pine Hills Road was targeted in the raids by deputies and the Department of Business & Professional Regulation almost a year ago, will hold a community day on Saturday.
Soon after a Sentinel report exposing the raids, Berry his intentions to sue. On Saturday, Berry and attorney Natalie Jackson will address the media, and give details of the barbershop’s next legal move.
According to spokesman Ryan Julison, Saturday morning event will also feature refreshments and entertainment. School supplies will be distributed on first-come, first-serve basis.   (article)

Quid pro quo (kwid proh kwoh) noun. – Latin for “something for something,” to identify what each party to an agreement expects from the other, sometimes called mutual consideration. Example of its use: “What is the quid pro quo for my entering into this deal?”
    +     +      =
So when you look at, or read, the nuanced and specifically worded articles flowing from the Orlando Sentinel, perhaps now you can see who is dictating the messaging.
Jeff Weiner might be completing the keystrokes.  However, the dictation he’s transcribing is directly from the voice of the originating narrative designer and Media Consultant,  Ryan Julison.

*Note*  As of this writing Ryan Julison has now deleted the “LinkedIn profile” he used to scrub his connections.
*Note 2 * Multiple “Deputy” Treeper Tips contributed to the assembly of this update.
