It’s been a tough week for the Left. If they didn’t have enough trouble controlling their Weiner issues…now they’ve been driven to literal incontinence by Sarah Palin. Just try Googling “Sarah Palin is scary”, and you’ll get almost seven million results! Proof the leftists are soiling themselves in abject terror over the possiblily of a Palin run.

Sarah Palin’s been busy teaching her fellow Republicans a thing or two about how to create media “buzz”. After politely declining an invitation to the New Hampshire Primary Debate set for June 13th, and eating breakfast and talking with the locals at the Golden Egg Restaurant in Portsmouh NH, Sarah once again boarded her tour bus–or as the boys at CBS like to refer to it….the harrowing caravan of death.
Let me make one thing perfectly clear. The police have been escorting Palin’s tour bus throughout each city she visits, however, they are in no way responsible for the media chaos that follows them. The poor victimized media it would seem, are forced to follow
the tour by speeding, tailgating, cutting off other cars, blasting through roundabouts, and passing on the right in order to keep up. They say they have no other choice. (Apparently not receiving an itemized schedule will absolve you of all guilt regarding the obeyance of traffic laws and public safety.) Hey, it must be tough keeping up with a large and colorfully painted bus that’s not exactly speedy and decorated with the American flag! (more…)

As day five of the One Nation tour concludes, we find the meme of Sarah the stupid somehow shifting to one of Sarah the publicity hound. She’s “crazy brilliant” in her manipuplative use of the press to further her need for attention. Perhaps the press now realize how completely stupid they made themselves look with their inane tales of aggrievement? Perhaps not. Many papers have gone so far as to relegate their Palin coverage to the entertainment section. You see, she’s not a ‘real’ candidate, she knows frighteningly little about policy matters, however, she sure knows the tricks of celebrity. One paper goes so far as to cast Sarah and her daughter Piper as a pair of conniving grifters promoting Mommie Dearest at the expense of a childhood education. (more…)

(NBC NY) — You couldn’t miss it, the big Star of David hanging around Sarah Palin’s neck as she toured the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on Wednesday.
NBC New York asked Palin about the significance just as she boarded her bus outside Fox Newschannel to head off to Boston.
“Today is the 44th anniversary of Jerusalem being reunited,” she said. “We want to call attention to that.”
The pendant is in every photo she took with fans and supporters and can be seen in every sound-bite captured by television crews. (more…)
The media, ever striving to frame the dialogue in as disparaging and dismissive of terms as possible, has rebranded the “One Nation” tour as the “Counterintuitive Secret Publicity Bus Tour”. These pampered paparazzi, so used to having their every whim catered to with assigned seats on airplanes, free meals and transportation to pre-announced events, have seen their world turned upside down. They know they need Palin more than she needs them. So, ever hungry for ratings, and ever eager to please their network bosses, they are forced to reluctantly follow in her exhaust. Why…it’s journalism’s equivalent to the Trail of Tears! I’ll admit it. I haven’t had this much enjoyment since hearing the Supreme Court rule on Bush v. Gore in 2000. (more…)
