Arresting someone because they are “not black” is just as racist as not arresting someone because they are black.

Every Day The media looks more and more insufferably inept. You don’t charge someone with a crime unless you think you can convict them, that’s basic prosecutorial ethics. If the evidence isn’t good enough to use at the trial, it’s not good enough to use to arrest.
Throughout the past few weeks more new facts surrounding Trayvon Martin have been discovered thanks to the New Media doing the work the Institutional Lame Stream Legacy Media intentionally refuses to do. Simultaneously we discover how many lies and falsehoods are continuing. Today’s updates include:

• CNN Backs Away and now confirms the intelligible audio from the 911 recording was not a racist slur.  George Zimmerman said “fucking cold”.
• Robert Zimmerman shares that police and officials have phone records from George Zimmerman showing he was going shopping on the night in question.
• Trayvon family attorney Ben Crump exposes the real agenda, money.

In short. This is perhaps the biggest national racial event since Rodney King. It is also shaping up to be the biggest media driven false public story since Richard Jewell. (CBS News) — Vice President Joe Biden said Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” gun laws will be a topic of debate in light of the controversy surrounding the shooting of Trayvon Martin.

“It’s important that people be put in a position where their Second Amendment rights are protected, but that they also don’t, as a consequence of the laws, unintendedly put themselves in harm’s way,” Biden told anchor Bob Schieffer in an interview to air on “Face the Nation” on Sunday. (more…)

Sometimes I question intelligence.  Not yours, but the intelligence of the Pravdaesque media.   Do they really think we are that naive?  Skip that, it’s rhetorical. 
In a recap of the stupidest “analysis” I have ever heard about a story, here is some of the most insufferably ridiculous pretzel logic analysis sold by CNN and FOX today as professional.  We begin with CNN:
On CNN anchor Don Lemon’s commentary today – he hosted several segments about Trayvon Martin and “expert analysis” of the story.
In one segment his expert said that Trayvon was treated by paramedics on the scene for 8 minutes and declared dead. Subsequently she concludes by looking at the arrival time of George Zimmerman to the police station, minus the travel time there, Zimmerman could only have been medically treated by EMS for a total of 7 minutes.
This flawed, cognitively dissonant and pretzel logic analysis, went on for over 15 minutes.
REALLY?   Ever heard of treating two victims at the same time?  Ever heard of two different EMS units being dispatched simultaneously?  Perhaps the Fire Dept paramedics and also an Ambulance (Emergency Medical Service)?    DUH!! (more…)

This is a prime example of why our founders did not establish a “Democracy” as our form of governance (more after article).  The actual facts are not yet even known in the Trayvon Martin case, and the insufferable progs move to pass legislation in response.

First ABC began backing down.  Now, less than 24 hours later it’s NBC’s turn.  In two stories, both attached to the Trayvon Martin Case, NBC needs to walk back from their prior reporting:
In the first story NBC is forced to admit that George Zimmerman DID actually have a severe cut and swelling on his head consistent with his statements to police.   The stolen and leaked ABC tape was selectively and intentionally manipulated.

SUMMARY of Content: In summary we now know that Trayvon Martin was not the innocent 17-year-old (junior year) High School kid portrayed by the media as: a football player, a volunteer mentor, a math loving student, and loving respectful child, who was serving a five day ten day suspension for tardiness. It’s beginning to all make sense as it comes together.  When Al Sharpton was hired by MSNBC just about everyone was scratching their head trying to figure out why.  If you look at the decision merely from  a historical -Walter Cronkite qualification- reference, it made no sense at all.   But if you look at the decision from a -Jerimiah Wright qualifications- reference, it makes perfect sense.
The latest declaration from Al Sharpton takes us even closer to understanding the “bigger picture”.  Today Sharpton announces:  He Will Call For An Escalation In Civil Disobedience Until Zimmerman Is Arrested.

He still works for MSNBC.   THINK ABOUT IT.

Since we posted this initial thread exposing the manipulation by ABC news in their stolen “expose'” video, the Sanford Police Department has released the “official” copy of the same surviellance footage from the CCTV system from the police station.   The official versions carry the “Sanford Police Department” stamp in the upper right corner.
However, various media outlets are not NOTIFYING viewers when they scrub the stolen footage and replace with the “official” footage.  More evidence of the media manipulation.  *As a note in the “official” footage a “butterfly bandage” is clearly visible on the bridge of the nose of George Zimmerman.*….. /SD
Oh what a tangled web is weaved…..

A police surveillance video obtained by ABC news shows George Zimmerman’s arrival at the police station following the Trayvon Martin shooting.  It is being used by people, and manipulated by the media in an apparent attempt to bolster their case that Trayvon did not attack Zimmerman.
Watching the video many Trayvon advocates, and those with a vested interest in selling the Trayvon family story, are saying the video is damning to Zimmerman because they cannot make out any significant injuries to his face or back of his head.
However, there is something more evident, and far more damning, in the video than most observers are focusing on. A BFD (I’ll explain after the video).

This is insufferably upsetting… I previously shared the story of Carter Strange HERE.
Now it appears his attackers will NOT be charged with “Hate Crimes”, even though I cannot find a distinction in such brutality being defined as “hate”, but I guess I must digress… ugh, ugh, ugh... (WisTV – SC)COLUMBIA, – Prosecutors say the brutal beating of a teenager last week in Columbia’s Five Points doesn’t appear to have been racially motivated, but the U.S. attorney is still reviewing the case.
Fifth Circuit Solicitor Dan Johnson, who will prosecute the eight people charged with attacking 18-year-old Carter Strange on June 20 before leaving him for dead, said no evidence suggests the beating was racially motivated other than the race of the people involved.
