Arresting someone because they are “not black” is just as racist as arresting someone because they are black.

Another installment in our soup to nuts deconstruction of the lies and obfuscations by the legacy media, and a host of opportunists, in the Trayvon Martin case. Along with what verified fact based information we can gather.
Every Day The media looks more and more insufferably inept. You don’t charge someone with a crime unless you think you can convict them, that’s basic prosecutorial ethics. 
Throughout the past few weeks more new facts surrounding Trayvon Martin have been discovered thanks to the New Media doing the work the Institutional Lame Stream Legacy Media intentionally refuses to do. Simultaneously we discover how many lies and falsehoods are continuing. Today’s updates include:

• George Zimmerman charged with 2nd Degree Murder and the Special Prosecutor presents the “probable cause affidavit” with considerable controversy.
• The Trial Judge Judge Jessica Recksiedler (aged 39) is randomly selected to hear the case;  But may need to recuse herself.
• New video from the night of the shooting surfaces.
• New video highlighting Tracy Martin saying the screaming voice on the 911 call was NOT Trayvon.
• New “extended version video” of “Trayvon’s Fight Club” is found.
• Further evidence of the financial motivation for arrest/prosecution.
• Considerable weighted evidence of politically based motive for prosecutorial decision to charge.  Prosecutor Angela Corey in the spotlight for re-election.

In short. This is perhaps the biggest national racial event since Rodney King. It is also shaping up to be the biggest media driven false public story since Richard Jewell. Air Force 1, Colombia, Cigars, Hookers, Angry wives;….. “Yeah, that Barack sure knows how to deliver a “war on women”….
Oh snap, it gets way worse.  Reports now about how the story came out.  Apparently the Secret Service did not pay all the hookers properly, so the Colombian authorities went to the State Department for reimbursement.  The Hillary Clinton State Dept then contacted the Secret Service for confirmation before they released the funds.
You just knew there was gonna be a connection to a Clinton when you hear POTUS and Hookers in the same sentence.  😀
Update #2 in addition to the 12 Secret Service agents there are now 5 additional military personnell have been confined to quarters in the hotel.  Up to 11 prostitutes were engaged in various sex parties.  The SS guys were sent back to the U.S. Thursday.  
COLOMBIA — The U.S. Secret Service is investigating allegations of misconduct by agents who had been sent to Cartagena, Colombia, to provide security for President Obama’s trip to a summit that began there Friday.

Edwin Donovan, an agency spokesman, said that an unspecified number of agents have been recalled and replaced with others, stressing that Obama’s security has not been compromised because of the change. Obama arrived in Cartagena on Friday afternoon for this weekend’s Summit of the Americas, a gathering of 33 of the hemisphere’s 35 leaders to discuss economic policy and trade. (more…)

One of the biggest challenges for President Obama, and his team’s strategy for relection, is most apparent when various fragments of the leftist base are presented with a situation which puts them in opposition to each other.

Such is the case with President Obama’s positioning regarding the Trayvon Martin case.  As an outcome to his opportunistic positioning team Obama have to balance the ideological voting base of Hispanics in conjunction to Blacks.   The advocacy against George Zimmerman has created a tenuous position for team Obama. President Barack Obama will not be commenting further on the Trayvon Martin case, the White House said Wednesday as the Associated Press reported that charges were being filed against the teenager’s killer, George Zimmerman. (more…)

Let there be no doubt that “racial division” is a strategic election approach being instituted intentionally by team Obama.  In the same way the institutional race-baiting statists of Sharpton, Jackson and Jealous are dependent on division so too is the specific intent of President Obama’s re-election narrative.

“Categories of being”, or “boxes of distinction”, are critical to the advancement of a divided and, according to the goal, motivated electorate.  Women, minorities, Hispanics, blacks, class warfare and haves vs. have-nots are central components of a micro-managed election process.
Many professional talking heads look historically at the success of Karl Rove and Lee Atwater in dissecting the electorate using methodical drill down statistical analysis in his district-by-district presidential map.  Atwater and Rove became masters of using emotional wedge issues to drive electoral success.   However, the team Obama crew have taken that approach to new levels of divisive anxiety. (CBS News) — Vice President Joe Biden said Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” gun laws will be a topic of debate in light of the controversy surrounding the shooting of Trayvon Martin.

“It’s important that people be put in a position where their Second Amendment rights are protected, but that they also don’t, as a consequence of the laws, unintendedly put themselves in harm’s way,” Biden told anchor Bob Schieffer in an interview to air on “Face the Nation” on Sunday. (more…)

Now it appears his attackers will NOT be charged with “Hate Crimes”, even though I cannot find a distinction in such brutality being defined as “hate”, but I guess I must digress… ugh, ugh, ugh... (WisTV – SC)COLUMBIA, – Prosecutors say the brutal beating of a teenager last week in Columbia’s Five Points doesn’t appear to have been racially motivated, but the U.S. attorney is still reviewing the case.
Fifth Circuit Solicitor Dan Johnson, who will prosecute the eight people charged with attacking 18-year-old Carter Strange on June 20 before leaving him for dead, said no evidence suggests the beating was racially motivated other than the race of the people involved. Strange is white; the eight suspects are black. (more…)

Derrick Bell was a former professor at Harvard University and is seen in this video (below) delivering remarks on race at a Harvard book fair in 2002.    Bell describes what he believes as “permanent embedded racism” in the United States that can never be removed.

(Breitbart) — Earlier today, Buzzfeed’s Ben Smith announced on Twitter that video researcher Andrew Kaczynski had released “the mysterious Harvard/Obama/race video that the Breitbart folks have been talking about.”
The video, which Kaczynski says was “licensed from a Boston television station,” shows a young Barack Obama leading a protest at Harvard Law School on behalf of Prof. Derrick Bell, a radical academic tied to Jeremiah Wright–about whom we will be releasing significant information in the coming hours.
However, the video has been selectively edited–either by the Boston television station or by Buzzfeed itself. Over the course of the day, Breitbart.com will be releasing additional footage that has been hidden by Obama’s allies in the mainstream media and academia.

A newly discovered video tape shows President Obama delivering a speech about Professor Derrick Bell who was the originator of the radical “Critical Race Theory” and who Obama aligned himself with while he was a student at Harvard.
