My two cents are that the Ukranian and Israelite Wars were a big part of our defeat.

As long as he wins by 2.6%, PAxton will win. Of election day results, Paxton is winning those votes nearly 3 to 1

I had no idea that the state legislature had voted to mess up our absentee ballot by mail mailing date. In the past, all mail-in ballots had to be received at the elections administration office by what otherwise would be the normal close of business — 5pm. It looks like that deadline has been extended. You can trust the Texas legislature never to quite get things right.
Anyway, we had over 7 million ballots cast by mail and in early voting. The numbers so far for Texas largely reflect early voting results.
