Tsk, tsk Tusk…
PM Donald Tusk has just sent police to storm Constitutional Tribunal building in Warsaw in the middle of the night.
Tusk waited until President Karol Nawrocki left the country before ordering the police takeover.
Nawrocki was halfway to Senegal when he abruptly turned his plane around and rushed back to Poland to confront the unfolding crisis.
The EU, which backs Donald Tusk, has STILL NOT issued a statement on this unprecedented crisis or condemned the attempted coup.
Reminder – Tusk was installed by the EU election shenanigans.
The actual Polish President (Musk is the PM) arrived back and says, not so fast Mr. Globalist…
Polish President Karol Nawrocki just went INSIDE the country’s highest constitutional court and told the pro-EU tyrants to SHOVE IT, they are NOT the legitimate judges and their takeover is DONE
“You are not judges of the Constitutional Tribunal!”
This is the elected President of Poland personally standing up to an attempted takeover of the country’s top constitutional court.
INCREDIBLE!!
Donald Tusk’s camp tried to declare the Tribunal’s leadership “suspended” and sent police to the building. Nawrocki flew home and walked right inside, and he is not backing down.
Go get ’em, Mr. President!
Sounds like something the ever more totalitarian Dumbocrats would try to pull…and in fact have talked about doing (the coup part).
Basically a constitutional crisis brought about by an attempted coup. The question is which way will the military lean?
For everyone asking what’s happening in Poland tonight, here are the key points:
1. The Constitutional Tribunal’s leadership has been challenged.
Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska issued orders suspending Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski and Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański from their duties for one month. She claims authority to take over the Tribunal’s leadership as its most senior judge.
2. Why did she do this?
Korwin-Piotrowska accuses the existing leadership of obstructing the work of judges elected by the current parliamentary majority, violating judicial procedures and preventing the proper functioning of the Tribunal. She also raised concerns about the court’s 2027 budget.
3. The Tribunal rejects the orders.
Its existing leadership says the official website was illegally taken over and insists that Święczkowski remains president. The legality of Korwin-Piotrowska’s decisions is disputed.
4. Police entered the building.
Following the announcement, demonstrators gathered outside the Tribunal. Tensions escalated, with some people reportedly climbing over the fence and throwing objects at police officers. Police intervened and several people were detained.
5. Why is this Tribunal so important?
The Constitutional Tribunal determines whether laws and other legal acts comply with Poland’s Constitution. Its decisions can affect legislation, government actions and the country’s entire legal system. Control over its leadership therefore has major constitutional and political significance.
6. This conflict has been building for months.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s government and President Karol Nawrocki have been locked in a dispute over the Tribunal’s composition. Nawrocki refused to swear in three judges elected by parliament, while the Tribunal’s existing leadership refused to allow judges appointed by the current parliamentary majority to take their seats.
Tusk’s government does not recognise the Tribunal’s legitimacy and has refused to publish some of its rulings, citing controversial judicial appointments made under the previous PiS government.
7. Political reactions are escalating.
PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński called on President Nawrocki to intervene, accusing Tusk’s government of turning Poland into a police state. Nawrocki cancelled his trip to Senegal and announced that he is returning to Poland.
Tusk, meanwhile, says restoring the rule of law is a difficult but necessary process.
The situation is still developing. Both sides dispute the legality of the actions taken, and the legal authority behind the latest orders remains unresolved.
Poland is now facing one of its most serious institutional confrontations in recent years. What happens next will depend on whether the two sides can resolve this dispute through legal and constitutional channels or whether the standoff escalates further. For now, Warsaw remains at the centre of a crisis that could have far-reaching consequences for the country’s institutions and political future.

FURTHER UPDATE: Following his return to Poland, President Karol Nawrocki is expected to meet with First President of the Supreme Court Zbigniew Kapiński, who heads the country’s Supreme Court and represents its judicial leadership.
After 21:00, Kapiński issued a strongly worded statement expressing his indignation and opposition to the actions taken against the Constitutional Tribunal.
He specifically criticised the deployment of police officers to the Tribunal, the reported obstruction of the Vice-President’s access to the building and the issuance of orders suspending the Tribunal’s president and vice-president from their duties.
Kapiński warned that police officers must not become instruments for restricting the activities of constitutional institutions, adding that the ability of senior state officials to perform their duties must not be determined by the use or threat of force.
Note – the police did NOT enter the building itself, but did form a cordon outside.

This very much reminds me of the Dumbocrats self-stated plans to try to declare the government “illegitimate” in spite of it being duly elected…
You are illegitimate – No you are!

Going too far with Tusk.

The Dutch shut down the refinery – Americans are opening it back up…big plus.
DoJ and FB1 active in Alaska against the attempted election ruse…and it sounds like the investigation may be nationwide.

Thousands of Poles are defending the Constitutional Tribunal at midnight. Tusk’s left-liberal government forcibly take over the Constitutional Tribunal useing police.
Tusk intends to appoint his right-hand man—a government minister—as a judge there. Never before in Poland has a sitting government minister become a “judge” directly from the cabinet.
This individual cannot assume the role because the Polish Constitution requires first the taking of an oath before the President of the Republic. The President refused to administer the oath because the candidate failed to demonstrate that he met the necessary criteria—specifically regarding independence and the requirement of ten years of legal practice.
This is yet another move by Tusk—following the unlawful removal of independent judges from hearing cases, the abolition of the random judge-assignment system, and the illegal takeover of the prosecutor’s office and the media—that is turning Poland into a dictatorship

That’s a lot to be happening all at once, don’t you think?
And the USA is having midterm elections next week.
You know, if I was a conspiracy-minded type I might be connecting some dots here. 🧐
