If this proposed legislation is actually written as described … it is a do NOTHING BS gaslighting Bill.
How does the State Department “prove” that a pregnant tourist is traveling to the US for the purpose of a “birthright delivery”??
The legislation defining a VISA must state that the recipient of a US VISA of ANY TYPE acknowledges that if the pregnant tourist delivers a baby in US Territory … the baby DOES NOT qualify to be a US citizen automatically. Furthermore, a VISA also needs to read that if a foreign national in the US illegally or even legally conceives a child and delivers the child in US Territory, the baby DOES NOT qualify to become a US Citizen automatically.
The VISA only permits the the mother and the unborn child legal status to be inside US Territory .. period
