Since when do the judges dictate to the DoJ? They need to stay in their lane. They can suggest, but the DoJ doesn’t have to listen to them, especially these activist leftist judges.
Judges staying in their lane is becoming an ancient memory. Today there are few lanes, and where the lanes exist, they aligned more politically than constitutionally, or so it seems.
They wouldn’t be successful if the administration started to push back and not obey their rulings. These judges have no business trying to object to the govt and its work. I get it that PTrump wants to show he is about obeying the laws and the courts, but these cases are not about the laws and all about stopping politically the Trump administration. Force them to do something and then call them out for their stepping ‘out of their lanes.’
It has to be ALL about Law & Order. The ones with the biggest gun scenario won’t unify a nation. At the end of this insanity, everything must withstand the litmus test of Constitutional Republic Law… Or it won’t stand. we need a unified Nation under Laws.

The legislation defining a VISA must state that the recipient of a US VISA of ANY TYPE acknowledges that if the pregnant tourist delivers a baby in US Territory … the baby DOES NOT qualify to be a US citizen automatically. Furthermore, a VISA also needs to read that if a foreign national in the US illegally or even legally conceives a child and delivers the child in US Territory, the baby DOES NOT qualify to become a US Citizen automatically.
The VISA only permits the the mother and the unborn child legal status to be inside US Territory .. period
That bill does nothing for the millions of illegals who don’t even have a VISA.

The European Commission is sounding quite sanguine about the diesel situation. EU experts see oil supply “stable for the time being — albeit at high prices for diesel and jet fuel.” Officials in Brussels seem to believe they US won’t go ahead with a diesel export ban.
“The [Trump] administration is discussing a lot of options and I don’t want to get ahead of anybody, but it is a fact that the Europeans have a lot of diesel reserves,” Interior Secretary Doug Burgum told reporters at an event in Washington on Tuesday.
The EU is run by female climate change lunatics who want to completely outlaw gasoline and diesel fuel so the Iran Conflict works in favor of their agenda.
It’s also one of several reasons why the EU wants a war with Russia.
Even if the EU chooses to release any fuel from their reserves … what price will be charged for the fuel? Release does not automatically mean a lower price, especially if it was placed in reserve at already high cost..
The EU thinks it has finally caught PDJT and have the upper hand here. Let’s see what the next move is. Hopefully it’s a good one because Oct is here and the election is beginning with early voting.
