Many are saying “Trump coulda or shoulda” or “If Trump woulda” comments. What spare energy or priorities did you see him wasting at any point in this presidential term? Who do you want as president instead of Donald Trump? Are you supporting the MAGA/constitutional platform or tearing it down? Or weakening it by criticizing and undermining the president?
Every conservative person giving negative comments toward Donald Trump needs to do a quick and thorough self assessment of their own character, their own work ethic, their own commitment to this country and to this president. Ask yourself, what projects or activities am I doing myself that are bringing this country in line with the principles of our Creator and the constitution of this republic?
Let us quit worrying about our reputation and be like Marco Rubio — support the man and lay down your life daily alongside him — first for the Lord, then for this great Nation that God has blessed us with through the sacrifice of others.
None of the negative armchair quarterbacks can name one person who could have accomplished what Donald Trump has — at any level. That is not emotion driven speculation — that is reasoned tabulation and reviewing data constantly
Our government is a constitutional republic. We the People have the power. We are not using it. I daresay none of us are using our power and resources for the sake of this country like Donald Trump is.
The signers of the Declaration pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor for this country. Which one of us here wants to step forward and show a greater commitment to this country by those measures — than Donald J Trump?
I still say our president fights harder and more consistently and tirelessly against 10 times more resistance than any other president. — to a miraculous degree.
If each of us in the 81+ million conservative population of this nation will give one tenth of the effort they spend criticizing him, and put that effort toward supporting MAGA and President Trump — with a willingness to respond to the pushback, then we will have unstoppable growth, morale, and productivity in this nation.

Organizations whose ideologies often align with Brotherhood aims have been able to exert disproportionate influence both within Muslim communities and across Canadian institutional and political spheres.
The MFEN has also sought to redefine workplace norms through the dissemination of guidance materials, including a “Managers’ Guide to Supporting Muslim Employees.” This document challenges established professional conventions by discouraging handshakes—on the grounds that “physical contact between sexes unless married or closely related is forbidden in Islam”—and advising managers that Islam “teaches there is only one Allah.”
“Muslims have five obligatory prayers a day,” the MFEN writes. “Sometimes up to three of the five prayers occur during a 9 am to 5 pm workday. Prayers must be performed within their allocated time periods which vary day to day.” Prayer breaks “can typically take between 10 to 15 minutes.” Beyond cultural accommodation, the MFEN has lobbied for amendments to the Employment Equity Act to designate Muslims as a protected group akin to Indigenous Canadians, but a government task force rejected the request.
Internal email records indicate that Elghawaby actively pressured federal managers to adopt measures aligned with the MFEN’s demands, despite Muslims comprising about 2% of the federal workforce. A “Strategic Plan” circulated by Elghawaby’s office proposed extending taxpayer funding to the MFEN.
Additional Access to Information records reveal that Elghawaby’s office circulated an undated memo, titled “Championing Inclusion,” that expanded the definition of Islamophobia beyond overt discrimination.
The memo asserted that the “spectrum of Islamophobia” includes not only explicit racism but also “failure to accommodate,” specifically citing “employer refusal to adapt its policies, rules and practices to provide Muslim employees with equal opportunities to perform their jobs.”
Elghawaby further lobbied ministers and senior national security and intelligence officials, including former Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc and Canadian Security Intelligence Service Director Dan Rogers, to prioritize combating Islamophobia.
In 2015, Marc Lebuis, director of Point de Bascule—a Canadian research organization that monitors and publishes material on Islamist networks and ideology testified before a Senate national security committee. In his testimony, Lebuis warned the committee about the Brotherhood’s attempt to infiltrate the judiciary, stating,
“In the early 2000s, Jamal Badawi, a senior leader of the Muslim Brotherhood operating in Canada, said that at the present stage, Muslims should agree to become judges and officials in Canada, even though the country is not governed by sharia or Islamic law. He declared that once they become judges and government officials, they should take advantage of their position of influence to stop applying current national legal provisions that are incompatible with sharia law.” Badawi’s institutional significance in the Brotherhood’s North American infrastructure was confirmed in the aforementioned “Explanatory Memorandum.”

As a Canadian of Scots ancestry with a couple of hundred years in North America I now believe that Canada is beyond help. Argentina’s Javier Milei walked into the United Nations and told the bureaucrats sitting before him exactly what he thought of them. He said the organization had become “useless” and existed to support what he called a caste of “fatally arrogant parasites” masquerading as well-intentioned bureaucrats. Whether one agrees with Milei’s rhetoric or not, this was not the normal diplomatic garbage where politicians congratulate one another, read speeches written by committees, and then fly home while accomplishing absolutely nothing. He attacked the fundamental question nobody inside these institutions ever wants to discuss: who gave unelected international bureaucracies the authority to dictate how people should live?
Milei went directly after the COVID lockdowns, and this is where his speech will certainly infuriate the establishment. He accused organizations operating under the UN system of placing themselves above scientific evidence and national sovereignty while promoting forced lockdowns around the world. His description was brutal: “a global experiment in social control disguised as science.” He pointed to the destruction of employment, children’s education, access to medical care, and the ability of families even to say goodbye to dying relatives. Milei went further and characterized the resulting avoidable deaths as “genocide.”
The lockdown era demonstrated just how quickly governments will surrender individual liberty when bureaucrats declare an emergency. Businesses that people spent their entire lives building were ordered closed. Children were removed from classrooms. People were prevented from visiting dying parents and grandparents. Governments decided which businesses were “essential,” which jobs mattered, where people could travel, whether they could leave their homes, and in some countries even how far they could walk. Politicians who had never created a business in their lives suddenly possessed the authority to destroy one with the stroke of a pen.
Governments shut down productive capacity and then tried to replace lost income by creating money and borrowing on a scale previously reserved for war. They disrupted supply chains while simultaneously flooding economies with liquidity and then acted astonished when inflation exploded afterward. You cannot order people not to produce, manufacture, travel, or work normally while creating trillions in new purchasing power and expect the economic system to remain unchanged. The bill was merely postponed, and the public paid it through inflation, higher government debt, lost education, damaged businesses, and years of economic distortion.
This is the part Milei understands because Argentina knows better than almost any nation what happens when government believes there is no limit to its authority over the economy. Bureaucrats always insist that this time is different. They never surrender authority voluntarily when the emergency ends because bureaucracy behaves exactly like every other organism where the first objective becomes its own survival.
Milei broadened that criticism beyond COVID. He attacked Agenda 2030, environmental extremism, migration policy, economic regulation, and international institutions attempting to impose political objectives upon sovereign nations. His argument was that when these policies fail, the bureaucracy does not disappear or apologize. It expands. Another conference is organized, another commission is created, another target is established twenty years into the future so that nobody currently responsible will ever be held accountable when it fails.
That is the fundamental problem with supranational government. You can throw your mayor out of office. You can vote against a governor, president, parliament, or congressman. Who exactly do you vote against at the United Nations? Who elected the bureaucrats designing global regulatory frameworks? They influence national governments while remaining several layers removed from the people who must actually live under the policies they promote. Accountability becomes so diluted that nobody is ever responsible for anything.
Milei also attacked efforts to impose global regulation on artificial intelligence, and this may ultimately prove more important than his remarks about COVID. AI represents one of the greatest productivity revolutions of our lifetime. Every government bureaucrat already sees something entirely different. They see something to license, regulate, tax, restrict, and control. Milei pledged that Argentina would instead attempt to place itself at the forefront of AI development. Whether his government succeeds remains to be seen, but the competition itself is unavoidable. Nations that strangle AI development because bureaucrats fear technological change risk watching investment, engineers, companies, and intellectual capital migrate elsewhere.
Milei walked into the United Nations and said out loud what plenty have wanted to say directly to its face. He did not bow or pretend that another room full of bureaucrats somehow possesses the wisdom to manage eight billion human beings. He called them “fatally arrogant parasites” and accused the institution of becoming absolutely useless. Stop trying to regulate how people work, travel, produce energy, use technology, run their businesses, and live their lives from glass castles where nobody ever seems personally accountable when the grand experiment fails. COVID demonstrated how quickly emergency powers can swallow individual liberty, and Milei’s warning is that the same mentality is now migrating into climate policy, economic regulation, migration, and artificial intelligence.
Whatever one thinks of his language or politics, there was something unmistakably different about watching a head of state stand inside the institution itself and tell its leadership that the world does not belong to them. Nations are not laboratory experiments, citizens are not livestock to be managed, and freedom does not exist at the pleasure of some international bureaucracy. Milei did not go there asking these institutions to control the world a little more efficiently. He went there telling them to get their hands off it.

…the e bike riders are becoming a problem…many have pedals…but speed along fast, assisted by the ‘engine’. When dog walking in FL, I had a few, driven by adults, come up behind me speeding fast, am sure more than the limit of 25. And they are quiet, you don’t hear them until they are very close. But they ‘have pedals’….its an alternative for those who have had their real driver’s license, confiscated.
And in IL, its no better…and the tweens, are the worst…and the local police will not ‘police’ the issue.

Rep. Jamie Raskin, who received a preemptive pardon from Biden, could lead a House probe in Trump’s pardons..
“In a segment titled “The Pardon Economy,” CBS reporter Lesley Stahl alleges that Trump has upended the way U.S. presidents have dispensed pardons for “100 years or more” by creating a “new system” that involves lobbyists and high-priced “pardon brokers.”
Although Stahl’s “60 Minutes” segment did not support its claim that Trump has created a unique new system for pardons, it is already prompting fresh partisan attacks against the president
Jamie Raskin will likely lead these investigations. Raskin told CBS News that pardons are “kind of an underground market because not everybody knows how to get to it.”
Stahl’s report suggests that Trump has replaced the normal order – in which pardons typically go through an apolitical review by the Justice Department’s Office of the Pardon Attorney– with a scheme that looks like “pay-to-play.” It has already led Democrats to vow they will investigate the issue if they retake the House in the November mid-term elections.
To situate Trump in this “pardon lobbyists” narrative, Stahl links the White House to two convicted con artists who claim close ties to Trump without disclosing one critical detail: There is no evidence the two have ever succeeded in getting anyone a pardon. While their efforts suggest that some in Washington may be trying to capitalize on the narrative about Trump’s alleged corruption – inspired, in part, by questionable pardons he has issued previously – “60 Minutes” offers no concrete proof connecting the administration to these money-making schemes.
Stahl’s report also ignored the long history of wrongdoers paying exorbitant fees for lobbyists to get their pardons viewed by the Oval Office – most famously Bill Clinton’s brother, Roger, and Hillary’s brothers, Hugh and Tony Rodham.
Although Stahl’s report quotes Trump officials denying her claims, a DOJ official who was outraged by her “misleading” report provided RealClearInvestigations with documents showing that well-connected D.C. insiders are routinely involved in the pardon process.
CBS News failed to report, however, that one of the people who benefited from this underground market was Raskin himself, who Biden pardoned along with Liz Cheney on his final day in office.”

My own opinion on the subject is I always liked the way the movie “Soylent Green” handled it. They put you in a room, gave you the drink, you watched you favorite nature scene, with your favorite color while listening to your favorite music and in 20 minutes you were gone.
