For no particular reason, I would like to point out that “convict, lunatic, idiot, or person unable to take care of himself or herself” accurately describes a disturbing number of members of a major U.S. political party, which shall remain nameless since this is a family blog, but I’m just saying.
That crystal-clear 1882 language offended snowflakes, so over time, they sanded it down. The law’s wording —but not its intended effect— was ‘updated’ over the years till its most modern form in 1996, which, for a variety of bad reasons, went largely unenforced until Trump 1.0. When Trump tried to bring it back into effective service in 2019, Democrat lawsuits blocked him, SCOTUS finally lifted the injunctions, and it ran for a short period. Then, in 2022, President Autopen issued a replacement rule basically ordering immigration officers to ignore it again. (Don’t tell the “No Kings” crowd, it will only confuse them.)
One of the greatest differences between Trump 1.0 and Trump 2.0 is that, during the first term, the President got almost no help from Republicans or the public, who were distracted by RussiaGate, serial impeachments, and mean tweets shaped like squirrels.

All you do is throw snarks (as if you’ve read it) There were many firsthand stories of people in the towers, some of which we phone calls to family members while everything were happening. The people who saw those who jumped from where the top of the buildings were belching black smoke. Those who saw on TV firsthand, the thousands of incidents that were real and personal. And there are those who after the fact spun stories. And many who helped; yet to this day, nobody know who they were until they were interviewed on TV as to what really happened. But only a few. They don’t write books about it. There are zillions of these witnessing videos in all the above categories.
Here is one guy who according to his expertise wrote the article; which I shared. I did not comment on what I know or don’t know.
And those who think like I do, have done some pretty good homework as to the facts of what happened, what they saw, etc. I have not made any comment as to what I thought about the article but would like to point out it is not the writer’s piece or the credibility of the writer that is being refuted/commented on here after I shared it.

The DOJ needs to do a sting operation by randomly seeding the rolls in red & blue precincts with fictitious, but controlled and monitored REGISTRATIONS and see if and where they get converted into “votes”. Then start working backwards with the fraudulent votes to their source where possible and start arresting people. If none of the fictitious registrations are converted into votes, then no harm, no foul. I’m with you. There are a lot of things missing from that Post article. The guy sounds like a deadbeat. I have a neighbor like that. Refuses to pay the HOA fee, which isn’t much, and doesn’t have trash pickup. So they sneak around and put their trash in other people’s barrels. I wish our HOA would foreclose on them.
He owed $977 -once he was back on his feet, he offered to make payments towards the delinquency in addition to keeping current and they refused. His penalties and interest didn’t even come close to the $8k they BOUGHT the property for when THEY foreclosed on it.
There is also a law in his state that said this was not allowed.
I saw no request for a donation in that article.
