I don’t comment much on this website, but I’ve been following for years. My daughter Lee Ann passed away12 years ago today. She was 24. Cancer. If you can find it in your heart to pray for her today I would greatly appreciate it.

You are in my prayers.
It violates the natural order of things for parents to have to bury their children. I cannot imagine your grief.
May God comfort you.

My son had lung cancer at 26 (burn pits of Afghanistan) and survived after the second round of radiation at levels exceeding the allowable level by a factor of 2 or 3 (he had to sign a wavier).
I buried a husband. Can’t imaging burying a child. Praying for you, too.

In an effort to get away from the horror being discussed this eve on the latest post..
My grandson’s soccer team won tonight. Good, Glad. But soccer?
I played full contact football without protective gear on the playground through 7th grade. The teachers and some parents tried to stop us but we persisted through bloody noses and scratches and scrapes and a fracture or two.
We tested ourselves against hurt and pain and competition..that’s what males do and need to do…..and we learned to press on and press on through.
Betcha the lib teachers in today’s schools would have a full blown Karen nuclear meltdown and call in the law. Ha!
Gives a whole new perspective on how important strong righteous women are doesn’t it.
