Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.
Day 227 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius. History is being made in the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2026.

Yep…that was what we did in SE PA. And for those slides we’d take a sheet of wax paper and on a hot summer day add some speed to the fun. And those monkey bars. Oh those monkey bars!
Here in Texas, because of air conditioning they think they can have year round school with no problem. The reality is teachers, parents, grandparents and children are standing outside in 103 degrees plus waiting for children to be picked up to go home.

Speed is of the essence in childhood!
On the highest hills with a sled, sliding down the coal culm banks, slippery meadow hills on cardboard, bikes down the long winding downhill roads, running round the baseball field, ice skating across the lakes; all the speed you could muster. Yes, the longest, fastest, sliding board was pure joy.
On the roads in a car were a different story, watching the speedometer was a given, except on the back dirt roads. Then it was kickin’ up the dirt with a burnout. I could only do donuts in the right conditions of snow in the church parking lot; my husband taught me. It was a winter highlight when I’d ask my kids, ‘want to go to the Church parking lot?’
Oh, speed is not one of my enjoyments now a days. Watching the greats running, biking, etc.

An old broom handle and a tennis ball is what we used most of the time! There no batting cages, no clinics on how to swing a baseball bat, no videos to watch, no experienced baseball coaches most were WWII veterans. It was different we played baseball because it was fun and if we won that was great! Now winning is everything it seems? JMO

My dad painted both a four-square spot on the street in front of our house and then our friend’s dad across the street came out and painted the bases for softball on on the street too, and we had bike races where we put up saw horses on each end of the street when we were serious about whatever game we were playing.

The danger of hydrochloric acid is much higher if you get in on your skin, your eyes or breath the fumes.

I worked in power plants and did boiler water, turbine water and waste water testing, hydrochloric acid was a common testing agent.
Muriatic acid is still quite dangerous. If thrown on someone in undiluted form, it can cause burns, but it also can be systemically absorbed into your body. Not good.
We use it to clean quartz crystal clusters and other minerals and agates.
Old timers didn’t use much protection. Now, I wear a full face respirator with acid/gas cartridges and acid resistant nitrile gloves. It will eat your clothes, so chemical resistant work clothes are needed.
Only use with great care and high volume ventilation.
You can buy it at the hardware store in a light variety called Muriatic acid.

San Diego County confronts fresh round of sex-abuse claims by former youth
The abuse claims, which landed in San Diego federal court last week, come as the county departments of Probation and of Child and Family Well-Being already are confronting similar lawsuits from hundreds of other former residents of juvenile halls, temporary shelters and foster care facilities.
The wave of litigation was prompted by state legislation enacted in 2019 that temporarily reopened the statute of limitations for sexual assault litigation against public agencies to allow plaintiffs under 40 years of age to pursue civil cases.
School districts, county governments and other public agencies across San Diego County and the state say they are being overwhelmed with a flood of abuse lawsuits — many difficult to defend because the allegations are from decades ago. Some officials also accuse plaintiffs’ attorneys of capitalizing on the state law as a money grab for big settlements and attorneys’ fees.
It has also spawned an insurance crisis for those agencies, and even agencies that aren’t directly getting sued, as the influx of cases inflates insurance costs overall. Agencies are also often being forced to pay for the resulting case settlements out of their own general funds because their insurance is limited in scope.
San Diego County is not alone in confronting lawsuits alleging sexual abuse decades ago by government employees. Los Angeles County last year agreed to a $4 billion legal settlement to victims of abuse in that jurisdiction.
If you open the floodgates for claims that are too old to be proven, then a flood is exactly what you’re gonna get. Duh.
If a woman claims that the President sexually molested her, but can’t remember where or when. If you treat her seriously, you make a mockery of yourself. A laughingstock. (“TDS” is not a crime …)

First of all, “mid-terms” are part of the Constitutional design. Every President, including Washington, has had to deal with it. The CinC cannot allow politics to influence his supreme-command decisions. (But he can fight back against the election fraud that he knows will happen, just as Senator Thune is fighting to preserve it.)
Iran has been a “tar pit” for 47 years. No one was willing to take these people on, until Israel and the USA finally did. Now, other neighbors are grudgingly also participating. Trump is pursuing unconventional strategies in order to save lives. Knowing that “mass killing” is something his enemy understands very well, and also knowing that they are kamikaze.
He is running the show, at the top of a team of military command experts and tens of thousands of trained, lethal fighters. He is not allowing the Mullahs to exercise the advantages they were used to having. They’re not going to get “48” years, but they haven’t accepted that yet. Iran is going to wake up from this nightmare of terror.
Don’t need lecture on Constitution. Could have waited until after the midterms. We’re in a war at home: our own government, Muslims, Communists, Democrats. America First. Lose House his agenda is stalled. More $ for war against Iran? No. Lose Senate too and he’s gone.

ALL of it is “overreach.” The Judiciary is not a member of the Executive Branch, nor the Legislative.
The SCOTUS has already said that its jurisdiction extends very strictly to the case before it. It does not have the power to “extend” it to the entire nation. Neither Congress nor the President has to secure Judicial approval or permission.
These judges simply continue to ignore it. It is quite proper to do what Presidents Jackson and Lincoln did, and ignore THEM. “They have made their ruling. Now, let them enforce it.”

Apple is a monopoly. Its operating system is closed. It does not allow any significant interoperability. Key applications are closed and proprietary (e.g. iMessage). It controls the app market by forcing apps to use its APIs. It collects data from all apps and all owner communication/data. It can update any software at will.
Apple is a business not a charity or NGO. Try renting space in major shopping mall like Simons and see if let you have the space for free because charging for the space would be a monopoly?

can anyone explain to me how these district court judges keep doing nationwide injunctions like the latest one on another birthright citizenship EO even though district court judges are already barred from doing them by the supreme court? i don’t get it. PDJT then has to go all the way up the line every time instead of just ignoring them. something very wrong with this picture.
