The best way through this is to define viewpoints, not people, because people will shift as they change position and velocity in Trump gravity.

Trump is Jupiter moving through the asteroid belt. He is going to pull people into his orbit.
A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.
I am ON the Trump Train for good, even if I scream that I want off and can’t take it. In the end, I only want to scream “TOO MUCH WINNING!!!”

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

One of the promises for praying the rosary is that Mary will crush the head of the serpent. That gentle lady will crush the head of the serpent. Saying “Hallelujah” in advance of prayers answered!
The first video is of all 20 mysteries of the rosary – Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful and Glorious – if you want to pray all of the mysteries – the second video is of the traditional rosary said for each day, which is the usual thing that people do which takes about 20 minutes (at home and in churches where the rosary is hopefully still said every day) – as today is Tuesday, the Sorrowful Mysteries are remembered.

Good morning America, how are ya?
Just back from the “Northwoods” of Wisconsin, spent a long weekend at a cabin near the Loon Capital of America.
While sitting at the lakeshore, I heard one lone loon call, far off in the distance as the fog swirled on the lake surface. While out fishing, we saw a loon swimming off in the distance, but no calls heard.
Travels on windy roads, one stays off them around dusk to dawn. The deer are plentiful and on the roads. We saw a mom and her baby grazing, across the lake (Lake of the Falls).
The people up there, the ‘natives’ were friendly and sincerely ‘warm’.
The leaves were starting to change color up there…Fall is coming!
My grandson informed me that Wisconsin no longer has its ‘native’ trees…that they had been lumber used, wiped out, for the rest of America. Many of the forests along the roads, now, in mid day, a semi cloudy day…the trees were so close together (the replants)…it was literally dark like dusk…a flashlitght would have been needed if walking in the woods.
And clean…absolutely no trash or garbage on the grounds, anywhere in the Northwoods. Visitors respect nature and the natives do as well.
“Mad Dog Jakes”, is an ice cream shop where my Grandson works in Boulder Junction…its closing today, for the season… .we stopped in yesterday, and the ice cream flavors were awesome….I recommend “The Exhausted Parent” flavor, LOL. The honest to goodness natural ice cream.
Most of the summer tourists had departed…so it was a peaceful weekend…
I highly recommend the location…..no fish to be caught by us, too small, so catch and release.

Most restaurants have a very limited schedule once tourist season ends. And several close entirely. Local population is small. Teens return to school after Labor Day. HUGE labor shortage. But owners make enough in the summer to get by. Few are here to get rich. Most permanent residents are here for the fishing and hunting lifestyle.

Schools in Wisconsin start after Labor Day mostly.

Shucks! Our local public school system here in the Piedmont, NC area use to always start after Labor Day. Then in the past 15 years they have started earlier and earlier.
This year the first day of school for students was August 10th! But the last day is May 21st, 2027, 2 weeks before old calendar.
We started week 3 yesterday. Sigh.
The little towns, the beauty of the beauty…absolutely no, zero zip nada corporate type stores. All local mom and pop types until one gets further south on 51, I saw an Auto Zone and Walgreens….only the gas stations…and a lot of them were mom and pops…too.
I am conflicted by Trump trying to SAVE Hollywood. Hollywood is so corrupt and anti-MAGA, …. I guess I thought it is good it is failing.

I just had a GREAT and very interesting meeting with my Hollywood Ambassador and Movie Legend, Jon Voight! He is a fantastic man who loves our Country, and feels strongly about the Motion Picture and Television Industry. He hates what’s happened to it! It is being dissipated in its entirety. It has moved to Canada, and other Countries, with very little work being done anymore in the United States. Hollywood is a Complete and Total Disaster! Despite the name, it is getting very little work. There is no incentive to be there, and it is hurting California very badly. Jon, and many others in the Industry, are suggesting we do Federal Tax Incentives in order to Make our Movie and Television Production Business GREAT AGAIN, perhaps GREATER THAN EVER BEFORE! The amount of money spent on Tax Incentives will be made up tenfold by the money pouring into the Treasury’s coffers. Meetings are being set up with the Leaders of both Parties in order to get this done. It should be Bipartisan, especially since so much money is being lost in California, and other largely Blue States. I am going to suggest that Republicans and Democrats get together, and immediately craft Legislation to save the Movie, Television, and Entertainment Business in America. Congress should approve, immediately, a Federal Production Incentive to create Entertainment Jobs in America. It can be done quickly, accurately, efficiently and, importantly, will benefit ALL of America. I knew a guy that worked for a trucking company back in the 80’s and 90’s. His only job was to fly to abandoned trucks that truck drivers had walked off the job in disgust and drive them back home.

Some many years ago, there was a problem in IL, with eastern European truck drivers…not too far from me…one rolled over onto a minivan…a family, mom and dad, several children…it was the same thing…IL was in trouble for the fake training and CDL’s back then…happened not too far from me…
Someone will have to foot the bill for young people to get a license.
Cost for a physical, license and each endorsement can add up to a sizable amount of up-front cash.

Interesting read. I started with Westinghouse in 1991 building electric motors in a large manufacturing plant located in Central TX. We went thru the downfall of Westinghouse in the mid 90’s and the sale of our business sector to a Taiwan company. In the end, it worked out well for us. I’m still here and we produce some of the largest, highly engineered electric motors in the world………and our nuclear motor line is booming. Some amazing products are still Made in America!!!

Just a heads up, Cactus — There might be a wee bit of misunderstanding or confusion with all federal judges vs district court judges in your post.
There are currently 677 Federal District Court judges. And that includes 3 territory District Court judges that are article I (limited year appointments), while the rest are Article III judges(life time appointments).
So I’m not sure where the 1,457 figure comes from, but possibly by counting all Federal Judges from the Supreme Court all the way down to Federal District Court Magistrates(currently 567) that have 8 year terms. That would total close to the 1,457 figure that was quoted. But we’ve had District Court Magistrate Judges since 1968, 24 years before the 1992-2024 dates cited in the article.
Course, the ABA has a long tradition of–shall we say– ‘an interesting way’ of presenting facts and figures!
Questions:
If flock cameras are primarily privately owned and leased by municipalities:
1) Who “deputized” them?
2) If they’re leased, what kind of transferrence of liability is that in law enforcement?
3) How are they calibrated for accuracy and who does the calibration, how often?
4) If one is contesting the photo… are they contesting law enforcements legitimacy in using a third party image? Or the image creator itself who may have an error in download or data storage?
In the former company I worked at, we had an issue with Speedway fuel station fueling cards (Fleetcor) where reefer truck information was uploaded to our account from all over the country, including Hawaii. We only worked 5 counties in central Indiana and owned no refrigerated trucks. It’s was thousands of dollars… thousands… and we fought for years as those were clearly not our trucks.
5) How can we be sure our photos match the proper date, time, and speeds? And not an error in download?
One deputy here in Indiana was found to access the flock data over 2200 times stalking a particular plate number with no due process.

Published literature confirms people go psychotic from toxicity of many different psych drugs. Iatrogenesis, same like Vx injury… organism damage or death.
I would not be surprised by tragedy sooner or later there.

I know there are people who are addicted to either the patent (pHARMa) drug(s) OR the belief they “need the drugs”.
Psychiatry denies their drugs are “addictive” – but they don’t dispute they create “dependence”;

I’m all in on data centers, they have everything of mine already. Retina scans at the eye doctor, face photos at the medical center, all my card numbers, bank acct. info, my heir’s information, what model car I have and how many miles I drive and when and where I get fuel.. They have my DNA. I expect a clone to meet me at the front door any moment. I hope there will be some remuneration on the backend and a job somewhere for a young 19 y/o I know.

There is an old Carnegie library (used now for civic events) in a small town in South Georgia. Beautiful federal style building. Built in 1913 when the town had 3,000 people.
I’m sure many are still around in small towns.
By the way, on the 1980 off shoring of jobs, 1980-1990, the town went from 10k to 8600 people. There was a time this little town, where we have property, had 40 industries. It was a hub of RV manufacturing. Lots of textile factories. Now there are maybe 3 industries.
I was raised in a small PA Town in Southwest PA … Beaver Falls of about 15,000 at the time and now about 9,000. There were Dale Carnegie Libraries and other facilities along with a Henry J Kaiser Community supporting his cement factory. There were also family units build in the adjoining boroughs of West Mayfield and Paterson Heights for factory workers.

Empty Babcock-Wilcox tubular steel products factory (this placed pioneered seamless steel tubes needed by the Navy and few others)
Torn down Cork-Works Factory (now part of Geneva College Campus)
Ex-Kaiser Cement Factory
Empty Ingrich Steel Company (the pioneered armor plate manufacturing methods)
… and few other Ex-Industrial Works
I know the feeling well as I watched these places close up and people move away before I left to go to the service.
