What you are never told is that Citizens of each of the over 3,000 Counties in the United States have the right to petition a local judge to empanel a Common Law Grand Jury – No matter what Unconstitutional constraints the States think they have enacted or how much they lie to us, or ridicule us, or scare us, to convince us we do not have this Constitutional Right – it is ours and just imagine, for a moment, the true power that grants us.

Sundance keeps pointing out that these various declassifications really don’t expose much more that already known by people like Sundance. On the other hand, a lot of people haven’t been exposed to what Sundance has uncovered over the years. Sure, I don’t like all the “breaking news” headlines. However, this IS declassifying FBI internal documents that just straight say in black and white what has been deciphered in the past. It all seems to me to be continuing to prep the public for some kind of attempted prosecution for the ongoing seditious conspiracy., and ongoing coup that Tulsi Gabberd communicated. People can say “we already knew that” about any one of these documents, but it seems to still be good to declassify them and release them to the public.
I agree, it is useful, but it is only one step in processing truth. It’s sets the stage for justice, but when actual justice fails to respond, then what?
fatigue occurs. We have heard this all before. We already know the truth and those who are presumably in a position of authority to take action and then do not, then what?
we’ve seen this movie before. As you point out, revealing the truth is vital…but that is only step one. exposure does not mean anything without consequence and accountability.
we are stuck in a perverse relationship with the central state. WE KNOW THEY KNOW THAT WE KNOW THAT MANY CRIMES HAVE IN FACT BEEN COMMITTED.
so we are stuck in step one. the truth has been established. But that is NOT justice. That part is missing.
will justice be served? will these criminal face consequence?
that IS the question. And at this point there are no reasons to believe we reach that step.
and that leaves only options that most people find uncomfortable. Because they fear doing so, will be awful.
but is it? really?
what is worse? the bank robbers who steal all the money, or the armed security guard who witnesses the crime, knows the names but decides to go take a smoke break and then complains no one ever did anything to stop the crime, complains no one is hunting down the criminals?
we can blame all sort of people and reasons….but we know justice will never be served and these criminals will keep all the money. Because Gotham decided it can’t produce a set of balls. Gotham demands justice but doesn’t want to participate in doing any of it themselves. They demand a batman, but there isn’t a dark knight. They fear taking responsibility and putting it on the line themselves. Cowards.

On the other hand …. To be fair he could publicly ask for an accounting of ALL his referrals as well as put pressure on Johnson to legislate solutions …. but what are those solutions, if not laws that already exist … see not on referrals to DoJ.

the main stream maniac channels is by far the worst way to report deep investigative journalism. It’s important to remember that. It’s too short of a format. AND the narratives are favored compared to evidentiary facts.
It’s very simple to understand. Here is a good point to remember:
there has never been a single “breaking news” exposure to corruption that has ever resulted in a criminal prosecution. It is a place where heresay, gossip and rumor is sold for political points and for money (ad revenue…we’ll be right back after the pharma, insurance companies, gold, and health food companies sell you product).
it’s the business model that is the problem AND the format.
I could be less skeptical of its usefulness if it could be shown that actual court cases were produced and initiated by some hard hitting facts and evidence in a the modern media/cable. But it never can be that. It’s innuendo compared to what is permitted and is successful in making criminal complaints. It is very rare for a court judge and jury to be shown media clips to support arguments. Unless there is a case of slander. In which case, yes, for instance, the President OUR CHAMPION, is making his OPINION known about some woman from 30 years ago, who climbed out of some ditch to allege sexual harassment…just before an election…or some woman who does the same with a supreme court judge confirmation hearing (twice that I know of, Thomas and cavanugh)…..then yes, the judge will allow these media clips to be used as evidence of slander and even potentially rape.
this is the world we live in.
so this goes beyond just Rino’s and the uniparty. the media acts and behaves just like a limited hangout operations. every single day.
eventually, you hear it over and over until it becomes fatigue. And it’s palpable to read in these comments. We ALL want a pound of flesh….we KNOW crimes were committed. Yet, nothing ever happens.
Here are the facts….the facts that the media will not report.. because there is no way to monetize. If you report facts that can be used in a court or law…that ends the game. The story is over. You sold the ending. Media does not behave that way. politicos KNOW this also. They move right up to the edge of making extraordinary claims of evidence and putting together solid legal cases, because they need to ride on the tension of these stories. It provides them with the veneer of doing something…passionate and energetic.
Here are the uncomfortable facts:
there are no reasons to believe any serious investigation and prosecutions will happen. And how would I know this?
it’s a simple resource and filing question.
lets remember durham to give a very good example of what to expect. He had 9 (nine) attorneys assigned to him. That’s it. 9 people who you are led to believe were going to thoroughly investigate and then begin grand jury hearings to determine the truth and the criminal conspiracy of about 1300 people (this is my estimate of the true number of people that would be required to coordinate the criminal conspiracies to defraud elections.). 9 people are going to do that?
so you see the problem very early on. This isn’t going anywhere. Durham prosecuted one dude who doctored an official document….he got a hand slap…forced termination from the FBI. Still has his law license. Oh yeah, and another dude who was prosecuted because he parked in durham’s spot. I am NOT making any of this up.
Now, lets compare to recent “investigations”. A 80 plus year old man is at the helm guiding the criminal conspiracy investigations. He has 12 people…maybe more. And I think there are two court filings. One was withdrawn. That leaves one. And there is only one target.
set your expectations accordingly.
now what is the answer? What makes the buck stop, and where? How will truth be made known and justice served?
street justice. When the system fails THE PEOPLE, they are harmed over and over and over and there is no serious attempts to justice…then what? Just let it go. I don’t think so.
The seriously of these crimes cannot be put into terms that most people really truly understand. They are primary offenses against the very basis upon which our society MUST HAVE IN ORDER TO FUNCTION.
stealing power to influence the outcome of an election is one of the most treasonous crimes a person can commit. Organize that crime and it becomes far more dangerous. It undermines everything this society MUST have in order to function.
So, it will be the street. And it will be televised. And it will be brutal and there will be not a single person alive who will not understand AT THAT MOMENT the reasons why.
I do not wish this to happen, but it will. It will because truth is more than just some philosophical object. Truth finds justice. More to the point, God approves truth. It is probably the most important idea that a human can understand when respecting and obeying God. Learn the truth. Live in the truth. And when you are harmed and false truths are organized, then justice must be demonstrated.
This is what I believe. It is not a radical idea. Yes, some might get uneasy and uncomfortable.
but let me ask a simple question:
how has it been so far relying on other people to set things right?
