Anyone else seeing big ads inside each article here? I use Brave but still getting ads.
I use Brave …so far no articles.
I use Malwarebytes and finally installed their Browser Guard option and that has blocked all the ads;
which is a definite reminder to donate to help cover the costs to keep this last refuge tree well watered since ad revenues are one way many sites use to keep the doors open.

President Trump will issue a well timed national security EO to protect the midterms. A public EO and a classified EO.
Courts have historically granted the President significantly greater latitude when executive orders involve national security, often applying a deferential standard of review that limits judicial oversight.
The EO will be more effective than any watered down SAVE America Act slop the compromised and corrupt Congress would pass. After the midterms, with a more representative new Congress, we and PDJT push for a permanent SAVE America Act with teeth.
I expect PDJT to turn the Congressional failure into a win.
Needs to be a Declaration of the Act not EO. One can be challenged in court the other can not.

If you’re betting on the judiciary to back Pres. Trump then you’re on shaky ground based on the last few years. They won’t even ok him building a brand new, excellent structure, paid for with both public and private dollars, for the WH.
The courts are the last place to rely on for good decisions involving Pres Trump and we the people.

Congress really hates us…especially the ‘forgotten men and women’.
Ends its effectiveness for the midterms even if passed later. They did it on purpose with Thune leading the way. Direct flip off of the American people who overwhelmingly wanted it passed. Their own interests took first place ahead of those who elected them.
Time to primary every one of these clowns and dump them when their turn to be re elected comes up. Collins should be first but since there’s no one else to vote for we are stuck with her. Pressure her into voting FOR the people while she is seated in the Senate. Make it an obsession to go after her and her voting record.
To not have a fair, honest and meaningful election system in the USA is an abomination and every citizen of voting age should be outraged at what the Senate just did. Thune basically told Pres. Trump to mind his own business and get lost. He told all of us the same thing.
Jimmy Carter with his aw-shucks Sunday school teacher nonsense, so much of what we’re dealing with, can be laid at his feet. His actions were the fulcrum that began the overt destruction of the foundations of the USA. I don’t believe he was an evil genius, but a willing dupe.
He used the “malaise” of the 70’s with the end of Vietnam, Watergate, upheaval of society with the youth as the battering ram. This in conjunction with the Peanut, many organizations were created and others blossomed.
The groundwork was laid with LBJ, Nixon, Ford, again most if not all was to the detriment of the USA, kill JFK, Vietnam escalates, The Great Society, Immigration Act of 1965, The Warren Court finds mythical writings in our Constitution, the ERA, EPA, Drug Wars, the last vestige of the Gold Standard were ended etc.
Everything had been corrupted; education, sports, entertainment/NEWS, the family etc, nothing was sacred. Jesus Christ the Prince of Peace became a punchline. Everything we were screaming about could be found, you know Peace & Love are in His words and His sacrifice.

He was sold as the culmination of the 60’s efforts to deliver us in the 70’s to their Marxist utopia aka hell. Shoot, even the Allman Brothers fully supported him.

He exacerbated the Oil crisis, odd-even fill up times for Americans, dropped the speed limit to 55, literally created a Misery Index, reset our home thermostats in winter, 65 during the day 55 at night, summer AC @ 78, blanket amnesty for draft dodgers and 60’s radicals who all went into the University System. The deposing of the Shah, replaced with Ayatollah Khomeini, the stupid Iran hostage crisis and constant War in the ME et al.
Now take an imaginary eraser and erase those two paragraphs, where would we be?
To me this body of work was to be the death knell of the USA and the West. Look at this list and whip it on the next 50 years since 1976. The lines are visible if you look.

In defense of Carter, at least he thought he was doing it for the right reason. He was misguided but he was certainly not corrupt like today’s politicians.

But for me, when you look at that body of work it seems to have an overarching theme that ties in seamlessly with the horror show we’ve all experienced.
The Community Reinvestment Act to the 2008 collapse, FISA links up with The Patriot Act, the hostage crisis endless war in the Mid East, Congressional oversight replaced by the IG, the life long untouchable bureaucrat like Lois Lerner (I_RS), Tony Fauci (NIH) with their SES safety in place.

Is it possible that Mr. Carney doesn’t understand that one of President Trump’s goals is to get the aluminum manufacturing processes returned to the United States instead of relying on foreign producers especially given the mining roundtable and fact sheet the White House published yesterday about bringing back not only mining but processing, refining and manufacturing basic materials back to the U.S?
