The Governor of New York has the legal authority to remove the Mayor of New York City.
The governor’s power to remove a public officer is derived from the New York State Constitution, Article 13, §§ 5 and 13(a)-(b). Public Officers Law § 33 codifies this power with respect to municipal mayors and police commissioners only. The New York City Charter § 9 affirms this power with respect to the mayor of New York City.
There are few precedents for the exercise of this power.
In 1900, Republican Governor Theodore Roosevelt removed the elected district attorney of New York County, Asa Bird Gardiner, on charges of “interfering with deputies of the Attorney General in presentation of election cases to the Grand Jury and the prosecution thereof.”
In 1932, Democrat Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt held hearings to remove NYC Mayor Jimmy Walker, in the famous Tammany Hall case.
To remove the mayor, the governor must serve them with formal written charges and provide an opportunity for the mayor to defend themselves in a hearing.
The governor also has the power to suspend the mayor for up to 30 days while the charges are pending.
Is it possible to remove the commie mayor of NYC in 2027?

Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman has officially been chosen as the Republican candidate for New York governor ……. and if he wins he will be Governor in January, 2027.
He is MAGA / America First.
I believe he has been endorsed by President Trump.
If he wins, no doubt, his ability to Save NYC from the communists, by removing the commie mayor, will come “front and center.”

Bruce Blakeman is my County Executive in Nassau County, Long Island. You are right, he is 100% MAGA and the best County Executive we have ever had here. We would hate to lose him, but we will all vote for him to beat the rotten communist who is in there now.
If he wins I would expect him to be very aggressive with the NYC commies. Bruce is an ardent anti-communist and an America First patriot, and if he can remove the commie mayor legally, I’m sure he’d do it. As governor, I’m confident he will work against them in any way he can. Bruce needs to be the next governor of NY.

I think Rubio doesn’t have core beliefs. His concern is advancing his career. He clearly used to think that going along with McConnell and the GOPe was in his best interests. After watching developments since President Trump came onto the scene, he sees that America First is the only way he’ll get anywhere now. Which is fine as long as you understand what he’s really about. By that I mean, he’ll work to advance America First interests as long as he thinks it politically beneficial. I suspect there are quite a few senators like him. When we get more MAGA people in the Senate, those senators will join with MAGA like Rubio already has.
The ability and doing are two different things.

There is a side to MAGA that honestly makes me feel that a few people think the G stands for Goofy.
They keep inventing ridiculous plots to how Trump will overcome, and then start blowing Hopium in others faces to marshal people in support of wishful but useless thinking.
(I used the word marshal on purpose. So many of these Plots involve US Marshalls.)
Think about what this plot entails. A BALSY Republican Governor. Who gets up in the Commie’s face.
What are the chances that any NY Governor will be Republican, balsy or not?
And how many people can win a head to head verbal confrontation with that commie? Especially one filtered by NY media?
If you really want this to happen, start convincing the Dems that Hochul could use this to save the Democrat Party. But that is also difficult. So far Hochul has played enabler and doormat.
Also, state the specific crime. A valid criminal allegation laid against him would do worlds of good.
Now, even after Trump’s election speech, siting all sorts of proof we knew foreigners were meddling in our elections, I’m still waiting for Maduro to realize he has a ‘get out of jail free’ card. Surely he will prove to the world how Venezuela controls US elections. All the MAGA have assured me this would happen. Right up until it didn’t.
Well, at least there is a past history behind this one. Both Governors Roosevelt successfully used it to help climb to the Presidency. All that taking control via military tribunal stuff was just creepy. And stupid too. The military was in on the coups.
So, so, so many Keep MAGA Goofy schemes keep getting pushed.
So, so much Hopium is wafting in the air.
And always a strong disconnect between the Great things Trump and MAGA are doing and winning, and the hopium addled Goofyness that keeps getting manufactured for our consumption and substituted for the real thing.
Unfortunately, this has succeeded, in a different way, just recently. J6 was a full on coup which was lead by of all kinds of segments of and people in our govt. operating together. Starting with Pelosi and Schumer okaying it and helping with the planning to make sure the investigating of the votes in certain states did not happen before votes were certified.
Once Trump called for the rally in DC asking for the certification to be delayed, the Dems cooked up and implemented their plan to stop it. They made sure it happened by placing instigators and FBI under their control into the crowd. MAGA was not violent until they received fire from the security forces on the Capitol grounds. Why did that happen? We all know. Has any of it been proven yet? Yes but unfortunately, there has been no action to bring the evidence out to the people and to arrest those in charge of the coup.
So to say something this involved couldn’t happen because too many people would have to be in on it is denying what was done to crush Pres. Trump and MAGA with the incident called J6. Even the committee chosen by Pelosi afterward, a committee of her choices, so wrongfully set up, conspired to do this, to put a final blow onto the Americans who attended J6 as was their right and crush them as I said. The democrats, establishment rinos and their financial backers wanted us never to try to oppose their will again.
We didn’t capitulate and PDJT came back. If we have learned anything from the enemy it is Never say something can’t be done.
I’m down. J6 was literally the conclusion of a coup. Coups are put down with public executions.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
Day 183 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius. History is being made in the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2026.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.

The project, known as “CAIR Plaza,” is designed to generate rental income for CAIR-linked entities for decades. According to the investigation, the foreign source of the financing does not appear in the nonprofit’s public tax filings.
Current federal rules may not require foreign loans and sharia-compliant financing arrangements to be publicly disclosed.
That raises a serious question: How much foreign government-backed money is flowing into American organizations through disclosure loopholes?

I am having quite a day. So much SILENCE all around me.
I feel uncomfortable being in a silent room. Nothing.
When I was young, I would turn on some type of distraction, so I wouldn’t have to deal with the SILENCE.
BE SILENT and listen to GOD. (going from listening to the noise of distraction … to SILENCE has to be practiced… over days, months, years, decades … “come on GOD … talk … it is too quiet in here”.
BE SILENT … I know it’s hard … how much do YOU want to hang out with GOD ALMIGHTY. (Speak LORD … please say something … anything … it’s too quiet in here.). I am really sharing in comic way … the TRUTH with YOU. Be SILENT … and in only Silence … GOD will commune with you.
Children should be SILENT in the presence of PARENT ? Your teenagers have a hard time doing that!!!!!? :). I have the same problem with MY CHILDREN … too. 🙂

The bedrock of liberalism (communism, socialism, whatever people want to call it), is deception and lies. It’s not just telling little lies, it’s telling big lies all the time over and over. If you get busted lying, never admit you lied and double and triple down on the lies. As the old saying goes, “lie with boldness and confidence”. When you have an entire media complex propping-up the lies, it can be very effective. The USA is no different. The entire media complex here is a pile of never ending lies. Even FOX News is FOS much of the time, spinning and weaving and omitting.
