There are no confirmed reports on the subject matter of a national address announced by President Trump for Thursday at 9:00pm. However, there is speculation in/around DC that President Trump may reveal the outcome of an FBI investigation into the 2020 election system that took place in Fulton County, Georgia.
The rumor that President Trump may be outlining evidence of 2020 election fraud was enough to spontaneously trigger Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Vice-Chairman Mark Warner.

Let’s assume that Deep State IC operatives in the FBI and in the DNI know in good detail what specifically has been discovered in the election fraud investigations and have kept Senator Warner fully informed as to what has been found — the objective being to give him, his political allies, and his allies in the mainstream media time to build a persuasive narrative designed to dispute any and all evidence of election fraud which will be presented by PDJT and by others in the administration.

Even if Trump planned to talk about Georgia 2020, he should make the speech about something else. Make Warner look like a guilty idiot for outing himself, And leave him to squirm about Georgia 2020 a little longer. Get in a couple of jabs about “gee, what’s Warner so defensive about? Does he know something about Georgia 2020 that he’s not telling us?” Then, drop the evidence Or let someone from the DOJ and FBI hold a press release and drop the evidence.

This is pure speculation on my part but if the rumors are true and if he does cover election fraud, he might be doing it to explain and justify to the American public why he must now declare a “Presidential National Security Emergency for Elections.”
Wayne Allen Root at the Gateway pundit wrote about this a while back and called it the SAVE act on steroids and Congress and the courts can’t do anything. He also said the President was prepared to do this last year but was assured Congress would pass the act.

Maybe this is what Warner fears and is spinning it as Trump interfering in the mid-terms.

Slotkin also just admitted that if the SAVE America act was passed the rats wouldn’t win another election. So exactly what is she saying here? Either they are cheating (of course) or their voters are too ignorant to vote. Both look really bad.
