Nobody can make anybody love our country but we can make them jump through red white and blue hoops in order to stay.
Let’s start with English. I don’t have a problem with people speaking other languages but they need to pass some basic English training in order to reap the benefits of America.
Then we do Constitutional/culture training with teachers not part of the teachers union.
Lastly, wherever they settle, we do tours of American icons with history lessons and tests before anybody is granted legal residency. It would be a pre-citizenship training.
Much better chance of assimilation if people have the skills to be successful.

I was looking at the Accuweather forecast this morning and found it “kind of odd” that they had what looked to be a Red Bullseye over Washington, D.C. re the “heat dome.” Yes Washington, D.C. is very humid and hot for most of the summer. After all, it was built on a swamp. But My spidey hairs went up.
There are supposedly “humans” who can modify the weather for whatever purpose they hope to achieve. Today it was screw Donald Trump and the celebration of 250 years of our Independence and the fireworks show that was to be the biggest and best ever. Scr*w them and the demons they rode in on.
God Blesses America the citizens of it, and our President every day 24/7. Will be interesting to see if a storm really occurred in D. C. tonight.

As someone who has spent many summers on the East Coast in which late afternoon/evening thunderstorms are a routine occurrence, and which no one feels their life is threatened by, it seemed really odd that they suddenly wanted 375,000 people to evacuate the 4th of July celebrations on the National Mall because some storms were on the horizon. If it was just that the fireworks couldn’t go on in the rain they could have said so. I thought:
1. BS. This has nothing to do with weather. There is a credible terrorist threat & they don’t want people to panic, so they come up with this bogus reason to get people out of there.
2.The Leftist Communists who control the levers of power in DC are behind this, along with their Libtard weather people, and they are cancelling America’s 250th Birthday celebrations out of spite because that is the nasty power-mongering, people-hating, America-hating nature of their miserable personalities. And of course they have to catastrophize a routine thunderstorm into some kind of climatic disaster that the nanny state has to protect the people from in order to save their lives because they’re too stupid to know how to survive in a thunderstorm. Sickening IMO. What a perfect platform for them to drum beat their “Climate” agenda in front of a national, if not international audience. The insipid CSPAN Libtards have been crying all week long about the heat wave on the east coast being an indication that climate disaster is now upon us.
I’m relieved to know that our great POTUS put a stop to the Leftist birdbrains & kill-joys and demanded the celebrations and his speech go forward. As it turned out it was the very best show and fireworks I’ve seen in my lifetime. What a show! So much better than the usual formula show the Leftists put on year after year. It felt like a very, very small price to pay to our forefathers and all of our veterans to get drenched in the pouring rain and setoff fireworks for the folks at our neighborhood party. The kids were so excited as they thought the show would not go on BUT IT DID! It was one of our best fireworks displays yet with no worries of anything catching on fire. Started off as a drizzle after the winds finally calmed down but 10 minutes later the heavens unleashed again but we kept on shooting them off. At one point we had to stop as the fuses would keep going out. We pulled out the tarps and took a half hour break then back at it (still raining but not torrential) for the FINALE!
At 69 years young I don’t recall a more patriotic and fun Fourth of July than this one, not even the Bicentennial one.
I think our VERY STABLE GENIUS PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP has a lot to do with that feeling.
My neighborhood sounds like it’s under siege. Every day since the 1st more heavy artillery arrives! Easily triple a normal year, and I live in a patriotic area. Happy 250th Birthday America!
