In this video, DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin faces down the lies and manipulation of far-left representative Rosa DeLauro (D-CT). It’s likely that most of the attention is focused on DeLauro, but it’s actually House Sub-Committee Chairman Mark Amodei (U-NV) who becomes unhinged at the pushback from Secretary Mullin.
Nevada Republican Mark Amodei, drops all pretenses of representing principle-centered government, and continues to target a very righteous Mullin.
Secretary Mullin was not going to allow leftists in the subcommittee to lie about the efforts of DHS, Border Patrol and ICE agents in the protection of the children victimized by the Obama-Biden open border policies. However, Republican Amodei could not restrain himself from defending the open border, child trafficking and child rape that Mullin was angry about.

I’ve watched the entire hearing.
Mullen is remarkable – a true public servant. He’s loaded with facts and is totally committed to the mission.
DeLauro is simply an unhinged freak, who, when easily triggered, shoots off like a rocket into outer space. Its actually quite comical despite the level of cringe. She’s an embarrassment to Congress and the American people.
While Amodei (the Chair) may well be someone who needs to be primaried – I’ve never watched him before today – I saw someone who was in control of his hearing. I watch these hearings regularly, and he shut down the two crazed female Dims who just wanted to shriek and gaslight.
So I have to respectfully disagree with the assessment – just from what I saw today.
Amodei looks and acts like a dumb jock with a blood pressure or drinking problem. The Democrat lady is just a joke . She is central casting for a movie about witches. Purple hair? The rings of a fortune teller? Connecticut must be so proud.

Vegas resident here. Amodi’s district is Northern Nevada. From the California border at Reno, including Carson City, all the way west to the Utah border. There are a lot of MAGA folks along the I-80. Ranchers and mining. Not as much influence from the big casino money as in Las Vegas. I’m sure there is a MAGA representative at the State level that can primary Amodi in 2 years. It’s too late for this year.
And DeLauro is probably not radical enough for the super crazies winning primaries.
