…yet my opinion is that we have paid a terrible price for the reversal of racial gerrymandering in the nation. I think it was the crown jewel for JCT, the best Justice in my lifetime, and he will soon be walking over to the Oval Office, retirement letter in hand.
I truly hope I’m wrong. And yet, the unselfish part of me —albeit it shamefully small-also wishes Justice Thomas the very best quality years in his very well-deserved retirement.
Three decisions announced – all the major cases still remain….every week they delay makes me more concerned, especially regarding the birthright case!
Yes, they are stalling ’cause they know we won’t agree with their “decision”…
That is my assumption as well – they will wait till the very last day of term to announce the more controversial cases, which I expect to be 5-4 decisions, with Roberts, ACB, and /or Kavanagh siding with the Leftist Loons, and then they will disappear for the summer… 🤬

A few will get slung off into space, but most will come along for the ride of their lives.

Here is the game plan that the forces against Trump will be using for the foreseeable future.
They will attempt to get you to make the perfect the enemy of the good.
Be it the freedom clowns and spending, the immigration hawks with H1B visas, the peace doves with timing, the cultural warriors with total bans of DEI/CRT, the neocons with war fighting, or the swamp dwellers with draining the swamp.
All of them will attempt to get you to believe on whatever issue is the issue of the day that it doesn’t go far enough or do enough. They will try to make you think that some sub issue of that issue is more important and should be handled first, that since the issue hasn’t been handled yet it won’t be, that we can’t do more than one thing, that so and so is a plant to stop the draining of the swamp, or that because it wasn’t 100% Trump lied. On every single issue, one or more groups will attempt this strategy.
You can’t allow them that power over you. If Trump secures the border and deports 2 million, don’t allow them to reduce that good by them saying well he didn’t deport 2.5 million, so he failed or lied.
You can’t allow them to use the perfect to void out the good in the coming months.
They will try. They already have with the CR and the H1b visa debates. It works, that is why they use it. You have to keep it in the front of your head on everything about to occur that half a loaf or hopefully in most cases 7/8ths a loaf is better than no loaf.
Do not allow them to gaslight you into thinking the good is the enemy of the perfect.
In the real world, most things are never perfect, but if we try real hard, we can get plenty of good accomplished in the coming 4 years.
Day 143 of the 2nd year of the 2nd term of this very stable genius. History is being made in the kingdoms of this world in the year of our Lord 2026.
The purpose and goals of President Trump are plainly visible by his actions and consistent: He is for the benefit first of the common PEOPLE of this country, then of the PEOPLE in the rest of the world. It is validating, even to our battered conservative skepticism.
The methods of his leadership are amazing. I still don’t get HOW he does it, or HOW he is able to get so much momentum going, but every day the momentum is growing. Everyone and every organization has their eyes opened every day — just by watching him. Even those who hate him, are biased against him, and want to see him gone — cannot ignore him. He lives rent free in their head, and they come around to seeing the universal principles by which he is operating. He hammers actions based on truth from one direction, then another, and they cannot mount an organized opposition against him.
President Trump is transparent in his words and actions. He is consistent in what he says, what he does, and what he asks/demands of others. His promises are bold and he keeps them like no other president has. He continues to make massive, nearly overnight changes, not only in our country, but in the world. It is amazing that he is able to accomplish so much when there are so many snakes in the grass. This second term, he is weeding them out faster and choosing like-minded servants who multiply his effectiveness. No U.S. president has ever faced so much organized resistance and treason than President Trump
He has chosen to use his intellect and every skill he has to do what is right. He has tremendous faith that he can make a difference in this world. He has a confidence and courage such that he doesn’t care what others think, yet a humility to know he has to do it with the help of like minded people. Those people are the “common” people, and he ridicules those who think they are not common. He does not show humility before men, but his actions show humility before God.
He believes people are basically good. He believes that God is real. He believes that healthy people are happy people, and they need to be able to create wealth freely for their labor, and have the freedom to spend their money on what is good for them.
He believes the United States, with its Constitutional Republic, is the best environment in the world to enable and give opportunity for people to be happy and prosperous.
He believes that we can be a light for the world, but we must demand that the rest of the world respect us and our right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
He believes the enemy of our country are the stupid, greedy American people who have been selfishly taking advantage of this country; who betrayed the trust and obedience of its people; and who diverted the people’s wealth for their own selfish gain, at the expense of the principles of this country. He’s not going to allow that anymore. He is not afraid to call out our enemies.
He has cultivated and focused the family of MAGA. Identifying those people whose goodness, industriousness, trust, and obedience have been taken advantage of and abused. He has opened our eyes to this abuse, and to the rights of freedom and self determination that have been quietly stolen from us.
He has rekindled the same healthy distrust held by our founders of government and men with too much power. He has recultivated the desire to reclaim our freedoms and rights, and is empowering us with a hope and pathway to reclaim our spiritual and economic freedom.
He wants the US to be a light of hope on the hill for all people. He will negotiate win/win agreements with those nations and countries who respect us; who respect the principles and intent of our Constitution. If you do not respect us, however, we are not going to let you take advantage of our goodness, or share in our wealth at our expense. If you as a nation are treating your people badly, you are going to be treated less favorably by us, until you show that you value your people as much as we value ours. He believes that nations who treat their people well will also be good economic neighbors with us.
He is convincing those who are very wealthy (most of whom truly earned their money), that the best economic soil in which to build wealth is in a constitutional republic, which supports the ability of the common man to earn wealth in proportion to his efforts. The economic engine of the United States is the human spirit freed to enjoy the fruits of honest labor, and that engine has more natural and raw horsepower than any other governed economy.
The Trump Train seems to be remarkably aligned with universal principles of Truth, which reflect the will and design of our Creator, and are the best standard by which we should live. These same principles were what our country’s founders used to declare independence, and framed into the Constitution of this nation.
Our founders believed that a nation should preserve the right and freedom of an individual to seek, understand, and live by God’s principles. They believed that free individuals working together in humility would make a stronger nation than a government which dictates its will on the people. President Trump professes and seeks to lead and restore this nation back to these same principles.
These principles resonate deeply within all human beings, down to our DNA in every cell, in our spirits, and produce fruit that “miraculously” multiplies. Because we follow universal principles, we see the snowballing acceleration of momentum. Lord please bring your power and might in the daily working of this sacred Nation you gave us.
I’m seeing many on here in recent days advancing their theories about Iran and how PDJT is failing us and the MAGA cause. In all of your collective “wisdom” I find it most entertaining that none of you are able to grasp President Trump’s methods regarding geopolitics. The source of your impatience with his methods is directly proportional to your unwillingness to witness and accept what is happening. The chaos is intentional, not arbitrary. But I await your next wholly inaccurate fevered proclamations of failure with greatest intrigue. You know who you are, and your insincere commitment to this cause is glaring. Trump just made a truly shocking admission about Iran.

I have been back in the US for a little over two months and I still do not have a valid state ID. The great state of Texas would not accept the Birth Certificate that I presented them because it didn’t have a water mark/ raised stamp even though it was the exact same document that I sent to the State Department 15 years ago to get my passport. I was told on Monday that it may be another two months till I can get a new birth certificate so I can get an ID from DPS. My passport expired 4years ago and my Driver’s license expired 2 years ago. The vicious circle of needing an valid picture ID to get a new birth certificate and a valid birth certificate to receive a new ID has been beyond frustrating. I will be video conferencing with a representative from Vote Riders and Vital statistics later today to discuss what exactly I need to receive a new birth certificate. Of course I was able to register to vote without showing any ID. 🤔

The easiest work around for me was getting a new passport because it had expired. My birth certificate did not have a middle name, every single other piece of documentation I have had a middle name. It was a bother and more costly, but actually quite painless.
Having a current passport meant I could use that to get a ‘real ID’ driver’s lic.
I know a pilot. The FAA is very strict on the licensing and hours plus training. He has to have so many hours in a specified period like a quarter or something. Simulator time is mandatory.
So I agree, somewhere along the way someone in the Canadian agency messed up.
So what? All of the aircraft and passengers arrived safely. His “papers were NOT in order” but his skills were more than adequate. Most people would be shocked to know how many pilots in Alaska have NEVER had any license at all and yet are exceptional bush pilots.

I recently read Undaunted Courage by Stephen Ambrose which is a popular history of the Lewis and Clark expedition. In this current era of massive fraud and the lack of any sort of controls on federal disbursements (just hit “click and send” comrade!), I thought I would share a revealing antidote.

An appeal filing is almost automatic these days. What are the grounds for filing and what the judges decides will tell us if he actually gets another trial. The evidence doesn’t support an appeal so it would have to be a procedural flaw, and he will just get convicted twice. No person saying he was using self defense will ever get on that jury, be they black, white, yellow, red or purple.

Since the Ceasefire, April 7, the Path of Diplomacy with Iran has failed. The stakes are plain: if President Trump wins the war, he will be an international hero, and statues of him will be built all over the Middle East. If the president backs down, gas will hit $10/gal, his poll numbers will be in Carter territory, and the Democrats will pounce.
Why the ceasefire, when all military history says to pursue and destroy the defeated enemy at his weakest? Secretary Rubio had come out and said diplomacy could work, that we could achieve all of our objectives without ground forces, “without any.” So Rubio, Vance and Bessent went to work on talk, talk with Iran.
Now that the war has resumed, we notice the complexion of our allies has changed. On April 7, we heard talk that Turkey, under Recep Tayyip Erdogan, had vetoed a plan for Kurdish ground forces to invade Iran using weapons we had given them for the job. We also heard that Turkey and Pakistan had joined the Gulf Cooperation Council with the Arab kingdoms to provide security. Perhaps it was Erdogan, a NATO member, who was the proximate cause of the ceasefire. Then there is MBS, who for some reason withdrew permission for use of Saudi bases to implement Project Liberty.
Well, Tayyip the Vice-Grip Erdogan is now in open hostility with Israel, accusing it of destabilizing the entire Mediterranean, and Netanyahu is calling Erdogan a tyrant. So Erdogan’s permission is no longer necessary to resume the Iran War, as he has revealed himself opposed to our efforts. President Trump is now under no diplomatic constraint preventing him from continuing the war.

This is so sickening to read. The one thing that has to happen is the White Christians under attack in their own countries over there have to be supplied with arms and ammunition. Without arms, they cannot win. With arms, they can.
The White Christians in our own country have arms and ammunition, but do they have to will to use them? How many mosques have to be built here before people understand that these invaders have to be driven out of this country?
They cannot remain here and the United States survive at the same time. One will win and one will lose.

I believe the answer is yes. I think PDJT knows they have the Iranian mullahs by the balls and they’re going to use every ounce of leverage. You either live at their throat or their foot, so you might as well live at their throat. That’s all they understand.
And if they attack Kharg Island, they destroy their own oil tanks, pumps and loading piers. This will rapidly become intolerable with no oil money coming in to pay the IRGC.

Major Legal Developments This Week: A UFC Fight at the White House; an important legal change for the EEOC; and the Nebraska Tuition Ruling–
This week, we review a desperate lawsuit by liberal activists to stop the UFC event taking place on Sunday at the South Lawn of the White House….
Backed by a liberal public interest group, two activists have sued the Trump Administration, demanding a D.C. federal district court stop “UFC Freedom 250” which is to be held at the South Lawn of the White House on June 14, 2026.
In short, two activists allege the event, which will require temporary structures, violates federal law and National Park Service (NPS) Regulations. They also allege that the structures for the event cause them “aesthetic injury” by diminishing their “personal enjoyment, experience of beauty, and feelings of national pride.” They further claim that the event is “hideous” and “disgusting.”
The Trump Administration has filed this opposition to the plaintiffs’ temporary restraining order. It notes that the event has been planned for nearly a year but the plaintiffs chose to wait until the very last moment to try to shut the event down. It observed that site has been prepared and the temporary structure is in place to host more than 4,000 spectators on the South Lawn. Athletes have trained for months and will be traveling from all over the world to fight in this event. And yet all this planning could be dashed “by the whim of two people who believe they have superior taste and want to spoil the event for everyone else.”
The Trump Administration also observes that the plaintiffs lack standing to challenge the event because their only alleged injury is “aesthetic harm,” and D.C. Circuit case law provides that the “mere incidental viewership” of something objectionable is insufficient for standing. Moreover, the plaintiffs’ legal claims fail on the merits. The NPS has issued temporary amendments to regulations that exempt the events planned in celebration of the 250th Anniversary of American Independence – which would include UFC Freedom 250. In fact, these types of events happen all the time – such as Elton John’s 2022 performance at the South Lawn at the White House before President Biden and a crowd of 2,000 people.
The district court will likely deny plaintiffs’ request for a temporary restraining order before Sunday’s fights. This is a ludicrous case even by D.C. standards.
