I submit that it all really comes down to … an Act of Congress. An Act of the First Congress: “The Judicial Act of 1789.”
You see, the Constitution, in Article 3, defined only one Court. It then tasked Congress with creating the entire subordinate Court structure. (Doing so in a single half-sentence.) So, the entire Court system that the “SCOTUS” is in charge of … was created by Congress.
I submit that the time is now ripe for Congress to re-visit this Act (and others), and to change the rules. Instead of waiting for and expecting “nine people” to solve everything within “a framework that is apparently broken” … “fix the framework.”
The SCOTUS has no choice but to comply. It cannot counter: “, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.” It is placed “supreme” in the judicial hierarchy, but it has no Constitutional role in defining that hierarchy, nor in establishing its rules.

If you want to prove the Democrats stole the 2020 elections you have two options. The first is getting evidence they did so, but the second way is to show they stole another election whilst you have in place all the resources needed to show it. It’s the classic ‘Columbo’ storyline, the detective struggles to break the criminals alibi for the first crime, but tricks them into committing a second where they will be ‘discovered’.
If this is the plan I’d certainly expect citizen journalists and those from the new media to be reporting updates of evidence of the fraud, firstly to circumvent the MSM’s editorial shield wall that will be thrown up, secondly to allow a far more aggressive DOJ to investigate those reports. A similar tactic used in the fraud investigations, and a nice twist on the DS’ playbook, as the media stories here are legitimate, not simply fictional triggers.

Its hard to envision anyone with the strength, strive, and ability President Trump has. Rubio has a dark past regarding MAGA and Vance has money behind him. Can’t help but feel our best years are the four right now. God will work with people but he won’t make them puppets. God be with us.

Traditionalists are suing and lobbying local governments to resurrect memorials to Confederate generals, Founding Fathers and European explorers. Many of the statues disappeared from town squares and other public places during the pandemic-era protests against police violence and racism following George Floyd’s murder in 2020.

Trump’s Thursday late afternoon remarks to reporters suggested that the fate of Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium may no longer be the central issue it once was. Asked about reports that the US could attempt to seize or recover Iran’s remaining nuclear material, Trump repeatedly downplayed the prospect, saying there was “no reason” to retrieve what he called Iran’s nuclear “dust” because it is now effectively “entombed.”
The president stressed that Washington is “not considering” any covert operation to seize Iran’s uranium, adding that the US already has “powerful cameras watching Iran’s uranium” and remains confident in its ability to monitor the situation.
While Trump at one point boasted that America and China are the only countries capable of recovering the material and suggested “we’ll get Iran’s nuclear dust,” his broader message now seems that the stockpile no longer represents an urgent concern. Instead, Trump framed the dispute around a much simpler objective: ensuring that Iran never obtains a nuclear weapon.

The ZH article is poor logic with partial quotes stitched together to push their agenda on the matter IMO.
I watched the entire press question and answer period. Not once did he indicate any “softening” of his stance regarding the enriched uranium – and in fact stated quite bluntly several times that Iran would NOT be allowed a nuclear weapon, something that the continued presence of the enriched uranium could enable.
What he did say were two things:
1) They thought about going in and forcefully taking the enriched uranium during the early days of the war, but he decided against it due to the duration our people would be exposed (1 to 2 weeks) which would make them sitting ducks and the probability of a “missile leaking through” and killing people wasn’t a risk he was willing to take.
2) He stated that while they could still do so – i.e. forcefully go in and take it – said risk still exists and at this point in time he wasn’t deciding to do so.
Neither of those 2 things is a “backing away” or “softening of his stance” – it is merely an acknowledgement of the potential risks involved of forcefully, without Iran’s agreement, going in and taking it.
One last note – what is said to be under discussion is an MOU (memorandum of understanding) which in its initial stages would consist of an opening of the Straight and the possibility that the issue of the uranium might take a longer period of time to hash out the details of – which again is NOT a “softening.”
