Having lived here all my life 60+ years (5th generation German immigrants) I have witnessed great changes in not only the culture, politics, education and living conditions here in California and none of them have trended in a positive direction. Only technology and real estate have kept this state at above income levels for the last thirty years.
The flood of liberal voters both indigenous and imported have resulted in a squandering of all those things I previously mentioned and of the wealth that accompanies investment in the industry and production of those companies that employ a productive citizenry. Now California only leads in homelessness, drug addiction and wasteful fraud and embezzlement by these same liberal politicians and their constitiuents. Some are well meaning to be sure but we all know what the road to Hell is paved with. Is it any wonder that we are now faced with a deficit of 65-93 billion dollars and the only thing the Democrats have to offer is increased taxation in all its onerous and overburdensome forms to the all ready over taxed and overburdened citizens of California.
The Democrats speak of compassion and empathy for all of the non-citizenry that are illegally here but none is given to those who actually pay for it. At some point no compassion will be given unto them when they finally meet their downfall when the wheel has turned.

While it is a start if Hilton makes it to November all of the votes to Steyer will go to Becerra in the general election. In theory with super majorities in the legislature a governor is superfluous. I think I remember the gravelly, booming voice of Wolfman Jack back in those days.

Yes I can think of a large group of Christian political activists here in the Bay Area in CA who may have good intentions, but they are Birdbrains when it comes to common sense. They have a huge distribution list and put out “Voter Guides” every election after presumably researching the candidates to see if they are congruent with conservative values. They told their subscribers to vote for Bianco in the Primary. Why? It didn’t matter to them that Bianco, a Sheriff no less, took a public ceremonial knee to the international Communist terrorist group, BLM while they were burning cities in CA in 2020, destroying businesses, looting stores, blocking freeways and threatening motorists. “But…. he is a Christian, and we don’t know if Steve Hilton is a believer.”

One can hope that after they get a clear message that they had better shape up or they will be Liz Cheney’d, that they will start answering to voters on this matter. Likely, but not necessarily. It may serve as a squirrel for Dems and keep them less focused on other areas they have less chance, and may stretch their own limited financing. There are a lot more Republican dollars out there this cycle and forcing them to counter in one of their safe zones might be a good tactic.

I have always hated that governments run primaries. Political parties are PRIVATE organizations, and their selection processes and mechanics should be totally what THEY want to use — and should be at THEIR expense.
But even worse is a scheme where a State runs an all party “primary” and then restricts participation in the General Election to just the top 2 vote getters. No third parties allowed!

these election tabulation machines were implemented with only one purpose in-mind: cheat to whatever degree needed to install whatever candidate the ruling-class wanted. We never had issues getting timely results with paper ballots and manual counts. Results were almost always complete on election night.
The machines were implemented to cheat the same way mail-in ballots were expanded to facilitate massive ballot manufacturing. This wasn’t done stupidly, it was done very purposefully. The GOP is radio-silent on all of this too, curiously so.

Just from glossing over some of the CA results I don’t see how anything is going to change in the actual elections. There are way more “votes” for the dem candidates even if some Rs advance to the general. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad people are voting and standing up for their beliefs in commiefornia but the lib candidates are going to win the general elections because the state is just too far gone and has the outright cheating noted in this article.

I don’t wanna hear any whining about vote fraud. Of course the democrats cheat and they are doing it in the open now in many states. CA and IL are vote fraud central. Trump was elected with two big issues in-play: stop all these illegal aliens from getting in and deport tens of millions of them and do something about the open-air vote fraud.

problem in CA is the way the top 2 vote getters run against each other in Nov. Even if the few maga republicans get on the ballot, all the blue votes that were split in this election will go to the blue candidate, and republicans who actually vote are not enough to out vote them. Unless Americans who whine and complain about the democrats get off their backsides and get to the polls, Calif will remain a socialist hell hole.

Had he come in second, they could have faked enough votes to put Beccera and Steyer first and second, with Steyer getting “a second wind” (wink. wink) to “push ahead” of Hilton. I volunteered for True The Vote (Catherine Englebrecht) before the ’24 election. The trained and give me access to a software that allowed me to query registered voters in LA County (where I reside); which is public record. What I found was startling; voters registered to vacant lots, 10 to 15 voters registered in small residences (top of liguer stores) etc. The worse was more than 1200 voters who had an address registered at one of 26 of the LA County Dept of Public Social Services which are the welfare offices. These are public offices that don’t have beds.
I would not be surprized if there is a major vote ballot dump in the new few days that knocks out Platner or Hilton. Please pray for both of them.
