Not saying it’s in the bag, but looks like Hilton will make it to the general election in Nov. Of course, CA Dems cheating could still do him in.
Pratt, OTOH, is less likely to hold on to second place.
BTW — CA taking DAYS to count votes is beyond unacceptable. What is happening is it takes DAYS to manufacture needed votes.
Sigh…
